对顺序设计过程中的不完全依赖活动进行重迭设计,对简单的迭代活动进行分解,从而缩短交互和等待时间.对复杂的多次迭代设计进行了探讨,给出了一种基于规模控制的迭代—集成解决方法.在此基础上设计了一个多参数字结构矩阵实现对该过程的优化管理.  相似文献

针对具有层次性、多属性特点的复杂产品设计过程,对公理化设计框架下的产品设计重用技术进行了研究。通过建立公理化设计框架将复杂产品设计过程进行分解,形成产品设计的需求域、功能域、结构域与工艺域的Z形映射关系,提出一种基于实例的综合考虑设计域间和域内设计信息的知识重用方法,采用基于相似度的知识重用检索算法,获得符合设计要求的最佳重用对象,并以实例进行了验证。  相似文献

传统结构优化建模方法对设计人员的能力要求较高,而现有辅助优化建模工具的通用性不强,导致复杂工程优化问题的模型建立十分困难,因此提出一种通用性较强的辅助优化建模方法.该方法将设计结构矩阵(Design Structure Matrix,DSM)思想引入优化模型的建立过程中,利用DSM结构形式和算法的优点方便有效地从复杂工程问题中提取优化模型并给出合理的优化流程.基于Excel的VBA语言开发辅助优化建模工具,快速准确地提取优化模型,并通过与优化软件Isight的接口程序自动将参与优化设计的模块映射成合理的优化流程图.采用燃气轮机支架结构的优化设计问题验证该辅助优化建模工具,并取得良好效果.  相似文献

研究一般耦合结构时变时滞复杂网络的同步问题,取消了复杂网络外部耦合矩阵是对称且不可简约的约束.对于一般的外部耦合矩阵,考虑了具有复数特征根的情况,并对复数域上的向量进行相应的处理.基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,利用矩阵分解技巧及线性矩阵不等式方法,通过构造适当的Lyapunov泛函,得到了网络系统实现同步的充分条件.为验证所得结论的有效性,对网络同步问题进行了数值仿真.仿真结果显示本文的同步准则较已有研究具有更小的保守性.  相似文献

提出了Viterbi译码算法的一种矩阵描述方法;基于该矩阵描述设计了一种双向并行结构的Viterbi译码器,并根据正反向状态转移矩阵规律,以状态机实现正反向状态转移矩阵,有效地降低了存储资源的消耗,提高了译码运算速度;并进一步通过对累计度量值和幸存路径信息的优化,减少了约一半数据存储量;采用UMC0.18um工艺进行了综合与验证,综合结果表明在门级规模及译码速度两方面达到了极好的优化效果,可以更好地满足移动通信系统低功耗及实时性的应用需求。  相似文献

Axiomatic design and design structure matrix (DSM) are two popular design methods at the moment, while most related researches only apply the basic ideas of axiomatic design or DSM to some use cases. This paper analyses the disadvantages of both axiomatic design and DSM. The axiomatic design method guides the designer finding suitable design parameters to meet the needs of function requirements. But axiomatic design cannot support the designer to know the interactions amongst the design parameters, including geometry, spatial layout, interfaces (e.g. logical and physical connectivity), which will decide the quality of the design. DSM has the advantages at recording and analysing the interaction relationship between existing product elements. However, at the conceptual design stage or for a new product that has never been designed before, it is difficult to make the DSM. After deep investigations, it has been found that there are strong complementarities between axiomatic design and DSM, and integration of both sides is advocated for better-quality design. The main outcome of this work is the formal interpretation of the integration logic between axiomatic design and DSM. Under such integration context, the conceptual design process can be seen as a recursive interaction of axiomatic design's design matrix (DM) and corresponding DSM. In this way, axiomatic design and DSM can benefit from each other. A computer-aided conceptual design system has been developed to realize the proposed integration model of axiomatic design and DSM.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an axiomatic modeling of lean production system design, using process variables (PVs). So far, we had developed a model for conceptual design of lean production systems by means of FR–DP relationships, the key characteristics of axiomatic design (AD) methodology, appeared in the proceedings of Second International Conference of Axiomatic Design. Albeit the model in question was thorough enough to be applied in various cases, its embedded abstract principles hamper straightforward applications and the required resources, tools, and techniques are not clarified. In AD terms, it lacks PVs created by mapping the design parameters (DPs) to the process domain to clarify the means that produce the specified DPs. Owing to the difficulties involved in the definition of PVs for manufacturing systems, there is few works in this area. This paper is an attempt to introduce PVs in production system design. When we are developing a product (i.e. a part), we can simply interpret the set of PVs as the process design. In the case of a production system we interpret PVs as the tools, methods, and resources, required for implementing a lean production system. In this paper, according to AD methodology, we have developed a hierarchical structure to model the design process of a lean production system, composed of FRs, DPs, and PVs. Serving as an efficient guideline for the design process and clarifying the required tools, methods, and resources, this structure is general enough to be applied for different cases.  相似文献

Existing product concept generation and evaluation methods are mainly based on designers' experience to determine design schemes in the process of product development, which is time-consuming and ineffective. This paper proposes an approach to generate and evaluate design concepts by integrating the extended axiomatic design, quality function deployment and design structure matrix. Different design domains are mapped for matrix operations to generate feasible concepts based on design criteria. A domain mapping matrix is built to determine technical measures, functional requirements and design parameters based on customer requirements. The proposed approach provides a structured method to quantify, validate and qualify design concepts. A case study of the design of a hand rehabilitation device demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Network communities are especially interesting and useful settings in which to look closely at the co-evolution of technology and social practice, to begin to understand how to explore the full space of design options and implications. In a network community we have a magnified view of the interactions between social practice and technical mechanisms, since boundaries between designers and users are blurred and co-evolution here is unusually responsive to user experience. This paper is a reflection on how we have worked with social and technical design elements in Pueblo, a school-centered network community supported by a MOO (an Internet-accessible, text-based virtual world). Four examples from Pueblo illustrate different ways of exploring the design space. The examples show how designers can rely on social practice to simplify a technical implementation, how they can design technical mechanisms to work toward a desirable social goal, how similar technical implementations can have different social effects, and how social and technical mechanisms co-evolve. We point to complexities of the design process and emphasize the contributions of mediators in addressing communication breakdowns among a diverse group of designers.  相似文献
