Deep learning proved its efficiency in many fields of computer science such as computer vision, image classifications, object detection, image segmentation, and more. Deep learning models primarily depend on the availability of huge datasets. Without the existence of many images in datasets, different deep learning models will not be able to learn and produce accurate models. Unfortunately, several fields don't have access to large amounts of evidence, such as medical image processing. For example. The world is suffering from the lack of COVID-19 virus datasets, and there is no benchmark dataset from the beginning of 2020. This pandemic was the main motivation of this survey to deliver and discuss the current image data augmentation techniques which can be used to increase the number of images. In this paper, a survey of data augmentation for digital images in deep learning will be presented. The study begins and with the introduction section, which reflects the importance of data augmentation in general. The classical image data augmentation taxonomy and photometric transformation will be presented in the second section. The third section will illustrate the deep learning image data augmentation. Finally, the fourth section will survey the state of the art of using image data augmentation techniques in the different deep learning research and application.

针对阵列信号处理中传统测向方法在实际应用中存在采样数据量过大,同时需满足空间采样定理的问题,设计了随机线性阵列采样系统。在不满足空间采样定理的情况下,利用目标信号源在空间角度上的稀疏性,提出了在超完备冗余字典框架下将压缩感知理论应用于阵列高分辨测向的方法。计算机仿真结果表明了该算法在抗噪声性能上具有一定的鲁棒性,与传统测向方法相比,实现了在较低信噪比下只需少量采样点就可以达到高分辨测向的目的,降低了运算量。  相似文献

海量医学信息的快速增长已远远超出人类认知能力,医疗服务环境和用户人群的复杂多样性使得海量数据难以在现有能力和工具的支持下满足广大用户对于信息服务的需求.临床诊疗服务的可视化、智能化程度不高导致现有的医学知识服务水平难以保证海量资源信息的充分利用.在分析了临床诊疗环境下人机协同认知特性的基础上给出了一种基于语义层次的信息组织方式;分析了符合该数据组织模式的可视形态及自然的可视交互技术;在上述工作的基础上构建了一个面向临床决策推理的可视诊疗分析框架,并给出了原型系统实例加以验证.结果表明,通过结合交互式可视化和自动分析技术,可以有效地帮助人们从海量数据中获取到有用的信息模式,减轻人们对数据进行分析的负担,为医疗诊断过程提供决策支持服务.  相似文献

Standard methods of digital processing and enhancement techniques have been followed to generate linearly stretched band products, band-to-band ratio images and normal and ratio colour composites from LANDSAT multispectral data on computer compatible tapes for nine test areas in the Singhbhum Precambrian mineralized belt. The software has been developed at the Space Applications Centre Laboratory, Ahmedabad, The data products have been subjected to general assessment and geological evaluation by visual interpretation methods. The study has resulted in a number of significant conclusions regarding utility and optimization of data products, stratigraphic lithologic and structural interpretations, identifying guides for mineralization and spectral characterization of major rock types.  相似文献

传统的并行属性约简算法通过利用抽样技术获取小数据样本进行知识约简,但对于大数据集来说,样本数据不具有一般性且无法代表整个数据集.为了弥补传统并行属性约简算法只能用来计算最小属性约简、处理小数据集的缺陷,论文通过分析了先验知识在粒计算中的重要性,结合云计算技术处理海量数据的优势,以粗糙集理论为背景,从不同角度、层次出发建立层次粗糙集模型,提出基于云计算的层次粗糙集模型约简算法,讨论并实现了知识约简算法中的可并行化操作,利用Hadoop在普通计算机集群上进行试验,从运行时间、加速比、可扩展性三个方面对所提出基于正区域、信息熵、边界域算法的重要性进行评价.实验证明:基于云计算的层次粗糙集模型约简算法可以有效处理大数据集.  相似文献

A system is described in which digitized line data, such as the boundaries shown on a geological map, are handled within existing software environments for data management and graphic display. Methods of preprocessing and interfacing are described, which were implemented with less software effort than would be needed for a specialized cartographic system. The methods may not be appropriate for high-precision production cartography, but provide a flexible method of meeting two objectives: in the short run, to extend existing computer plotting programs to include digitized lines; in the longer run, to gain experience with techniques for representing and describing geological maps in digital form. A structure of line-segment files and attribute data files is proving effective for these purposes. By separating the three functions of data recording, storage and display, which are combined inextricably in the traditional geological map, computer methods may provide increased flexibility for recording geological data observed in the field.  相似文献

The G-EXEC generalized data-handling system is a computer-based facility with which a user may handle his data. It is generalized so that it handles almost any type of data, and is written in ANSI FORTRAN IV so that it may be implemented on almost any computer. The system provides for data storage, retrieval, analysis, and display together with utility software to handle data-base maintainance. Traditional methods of collecting data on the progress of construction projects often involve human judgement, high costs, and are too infrequent to provide managers with timely and accurate control data. This study proposes a system that aims to address some of these shortcomings through automation. Our first contribution is a framework for the automatic generation of work packages. We describe the conceptual model and develop a prototype implementation, based on the results of a survey designed to capture the current practice of formulating work packages as performed in the industry. Our second contribution is a system that employs computer vision (CV) techniques to report on the progress of these work packages automatically. This is achieved by analysing sequences of digital images acquired regularly by on-site cameras. The result of this analysis, when compared with the expected state of construction, provides progress feedback on the work packages, allowing a project to be monitored more effectively.  相似文献

Robots represent a flexible source of automation in a variety of manufacturing processes today. As a result of this, robots are being increasingly used as an alternative for automation in a large number of manufacturing concerns. The present trend has been to link these islands of automation together with efficient material handling and computer control to attain to totally automated environment, what is commonly referred to as the “Factory of the Future”. On-line automated inspection for quality and process control is becoming an important element of automated manufacturing systems. Enabling non-contact, thus non-destructive inspection, optical techniques are especially well suited to industrial inspection needs. In this paper, an image processing system for inspecting round parts is proposed and described. Several measures of out-of-roundness are discussed. Developing a well-designed market survey questionnaire will ensure that surveyors get the information they need about the target market. Traditional sampling survey via questionnaire, which rates item by linguistic variables, possesses the vague nature. It has difficulty in reflecting interviewee’s incomplete and uncertain thought. Therefore, if we can use fuzzy sense to express the degree of interviewee’s feelings based on his own concept, the sampling result will be closer to interviewee’s real thought. In this study, we propose the fuzzy sense on sampling survey to do aggregated assessment analysis. 土地利用/土地覆盖变化是全球环境变化的重要组成部分,随着3S技术的不断成熟和发展,运用RS、GPS和GIS技术进行土地利用/土地覆盖变化研究已成为一种越来越成熟的方式和手段。从空间抽样模型理论出发,以我国黑龙江省为例,运用RS、GPS和GIS技术,通过对黑龙江省道路网、土地利用区划、土地利用/土地覆盖类型、土地利用/土地覆盖1 km×1 km格网数据等空间信息分布的综合考虑、分析,设计了土地利用/土地覆盖变化的综合野外采样框架。框架主要包括采样区的布设、采样路线和采样点的选择等。由于以多层空间信息为采样依据,经实践检验,该采样框架具有经济实用等优点。  相似文献
