针对混合蛙跳算法SFLA(shuffled frog leaping algorithm)易陷入局部最优、收敛速度慢的问题,提出一种改进的混合蛙跳算法。该算法首先用混沌的Tent序列初始化青蛙群体以增强群体的多样性,提高初始解的质量;再根据每只青蛙的群体适应度方差值选取不同的变异概率,有效增强了SFLA跳出局部最优解的能力。通过对6个经典函数的仿真测试,结果表明,新算法比SFLA和ISFLA1的寻优能力更强,迭代次数更少,解的精度更高。  相似文献

针对基本混合蛙跳算法收敛速度慢、求解精度不高且易陷入局部最优的缺陷,提出了一种新的正态变异优胜劣汰的混合蛙跳算法。该算法在局部搜索策略中,对子群内最差个体的更新融入了服从正态分布的变异扰动,可有效避免青蛙个体向局部最优聚集,扩大搜索空间,增加种群的多样性;同时对子群内少量的较差青蛙进行变异选择,摒弃不利的变异,继承有用的变异,优胜劣汰,整体提高种群的质量,减少算法寻优过程的盲目性,提高算法的寻优速度。对每个子群内的最优个体引入精英变异机制以获得更优秀的个体,进一步提升算法的全局寻优能力,避免陷入局部最优,引领种群向更好的方向进化。实验独立运行30次,所提算法在Sphere、Rastrigrin、Griewank、Ackley和Quadric函数中均能收敛到最优解0,优于其他对比算法。实验结果表明,所提算法可有效避免算法陷入早熟收敛,提高了算法的收敛速度和精度。  相似文献

混合蛙跳算法易陷入局部最优,且收敛速度较慢。为此,提出一种带有选择和自适应变异机制的蛙跳算法。引入线性递减的动态惯性权重修正最差青蛙,按照一定的概率选择适应度值较优的青蛙代替较差青蛙,并对每只青蛙个体以不同概率进行自适应变异。仿真结果表明,该算法可以平衡全局搜索和局部搜索,寻优能力强、迭代次数少,解的精度较高,更适合高维复杂函数的优化。  相似文献

针对基本蛙跳算法在处理复杂函数优化问题时求解精度低且易陷入局部最优的缺点,提出了一种嵌入共轭梯度法的混合蛙跳算法。该算法在基本蛙跳算法划分模因组的基础上引入共轭梯度法,由于基本蛙跳算法模因组的划分规则,使得排在最后的青蛙子群个体位置较差,严重影响着整个群体的寻优速度,因而选取排列在后面的一部分模因组使用共轭梯度法进行求解,这使得算法在进化中后期易跳出局部最优,提高了算法的收敛精度。所得混合蛙跳算法有效结合了基本蛙跳算法较强的全局搜索能力和共轭梯度法快速精确的局部搜索能力。数值实验结果表明,所提出的改进蛙跳算法较基本蛙跳算法具有更高的收敛精度,避免了陷入局部最优的缺点,且优化结果更加稳定。  相似文献

针对基本混合蛙跳算法的缺陷, 提出了一种基于混沌优化策略的改进混合蛙跳算法(SFLA)。在青蛙更新策略中引入自适应扰动机制, 平衡了算法搜索深度, 并利用高斯变异算子代替随机更新操作, 提高了算法搜索速度; 在全局迭代中借鉴混沌优化策略思想, 以概率形式对最优个体进行优化, 避免了族群陷入局部最优, 并证明了改进算法以概率1收敛于全局最优解。最后用MATLAB对测试函数进行了仿真, 仿真结果表明改进的混合蛙跳算法在收敛速度、优化精度上有较大改善。  相似文献

针对K均值聚类算法存在的对初始值敏感且容易陷入局部最优的缺点,提出一种改进的混合蛙跳算法(SFLA)和K均值相结合的聚类算法。该算法通过混沌搜索优化初始解,变异操作生成新个体,在更新青蛙位置时,设计了一种新的搜索策略,提高了算法寻优能力;根据青蛙群体的适应度方差来确定K均值算法的操作时机,抑制早熟收敛。实验结果表明,改进的算法提高了聚类精度,在全局寻优能力和收敛速度方面具有优势。  相似文献

混合蛙跳算法(SFLA)具有算法简单、控制参数少、易于实现等优点,但在高维优化问题中算法易早熟收敛且求解精度低。为此,提出一种基于新搜索策略的混合蛙跳算法(NSSFLA)。该算法定义了新的粒子分类标准,将所有青蛙按此标准进行分类,每类青蛙按照相应的位置更新公式进行更新;在迭代过程中,每个青蛙个体根据自身状态动态地调整惯性权重,平衡了算法全局搜索和局部搜索的能力;在全局迭代中借鉴柯西变异优化策略思想,并以停滞代数判断是否对最优个体进行优化,避免了族群陷入局部最优。实验仿真表明,NSSFLA的寻优能力强,迭代次数少,解的精度高,更适合高维复杂函数的优化。  相似文献

针对传统混合蛙跳算法存在收敛速度慢、容易陷入局部最优和搜索精度不高的缺陷,提出了基于三角函数搜索因子的混合蛙跳算法。该算法将基于三角函数搜索因子的局部进化策略和产生新个体策略引入到混合蛙跳算法中,改进混合蛙跳算法的局部搜索精度和全局收敛性能。实验结果表明,基于三角函数搜索因子的混合蛙跳算法能够显著改善混合蛙跳算法的寻优精度和收敛速度,使算法的搜索效率和稳定性同时得到提高。  相似文献

蛙跳算法是一种受自然界生物现象启发产生的群体进化算法,计算速度快,寻优能力强,但局部搜索能力较弱,容易陷入早熟收敛。针对其缺点,结合高斯变异和柯西变异的优点,提出了一种改进的混合蛙跳算法。改进后的算法收敛速度加快,在一定程度上避免陷入局部最优,提高了蛙跳算法解决复杂函数问题的能力。实验验证了其有效性。  相似文献

针对基本混合蛙跳算法收敛速度慢、求解精度低且易陷入局部最优的问题,提出了一种新的协同进化混合蛙跳算法。该算法在局部搜索策略中,对子群内最差个体的更新引入平均值的同时充分利用最优个体的优秀基因,可有效扩大搜索空间,增加种群的多样性;同时对子群内少量的较差青蛙采取交互学习策略向邻近子群的最优个体交流学习,增加子群间交互的频繁性,提高信息共享程度,有利于进化。在全局迭代过程中采取精英群自学习进化机制,以对精英空间进行精细搜索,获得更优解,进一步提升算法的全局寻优能力,正确导向算法的进化。实验结果表明,所提算法在七个测试函数中均能收敛到最优解0,成功率为100%,优于其他对比算法。所提算法可有效避免陷入早熟收敛,极大地提高了算法的收敛速度和优化精度。  相似文献

The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. 为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献
