本文在分析IT产业发展与IT高等职业教育现状的基础上,对国内高职高专院校计算机类专业实训教学模式进行了分析和总结,针对当前IT实训教学方面普遍存在的问题,结合大连东软信息技术职业学院已有的实践,以及印度等IT产业发达国家的经验,对IT实训教学模式进行了探索,并提出了开放式创新实训教学模式的基本框架,为全面提升计算机类专业应用型人才培养质量提供参考。

本文针对当前IT行业对本科毕业生职业能力、职业规范和职业素养的需求，提出了以企业项目为背景，以工程实践能力和职业素养培养为中心的自主工程化计算机专业人才培养模式，介绍了该模式的五个基本特征：主动性、过程化、工程化、融合性和开放性，并阐述了该培养模式的实训平台的构建方式，从资源配置和培养过程上保障人才培养目标的实现。     

网络实验实训教学交互系统平台设计与实现

现在各高校普遍开设实验实训课,但实验实训课教学中普遍存在实验、实训、考勤分开管理互不关连,实验实训成果提交局限、实验实训成果归档杂乱、实验实训成绩统计难、师生课后交互不便等问题。针对这些实验实训课程存在的问题和计算机通信技术发展的需求,研究和设计了一个基于Java Web与Android的网络实验实训教学交互平台,这个平台具备电脑版和智能手机版两种途径访问的能力。

Empirical analysis of risk-taking behavior in IT platform migration decisions

Information technology (IT) platform migration incurs a great deal of risk because of the massive rewriting of legacy systems and a wide range of new technology adoptions. Therefore IT platform decisions need to be made in a mindful manner because of the high degree of investment risk. However, more aggressive migrations, compared to the global trend, to an open system have been observed in Korean organizations. This phenomenon defies the common understanding of IT investment risk and encourages the investigation of the elusive characteristics underlying IT investment decisions. The effect of IT decision-makers’ perceptions and risk propensity on their IT platform migration decisions is examined in the context of risky decisions. In addition to risk perception, decision-makers’ risk propensity also has a significant effect on IT investment decisions. By observing the monarchical IT governance and IT-biased careers of decision-makers, some implications of large-scale IT investment decisions are derived.

An evaluation of the development of IT in a college of nursing and midwifery

This paper presents the findings of a case study of the development of IT in a College of Nursing and Midwifery. Data were collected by means of postal questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, direct observations and documentary evidence. The findings suggest that the majority of staff used some form of IT on a regular basis, but only 50% of students used college-based IT facilities. The main use of IT was for administrative and productive purposes and there was little evidence of IT in teaching/learning methods. Training offered to staff was poorly attended and training offered to students did not meet what they perceived as their needs. Although most staff used IT there was still evidence of resistance and stress related to IT use. The use of IT in the study college was driven by tactical considerations rather than as a part of an explicit strategy.

IT平台在组织的管理体系中的应用

组织通过自己的IT平台进行各种有关信息的输入、输出、变换、发布、搜索、传输等全部的工作。OSHMS采用PDCA等过程管理思想对组织进行管理。PDCA和组织的管理工作自动化有着紧密的联系。本文以OSHMS为例说明IT平台的应用,说明了由于各种管理体系的相似性,IT平台在管理体系中将得到广泛的应用。以ERP为例讨论了企业的IMSoQHSE问题。说明了企业建立IMSoQHSE只是时间问题。

Managing for Better Business-IT Alignment

Business-IT alignment is a complex and multidimensional problem that remains among the top-10 issues for many organizations. IT investment decisions usually fall to CIOs, and often the temptation is to base the decision to buy solely on superior technology. Clearly, organizations can gain a competitive advantage by such investments, but basing them only on the bells and whistles of a particular platform is foolhardy. Any competitive advantage would vanish as soon as the next platform enters the market, and the technological edge that the organization had briefly gained would evaporate. There are four themes in securing B-IT alignment: the role of IT, the business case, IT management intensity, and IT metrics, IT's role is important because not all organizations use IT in the same manner. The next three themes are natural intersections for business and IT investment. The business case is important because it determines how business and IT collaborate to justify the IT investment. The degree of IT management intensity both during and after the actual IT investment determines the organization's commitment to continuous process improvement. Finally, IT metrics are critical to demonstrate to business executives IT investment's value-generating potential     

What goes on in school-based ITT?

Abstract Initial Teacher Training (ITT) is destined to become more, perhaps entirely, school-based. Teacher competence with IT is still being developed. How might this lack in competence impact on trainee teachers learning to use IT in school? This paper considers the classroom experiences of trainee teachers following an early years, school-based BA (QTS) degree. Working in pairs the trainees undertook a range of IT work that was planned to exploit cross-curricular links. Observations of their work in school and recordings of class teacher/trainee conversations are used to describe the reality of school-based ITT. The data suggest that the value of the school-based work is largely restricted to that of planning for, and doing, in a specific context. There is little evidence that the class teachers are able to act as mentors for the trainee's IT work. This could have serious consequences for the IT competence of the future teaching profession.
