基于颜色Petri网的有偿交互QA系统投诉模型

有偿交互问答(QA)系统受到越来越多的关注,但是补偿的不公平性等问题可能会引起用户的投诉。通过分析有偿交互QA系统的投诉流程,首先利用颜色Petri网对投诉流程进行形式化建模;然后使用CPN Tools对所建立的形式化模型进行验证;最后对所建模型的状态空间报告进行分析,证明了系统各响应流程设计的正确性等特性。所提出的方法对有偿交互QA系统的综合形式化分析具有重要意义。     

标准化管理的安全性研究与设计

标准化工作是建立包括企业技术标准体系、管理标准体系和工作标准体系三个部分的企业标准文件体系,并对标准执行进行监督与考核,不断完善和修订标准文件,为企业实现标准化管理和达到持续改进的目标奠定基础。随着企业信息化的发展,以电子文档为基础的标准化流程系统大大提高了企业标准化工作的效率,但也产生了保护标准化过程中的电子文档安全性的问题,文章基于该安全问题设计了一套保护标准化流程中电子文档安全的系统。

QA-KGNet: 一种语言模型驱动的知识图谱问答模型

基于知识图谱的问答系统可以解析用户问题,已成为一种检索知识、自动回答所询问题的有效途径.知识图谱问答系统通常是利用神经程序归纳模型,将自然语言问题转化为逻辑形式,在知识图谱上执行该逻辑形式能够得到答案.然而,使用预训练语言模型和知识图谱的知识问答系统包含两个挑战:(1)给定问答(questionanswering, QA)上下文,需要从大型知识图谱(knowledge graph, KG)中识别相关知识;(2)对QA上下文和KG进行联合推理.基于此,提出一种语言模型驱动的知识图谱问答推理模型QA-KGNet,将QA上下文和KG连接起来形成一个工作图,使用语言模型计算给定QA上下文节点与KG节点的关联度,并使用多头图注意力网络更新节点表示.在Commonsense QA、OpenBookQA和Med QA-USMLE真实数据集上进行实验来评估QA-KGNet的性能,实验结果表明:QA-KGNet优于现有的基准模型,表现出优越的结构化推理能力.     

Skoll: A Process and Infrastructure for Distributed Continuous Quality Assurance

Software engineers increasingly emphasize agility and flexibility in their designs and development approaches. They increasingly use distributed development teams, rely on component assembly and deployment rather than green field code writing, rapidly evolve the system through incremental development and frequent updating, and use flexible product designs supporting extensive end-user customization. While agility and flexibility have many benefits, they also create an enormous number of potential system configurations built from rapidly changing component implementations. Since today's quality assurance (QA) techniques do not scale to handle highly configurable systems, we are developing and validating novel software QA processes and tools that leverage the extensive computing resources of user and developer communities in a distributed, continuous manner to improve software quality significantly. This paper provides several contributions to the study of distributed, continuous QA (DCQA). First, it shows the structure and functionality of Skoll, which is an environment that defines a generic around-the-world, around-the-clock QA process and several sophisticated tools that support this process. Second, it describes several novel QA processes built using the Skoll environment. Third, it presents two studies using Skoll: one involving user testing of the Mozilla browser and another involving continuous build, integration, and testing of the ACE+TAO communication software package. The results of our studies suggest that the Skoll environment can manage and control distributed continuous QA processes more effectively than conventional QA processes. For example, our DCQA processes rapidly identified problems that had taken the ACE+TAO developers much longer to find and several of which they had not found. Moreover, the automatic analysis of QA results provided developers information that enabled them to quickly find the root causes of problems

答疑系统是网络教育平台的重要组成部分，它在加强师生交流、帮助学生明确问题所在，并获得自己真正需要的答案信息等方面具有不可或缺的作用。本旨在于提供一个智能答疑系统，帮助远程教育的学习者消除学习中的障碍。系统基于UML进行分析和设计，建立相应的数据库，同时引入智能Agent技术实现各个动态用例，使答疑解惑的过程变得轻松、自如、实时、便捷。     

