多学科优化设计(MDO)是当前复杂系统工程设计中研究最活跃的领域.分析了标准多学科协同优化算法解决实际复杂MDO问题计算困难的原因,提出了基于试验设计的近似模型和智能优化的协同优化算法(NCO).NCO算法继承了标准协同优化分布并行的思想,采用现代智能算法优化系统级减小优化陷入局部解的可能性,以试验设计为基础的高精度近似模型代替学科真实模型降低计算成本,平滑数值噪声.通过经典MDO测试算例与Alexandrov提出的改进松弛协同优化比较,优化结果表明,NCO能有效提高收敛速率,保证收敛结果的稳定性和可靠性,能更好地满足复杂系统工程优化需要.  相似文献

在冲压发动机推进特性问题的研究中,高超声速飞行器是一种多学科强耦合的先进飞行器,传统的设计方法一般只考虑某一个性能和学科,造成设计性能不理想,而多学科优化设计(MDO)能够探索和充分利用工程系统中的协同机制来实现复杂飞行器的设计.为优化推进技术,完善设计,提高航程,用多学科优化设计方法对高超声速飞行器进行了优化设计.建立了包括空气动力学、推进系统、结构质量以及弹道航程等多个学科模型在内的多学科优化平台.进行仿真,结果表明满足各个学科约束的条件,使得飞行器的航程提高 12.94%.同时也说明文中针对高超声速飞行器搭建的多学科优化平台是可行的,为优化设计提供厂保证.  相似文献

复杂产品的一体化设计过程涉及多个互相关联的分系统,支持一体化设计的优化框架需要能够集成优化设计过程中涉及的异构应用并进行优化,从而辅助设计人员对总体与各分系统的优化设计进行验证.在分析国内外复杂产品一体化优化设计研究现状的基础上,基于C/S模式提出了一种支持复杂产品一体化设计的优化框架体系结构.该优化框架包括两方面的关键技术:包装器集成技术和混合遗传算法.异构应用首先按照接口规范包装后形成可发布的共享组件,便于构建一体化设计过程.在此基础上,通过混合遗传算法等辅助设计人员进行优化计算.最后阐述了目前的工作和下一步需要解决的问题.  相似文献

Along with development of incorporation of world economy, collaborative design and collaborative manufacture of enterprises often occur. Subsystems of a complex product system are often analyzed and optimized individually by different design units distributed at different places. In order to find the optimum designs of overall product systems automatically, the internet-based global coordinating optimization is necessary. With the boom of Internet Technology, it becomes possible to combine designers from different disciplines into one team to support product design globally. In this paper, a distributed collaborative product design environment is presented to support top-down process oriented product design. In conceptual design stage, the artifact is managed by semantic norm model (SNM). In SNM, the designers can define virtual components at early design stage and instantiate those components at later detailed design stage. By role-based access control (RBAC), different roles with corresponding permissions could be assigned to distributed designers, and the designers could concurrently modify different components of the product relevant to his or her roles. Based on the SNM and RBAC system, a distributed collaborative product design environment is developed and the top-down oriented product design process is demonstrated.  相似文献

This research introduces a new approach for Web-based collaborative concurrent design. In this approach, systems, product libraries, and product databases for modeling different product development life-cycle aspects are distributed at different locations that are linked through the Web. Product modeling libraries are described as class features. A class feature at a remote location can be used for defining a new class feature at the local site. Product modeling systems distributed at different locations are used for creating product databases that are described by instance features. A system at one location can be implemented using the functions provided at other locations as the components. Different life-cycle databases at different locations are associated by their relations. The optimal design considering relevant life-cycle aspects is identified using the distributed product life-cycle modeling systems and databases.  相似文献

This paper presents a new system framework for collaborative top-down assembly design. Different from current computer-aided design (CAD) systems, the framework allows a group of designers to collaboratively conduct product design in a top-down manner. In our framework, a multi-level and distributed assembly model is adopted to effectively support collaborative top-down assembly design. Meanwhile, fine-granularity collaborative design functionalities are provided. First, the coupled structural parameters involved in the distributed skeleton models of the product can be collaboratively determined by the correlative designers based on fuzzy and utility theory. Second, agent based design variation propagation is achieved to ensure the consistency of the multi-level and distributed assembly model during the whole design process. Third, collaborative design of assembly interfaces between the components assigned to different designers is supported. The prototype implementation shows that our framework works well for supporting practical collaborative top-down assembly design.  相似文献

Large-scale finite element analysis of complex product needs a wider support from external CAE resources. This paper proposes a method of the distributed concurrent and collaborative design in the distributed intelligent resources environment to use Web-based extended manufacturing resources for product development. The CAE-integrated distributed collaborative design system architecture and enabling techniques are presented. Distributed CAE service resources on the Internet are achieved through JiniTM and service object-oriented architecture technologies. These CAE software tool resources are encapsulated as service providers in the system. A case study of railway bogie development is presented, and the Pro/E, HyperMesh, Ansys and HumanExpert service providers dynamically invoked and integrated as a temporary service federated environment with no need to know the exact location of a provider beforehand, flexibility can be well achieved, and collaborative design in the system can be implemented in the distributed dynamic environment. Compared with the traditional design system, some preliminary results indicate this architecture can shorten the cycle of service exchange, and strongly support concurrent and collaborative design of the complex product.  相似文献

In this article, A novel nature-inspired optimization algorithm known as Lightning Attachment Procedure Optimization (LAPO) is proposed. The proposed approach mimics the lightning attachment procedure including the downward leader movement, the upward leader propagation, the unpredictable trajectory of lightning downward leader, and the branch fading feature of lightning. Final optimum result would be the lightning striking point. The proposed method is free from any parameter tuning and it is rarely stuck in the local optimum points. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, 29 mathematical benchmark functions are employed and the results are compared to those of 9 high quality well-known optimization methods The results of the proposed method are compared from different points of views, including quality of the results, convergence behavior, robustness, and CPU time consumption. Superiority and high quality performance of the proposed method are demonstrated through comparing the results. Moreover, the proposed method is also tested by five classical engineering design problems including tension/compression spring, welded beam, pressure vessel designs, Gear train design, and Cantilever beam design and a high constraint optimization problem known as Optimal Power Flow (OPF) which is a high constraint electrical engineering problem. The excellence performance of the proposed method in solving the problems with large number of constraints and also discrete optimization problems are also concluded from the results of the six engineering problem.  相似文献

采用分布式三层网络模型,构建了分布式的基于UG外部开发的零件参数化设计组件及基于Fortran语言的优化设计组件.利用VC 6.0和UG二次开发接口,以面向组件的系统开发方法和COM/DCOM编程方式进行了组件拼装,开发了一套集零件数据管理、参数化设计、优化设计和有限元分析等功能于一体的分布式零件优化设计与数据管理系统(D3MS).  相似文献
