In this paper, the new viewpoint about the objectized (i. e. object-oriented) program design in all kinds of computer languages, hich should and could be isomorphized, is advanced, and the new direction of isomorphized teaching reform and blazing new trails of education for objectized program design.

As the software technology is infiltrated to a variety of industries continuously,the interdisciplinary phenomenon for the graduate source of software engineering is clear increasingly.The graduate cultivation model existed is faced with new challenge.After researching and analyzing several of education models at home and abroad a new idea that builds up a multi-objective education model for software engineering graduate is proposed to cope with the problem of multidisciplinary students.And the curricular architecture,practice stage and research paper for software engineering graduates under the new model are discussed either.The new education model benefits to explore the potential of the graduates from multi disciplines and to extend the space of software engineering area,then we can make the education keep with the aspiration of the social.     

System Reconstruction in the Field-Specific Methodology of Economic Subjects

The proposal is focused on reconsideration and total reconstruction of recent economic education on the basis of different teaching styles, real competence-based learning, education for entrepreneurship and other trends in life-long education. These qualities are closely and mainly linked to target competencies which are the results of education and are reconditioned by these qualities. A modernized taxonomy of teaching methods and styles and instructions for their application in a diverse form will be proposed. The project applicants believe that the conceptual changes should be addressed by basic research as an innovation of methodological support in the form of teaching aids stratification. Teachers of economic subjects must be able to create their own teaching aids independently. They should be field methodology innovators, too. The new proposed taxonomy should be reflected in the training of teachers so that they avail of the new paradigm. This article is provided as one of the outputs of the research project of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, which is realized in the framework of institutional support University of Economics IP 100040.     

The Future Is Here： m-Learning in Higher Education

The way we learn has changed dramatically in the new millennium. The introduction of e-learning in higher education in the late 1990s has opened Pandora＇s Box, and brought radical changes in the way where undergraduate and postgraduate programs are designed and delivered. The rapid developments and popularity ofhandheld devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs using wireless networks and mobile Intemet have marked new developments in higher education, introducing the so-called mobile leaming （m-learning）. This means that university students can have access to their studies related content, anytime, anywhere in a personalized manner; this is what renders m-learning so popular and fashionable among university students globally. Nevertheless, instructors are now challenged as they have to adopt new pedagogies in learning and teaching. This paper discusses the concept of m-learning, as well as the current developments and challenges related to the major stakeholders （educators and students） in higher education.     

Sensor fault diagnosis of nonlinear processes based on structured kernel principal component analysis

A new sensor fault diagnosis method based on structured kernel principal component analysis （KPCA） is proposed for nonlinear processes. By performing KPCA on subsets of variables, a set of structured residuals, i.e., scaled powers of KPCA, can be obtained in the same way as partial PCA. The structured residuals are utilized in composing an isolation scheme for sensor fault diagnosis, according to a properly designed incidence matrix. Sensor fault sensitivity and critical sensitivity are defined, based on which an incidence matrix optimization algorithm is proposed to improve the performance of the structured KPCA. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated on the simulated continuous stirred tank reactor （CSTR） process.     

Delay-dependent Criteria for Robust Stability of Uncertain Switched Hopfield Neural Networks

This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent robust stability for a class of switched Hopfield neural networks with time-varying structured uncertainties and time-varying delay.Some Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are constructed and the linear matrix inequality(LMI)approach and free weighting matrix method are employed to devise some delay-dependent stability criteria which guarantee the existence,uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for all admissible parametric uncertainties.By using Leihniz-Newton formula,free weighting matrices are employed to express this relationship,which implies that the new criteria are less conservative than existing ones.Some examples suggest that the proposed criteria are effective and are an improvement over previous ones.     

The application of Digital Storytelling in education

Storytelling is the original teaching tool. It has been found that storytelling is an interesting and effective way for children to acquire knowledge and understand the surrounding world. With the fast development of information technology, the ancient art of storytelling has recently gained new life： Digital Storytelling （DS）. The paper discusses the concept of DS and its creating tools, including Bubble Share, Primary Access etc. Then how to apply DS in education is analyzed to show how a powerful story can capture students＇ attention, fire their imagination, and make clear a difficult idea or concept. Finally, the educational goals of DS for both teachers and students are listed, and the aspects of DS in education are suggested.

In the information time,the information technology and industry plays more and more important role in development of economy,promoting the world to be unified and emphasizing the globalization through such tendency of their own.The IT application area also becomes larger and diverse through the mergence of multiple disciplines and multiple domains.IT industry demands the inter-disciplinary talent,who are believed to be industrialized,internationalized,and equipped with multi-disciplinary and inter-domain knowledge,and the ability of international competence.Facing the challenge of the new globalization tendency of international industry especially the IT and software industry,universities keep make great efforts to provide qualify graduates to fulfill the demand of industry.This paper introduces a novel joint Master programme which aims at establishing an international education system and platform.The schema,the characteristics,the execution principles are discussed wishing to share our practice and experience with our education colleagues.     

Construction of e-learning platform

With the rapid development of information technology, the knowledge increases by the way of explosion, and the rapid updating of knowledge challenges the traditional education so as to appeal people to change the learning concepts and the learning methods, lnternet, with its abundant resources, advanced technology and convenient way to obtain information, is favored by people. E-learning, as an innovative way of distance learning, provides a strong challenge to traditional learning with its unique advantage, will become lifelong learning as a major way. In this paper, the basic framework of e-learning platform has been built on the basis of development situation of domestic and foreign network education, and the different functions of the modules are analyzed, then the ideas to adapt to the new form of e-learning platform are put forward.     

