CELTS中的企业接口规范应用开发

企业接口规范是教育部教育信息化技术标准中的一个子标准(CELTS—19),是我国网络教育标准体系的重要组成部分。它定义了一套适用于不同系统间数据交换的标准化信息结构,为标准化的数据绑定提供了基础,为不同软件开发商保证了独立开发的系统间实现互操作的前提,并实现了基于异构系统间互操作上的流程建立及管理。结合XML绑定技术设计开发出了企业接口标准的应用原型系统,旨在实现跨平台系统的远程规范化交互操作,推动网络教育的规范化发展。     

标准化管理的安全性研究与设计

标准化工作是建立包括企业技术标准体系、管理标准体系和工作标准体系三个部分的企业标准文件体系,并对标准执行进行监督与考核,不断完善和修订标准文件,为企业实现标准化管理和达到持续改进的目标奠定基础。随着企业信息化的发展,以电子文档为基础的标准化流程系统大大提高了企业标准化工作的效率,但也产生了保护标准化过程中的电子文档安全性的问题,文章基于该安全问题设计了一套保护标准化流程中电子文档安全的系统。     

基于可扩展性标记语言的校验及修正系统

用电信息采集系统建设是一项复杂的系统工程。其中极为重要的一个前提是拥有规范化与标准化的智能用电信息模型,以实现信息在多种系统及平台中进行无缝互动。但是,目前用电信息标准化模型研究方面,由于不同机构不同厂商在对模型标准化理解上的不同,不同系统中对信息的描述产生了异构,严重阻碍了系统间信息数据无缝交流的能力,违背了用电信息标准化模型的设计初衷。为改变标准化模型应用现状,本文提出了一种基于可扩展性标记语言校验方式的智能用电信息校验系统,并设计逻辑算法,实现对不同模型的转换、信息的校验及信息的智能纠错等深层次功能。实验结果证明,本系统具有良好的数据适应性与工作能力。     

煤炭企业数据标准化建设研究

随着煤炭企业信息化的发展,快速建立了多个不同领域的信息系统,对于各系统数据采集的源数据来源于不同领域建立的不同的信息管理系统,业务领域的不同造成数据的格式多样化,多领域多格式的数据对于企业管理层级的信息整合及分析造成了巨大的困难.为统一化、规范化数据采集得到的数据,根据煤炭企业的具体情况研究又设计了一套适合于煤炭企业的数据标准化方案,通过数据的标准化,最终为企业决策层提供标准的、可靠的、低冗余的、可利用的数据.     

企业需实施商务智能标准

企业中有ERP、SCM等不同的商务系统,导致了企业中的信息不是整合的、统一的。这种分裂带来的问题,也造成了商务智能在定义和使用上的迷惑或者不理解。例如,企业在各个部门当中使用不同的工具,从而出现了各种不同标准的数据。在我们看来,企业需要果断实施商业智能的标准,以减少重复的工具和降低成本,实现商务智能的最大收益。在例如ERP、数据库等IT产品都已经标准化的今天,商业智能的标准化自然是下一步走向。如果没有通用的商务智能的架构,内部和外部的用户都很难获得对业务全面的认识,不容易达到更有效的创收和为用户提供更好的服务。…     

运用XML技术传输数据

随着企业的发展,企业的关键数据常常存储于不同异构源中,管理并充分利用这些数据是一件非常复杂的事情.数据表示的不统一成为数据应用的瓶颈.可扩展标记语言(XML)通过一种标准格式为不同应用程序间的数据交换和不同系统间的集成提供了强大的机制.XML擅长应对数据结构的变化,因而成为解决问题的关键.它能够保证在数据的交换过程中不改变数据的意义和结构,并适合于在多个平台环境中进行交换.     

基于办公自动化的电力企业标准化管理平台

文章在对当前办公自动化系统存在的主要缺陷以及当前我国企业标准化建设当中存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出了基于办公自动化的电力企业标准化管理平台的解决方案,该系统将国际、国家、行业以及企业内部相关标准和办公自动化系统进行有机整合,真正实现了管理过程的自动化、规范化、标准化。     

电力应用系统数据交换平台

现代企业资源具有分布式、异构性、跨领域协同工作等特点。通过分析电力行业电力应用系统的现状,针对各系统间缺乏规范化和标准化的数据共享机制,信息资源难以共享,数据交换率低效等问题,提出了基于SOA架构,以XML作为异构系统之间数据交换的标准格式,以Web Service作为各系统数据交换的标准接口的数据交换平台,解决各系统间的数据的交换和共享。经过实际应用表明,本平台极大的方便了各电力应用系统之间数据的交换与共享,大大的提高了企业的运营效率。     

企业标准化综合贡献分析

针对用户行业不同、需求不同,产品品种规格层出不穷等特点,形成了企业标准化的思路。标准化是解决企业生产经营问题的一种切实有效的方法。本文阐述了企业标准化概念,并分析了企业标准化有益于企业发展的贡献。实践证明,企业标准化可有效的加快产品设计进度,缩短产品的交货周期,保证产品质量的稳定性,提高产品的售后服务,提升企业的竞争力。     

基于Agent的分布式入侵检测系统通信机制设计

分布式环境下的入侵检测系统是入侵检测的研究热点,系统中各Agent运行于不同的平台上,具有不同的数据表达格式,这需要有效的通信机制保障Agent间的通信与协作.本文在入侵检测标准化组织现有文档的基础上,提出了一个具有通用性的分布式入侵检测系统通信机制框架.Agent间的消息交换格式参照IDMEF标准,并根据入侵检测Agent通信需求扩充了警报数据的XML描述.框架还给出了Agent通信安全机制,使通信机制总体上满足了分布式入侵检测系统警报信息量大、实时通信、安全性高的特点.     

European Community policy and the market

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.     

一种自适应子融合集成多分类器方法

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。     

煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计及其仿真实现

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.     

基于QTE的蒙古文显示机制研究与实现

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。     

基于AD9626的模拟信号采集存储卡设计

自然界的绝大部分信号都是以模拟的形式存在,因此模拟信号的采集转换存储在数字时代十分关键。文章讨论了在雷达信号处理领域基于AD9626的AD采集存储卡的设计原理、硬件结构和程序设计与芯片配置等问题,为今后相关领域的研究提供了可参考的方案。     

A human-computer interface for non-computer specialists

The COM teleconferencing system was designed to be easy to use for both beginners and people with much computer experience. A number of design choices in organizing the human-computer interface were considered very carefully. These design problems are not unique for teleconferencing applications, but will appear in many other developments of human-computer interfaces for non-computer specialists. This report discusses naming conventions, menu format, user commands, help facility and the treatment of ‘type ahead’ from the users.     

Explanation and prediction: an architecture for default and abductive reasoning

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.     

View-based model-driven architecture for enhancing maintainability of data access services

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.
