由于设计和结构方面的影响以及材料不均匀和制造安装误差等原因造成的振动会降低航空发动机的使用寿命。为了避免上述问题,研究柔性转子动平衡来降低发动机振动。利用ANSYS仿真柔性转子的不平衡振动,模拟两种高速动平衡方法-影响系数法和传递函数法的动平衡过程;同时在柔性转子实验台进行多次动平衡实验模拟两种动平衡方法;最后分影响系数法与传递函数法在仿真与实验方面对转子动平衡的影响。研究结果表明数值仿真与实验结果一致,具有良好的计算精度。 相似文献

为解决工业现场对转子自动平衡控制系统体积、可靠性及响应速度等实际要求,构建了基于PC/104总线的双盘自由旋转电磁型转子自动平衡控制系统,并给出了可相对转轴正反两个方向自由转动的双平衡盘移动控制策略.该系统可在工业现场狭小空间内就地安装,防尘抗震.实验结果表明,平衡系统移动迅速、准确,缩短了动平衡时间,提高了控制精度;该研究使转子自动平衡系统更加实用化,拓宽了其应用前景. 相似文献

本文主要论述振动法打桩施工中所采用的电动振动锤多桩锤联动方案。多桩锤同步振动方案是解决单锤打桩功率不足问题的一种有效方法。作者对多锤同步振动控制的基本原理进行了论述,在此基础上设计了基于贝加莱ACOPOSin—verter变频器和EthernetPowerlink工业实时以太网的主从速度补偿同步振动控制系统并制订了速度同步与相位同步的控制策略。工业试验表明,这种基于实时高速以太网通讯的多锤联动控制系统能较好地实现同步振动,其响应快速,稳定性好,速度差与相位差均能满足施工要求。 相似文献

对于高参数、高效率、复杂轴系的大型超临界汽轮发电机组,启停成本过高,提高轴系动平衡的精度与效率,成为降低轴系动平衡的成本的关键要素。介绍了转子不平衡故障机理与振动特征,梳理了基于振动信号处理及深度学习的轴系不平衡故障识别方法,并列举了多种轴系动不平衡量的计算方法,建立了现场轴系动平衡治理框架。该框架融合了转子不平衡识别、动平衡修正以及轴系动平衡的影响系数数据库的建立,提高现场动不平衡识别精度。分析表明,高效动平衡能有效降低轴系振动,并成功应用于转子热弯曲、动静碰磨等多种故障预防中,提高汽轮发电机组的安全可靠性。同时,若加重量较大时,应采用高密度平衡块,能降低不平衡块的分散度,可进一步提高动平衡的效果。 相似文献

This paper develops a new method for predicting chatter vibration in high-speed end milling using a fuzzy neural network model. Firstly, an experimental system is established. The system consists of an NC jig grinding machine with control device, a force sensor, a charge amplifier, and an FFT (fast Fourier transform) analyser. Over 10 groups of the typical experimental data are obtained under different milling tool wear states and cutting conditions. Then, because the experimental system is a nonlinear dynamic system with some fuzzy factors and too complicated to simplify it into an exact mathematical model, it is substituted by fuzzy neural networks, which are trained by using the above data. Lastly, for verifying the effectiveness of predicting self-excited chatter with the above model, some more experiments are performed. The comparison between the calculated and experimental results confirms that the method proposed in this paper could correctly predict the chatter vibration in high-speed milling. Therefore, the models of the method are reasonable and practical, and the accuracy is very high, which is significant for grasping the stable domain of high-speed milling in both theory and practice. 相似文献

高速列车车体横向随机振动由车体的横移振动、侧滚振动和摇头振动三自由度合成,是影响车体横向运行平稳性的关键;为了改善列车横向运行平稳性,提高半主动控制性能;通过建立某型高速列车动力学模型,对车体横向振动特性进行分析,得出横移振动的加剧是造成车体合成横向振动和横向平稳性恶化的主要原因;通过分析在传统天棚阻尼控制算法下分别以车体合成横向振动为反馈和以横移振动为反馈对车体横向振动的控制效果,得出采用以车体横移振动为反馈的传统天棚阻尼控制算法对车体横向振动的抑制效果更佳;在此基础上,提出一种以车体横移振动为反馈的虚拟复合阻尼天棚控制算法,并进行联合仿真分析;结果表明:相比于被动控制,采用虚拟复合阻尼天棚控制算法后,车体合成横向振动加速度峰值、均方根值和平稳性改善率分别达到了46%、43%和19.5%,均高于采用传统天棚阻尼控制算法;可见,采用虚拟复合阻尼天棚控制算法在抑制车体合成横向振动,改善车体横向平稳性方面控制性能更佳。 相似文献

This two-part paper is concerned with the problem of synthesizing a high-speed vehicle suspension system. In part I [13] a new suspension structure was developed which features three independent parts. All three parts are calculated for a vehicle which travels along a rigid guideway with arbitrary vertical and lateral curves and grades. In this part in developing the system control the use of instantaneous state feedback and the presence of inaccessible states demand the use of Itô-calculus and the Athans matrix minimum principle in order to solve the problems of vibration control synthesis. It is concluded that the application of the principles and methods of advanced dynamics, deterministic and stochastic optimal control theory, and applied mathematics to the problem of synthesizing a high-speed vehicle suspension is successful and results in the identification of a new suspension structure which is proposed as a starting point in the development and design of a high-speed vehicle suspension system. Augmented by a thorough system simulation and hardward tests for verification of all assumptions made and by implementation of the sensor-and actuator-dynamics, the described synthesis procedure will lead to an effective suspension system. 相似文献

methodology consisting of integration of multibody system (MBS) formalism, detailed modeling of machine functional components
and experimental data-based validation. The complete model of a washing machine is implemented in the commercial MBS environment
Adams/View from MSC.Software. An undesirable impact of washing machine operation on the surroundings is vibration and noise.
The impact comes from system dynamics and poorly distributed load inside the drum, creating an imbalance. To get insight into
vibration dynamics extensive simulations have been performed for washing machines in service as well as for machines in the
developing stage by using the created computational model. This paper presents several results of numerical studies of the
vibration dynamics of washing machines including the study of sensitivity of system dynamics with respect to suspension structural
parameters, and the results of investigation of the potential of the automatic counterbalancing technology for vibration output
reduction. In particular, simulations of the considered two-plane balancing device has shown an existing significant potential
in eliminating unbalanced load at supercritical spinning speed, resulting in a substantial vibration reduction in washing