Delay-dependent robust stability for neutral systems with mixed discrete-and-neutral delays

This paper focuses on the problem of delay-dependent robust stability of neutral systems with different discrete-and neutral delays and time-varying structured uncertainties. Some new criteria are presented, in which some flee weighting matrices are used to express the relatiomhips between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula. The criteria include the information on the size of both neutral-and-discrete delays. It is shown that the present results also include the results for identical discrete-and-neutral delays as special cases.A numerical example illustrates the improvement of the proposed methods over the previous methods and the influences between the discrete and neutral delays.     

A new family of interconnection networks of fixed degree three

A new family of interconnection networks WGn is proposed, that is constant degree 3 Cayley graph, and is isomorphic to a Cayley graph of the wreath product Z2 Sn when the generator set is chosen properly. Its different algebraic properties is investigated and a routing algorithm is given with the diameter upper bounded by 3n2 - 6n 4. The embedding properties and the fault tolerance are devired. In conclusion, we present a comparison of some familiar networks with constant degree 3.     

关于盲信号自适应分离中非线性函数的讨论

This paper proposes a new algorithm of blind source separation (BSS). The algorithm can overcome the difficulty known as “the sensors are less than the source signals” and works effectively when the sensors are less. Then, the paper discusses the nonlinear functions used in the new algorithm. A uniform nonlinear function is proposed and some criterion are given to choose its parameters. Finally, some simulations are presented to show the effectness of the algorithm and the correctness of the criterion.     

Current Status of Education of Deseriptive Geometry in Europe

In this paper the importance of eometry?and raphics?for the advancement of science and knowledge in 19th century is pointed out. Klein and Müller reform of geometry syllabus in 19th century and the education situation of Geometry and Graphics in Europe during the last third of 20th century are introduced. The problems of geometry and graphics education during the next decedes and six proposals are presented.     

从SQL-92到SQL：1999

SQL plays a very important role in the data base area,so its standardization attracts the at-tention of data base cooperation and the related standard organizations. Seven years later form the emer-gence of SQL-92,the SQL‘s new version SQL:1999 at last conies up at 1999. This paper describes themain contents of SQL: 1999 ,especially the changes to SQL-92 ,including the new added data types ,com-paring predicates ,semantics ,security ,trigger mechanism and other object relational characteristics,suchas user defined structured type ,stored procedure, function,method, typed relation and reference type.Some under developing parts and the future works are also described.     

SCKE:Combining Logic- with Object-Oriented Paradigm

A new implementation(SCKE-Structured Communication Knowledge Entity)has been proposed towards combining the logic with the object-oriented paradigm of computing.It is intended to explore the advatnages in these two paradigms in a structured,natural and efficient manner for large-scale knowledge processing.The SCKE model supports modularity and protection for the structured development of knowledge systems.It also introduces the concepts that are typical for the object-oriented systems in the logic-oriented paradigm,without losing its advantages as a declarative language.Various inheritance hierarchies are supported in the SCKE model.They provide the semantics basis basis for various knowledge in AI systems.The M-entity/K-entity/Instance inberitance captures the relationship among the control,procedural and factural knowledge in AI systems.And ,the super-entity/entity/instance inheritance shows the concepts of data abstraction in the knowledge of a particular domain.In addition,the SCKE model is not simply supported on top of Prolog like other attempts to integrate the object-into the logic-oriented paradigm.The SCKE model is a tightly coupled model of the logic and the object-oriented paradigm and its interpreter uniformly interprets the logic semantics and the object-oriented semantics.     

Robust H∞ Filter Design for 2D Discrete Systems in Roesser Model

This paper investigates the robust H∞ filtering problem for uncertain two-dimensional (2D) systems described by the Roesser model. The parameter uncertainties considered in this paper are assumed to be of polytopie type. A new structured polynomi-ally parameter-dependent method is utilized, which is based on homogeneous polynomially parameter-dependent matrices of arbitrary degree. The proposed method includes results in the quadratic framework and the linearly parameter-dependent framework as special cases for zeroth degree and first degree, respectively. A numerical example illustrates the feasibility and advantage of the proposed filter design methods.

In this paper,two documents of “Computing as a discpline”and “Computing Curricula 1991” are briefly introduccd,and their main contributions to the methodology of computer science and technology are porinted out.Then based on the general methodology of science and technology,the definition of computer science and technology is given,and its three paradigms (abstraction,theory,design),fundamental problem,core concept,mathematical methods and system approaches are presented.Finally,we conclude that the methodology of computer science and technology is a new theory in the computing cognition field.     

基于校企合作的软件工程课程体系创新模式(英文)

Through the cooperation of College of Software and IBM Corporation,new technologies and methods are introduced into classroom successively to carry on the innovation of industrialized software education curriculum system.Take the new "data structure and modeling" course for example.This innovation model develops teaching materials and laboratory manuals.It improves students' hands-on ability through business cases training and preferably enhances students' ability to solve problems in the process of analyzing practical situations.This model cultivates students to meet actual demands of enterprises.Besides,supported by Co-Lab,student clubs and innovation units can be set up to compete,practice,and complete final design,achieving "pre-employment" in the training base.The practices of this model have already brought up a plenty of engineering-type,innovation-type and utility-type talents,bringing the continuous rise in the students' employment rate and employment quality.