用自然语言处理改进问答系统的研究和实现

问答系统是当前人工智能应用的一个重要领域，而传统的基于模式匹配方法的问答系统具有很大的局限性。该文研究了基于HMM模型、图句法分析、词典和规则的自然语言处理算法。将这些算法应用到问答系统中，扩展了对话管理模块，对用户的自然语言进行语义分析，从而实现对话的语义块识别、主题识别和对话信息提取，提高了系统对复杂用户输入的处理能力，克服了传统方法的不足，并使用Java实现了一个实验系统。

Introduction of static quality analysis in small- and medium-sized software enterprises: experiences from technology transfer

Today, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the software industry face major challenges. Their resource constraints require high efficiency in development. Furthermore, quality assurance (QA) measures need to be taken to mitigate the risk of additional, expensive effort for bug fixes or compensations. Automated static analysis (ASA) can reduce this risk because it promises low application effort. SMEs seem to take little advantage of this opportunity. Instead, they still mainly rely on the dynamic analysis approach of software testing. In this article, we report on our experiences from a technology transfer project. Our aim was to evaluate the results static analysis can provide for SMEs as well as the problems that occur when introducing and using static analysis in SMEs. We analysed five software projects from five collaborating SMEs using three different ASA techniques: code clone detection, bug pattern detection and architecture conformance analysis. Following the analysis, we applied a quality model to aggregate and evaluate the results. Our study shows that the effort required to introduce ASA techniques in SMEs is small (mostly below one person-hour each). Furthermore, we encountered only few technical problems. By means of the analyses, we could detect multiple defects in production code. The participating companies perceived the analysis results to be a helpful addition to their current QA and will include the analyses in their QA process. With the help of the Quamoco quality model, we could efficiently aggregate and rate static analysis results. However, we also encountered a partial mismatch with the opinions of the SMEs. We conclude that ASA and quality models can be a valuable and affordable addition to the QA process of SMEs.     

网格GIS及其在粤西数字海洋中的应用研究

根据海洋信息化工程建设面临的问题,提出了基于网格地理信息系统的粤西数字海洋解决方案并讨论了其实现过程。首先介绍了网格地理信息系统的特点及体系结构,其次阐述了基于Grid GIS的粤西数字海洋框架,最后论述了数字海洋实现的功能。网格地理信息系统不仅具有强大的空间分析与统计功能、空间数据和属性数据的处理能力,还应用中间件技术解决海量数据在分布式、异构环境下的信息共享、快速存储、传输和访问的瓶颈问题,为海洋信息管理的标准化、网络化、空间化提供了有效的工具。     

Answering contextual questions based on ontologies and question templates

Contextual question answering (CQA), in which user information needs are satisfied through an interactive question answering (QA) dialog, has recently attracted more research attention. One challenge is to fuse contextual information into the understanding process of relevant questions. In this paper, a discourse structure is proposed to maintain semantic information, and approaches for recognition of relevancy type and fusion of contextual information according to relevancy type are proposed. The system is evaluated on real contextual QA data. The results show that better performance is achieved than a baseline system and almost the same performance as when these contextual phenomena are resolved manually. A detailed evaluation analysis is presented.     

航空发动机低压涡轮数字化装配仿真

通过基于三维数字化模型的装配工艺仿真技术,实现基于航空发动机低压涡轮模型在可视化的数字环境中的装配路径规划、装配分析和装配仿真,以验证产品的可装配性及其工艺过程,从而能及时发现产品设计和工艺规划中的缺陷与错误,从而进行改进。民用航空发动机数字化装配仿真分析研究,为下阶段仿真技术研究的体系化与标准化建设奠定了基础。     

旅游自动应答语义模型分析与实践

针对常见问答系统采用的以词法分析为基础的浅层语义模型难以有效挖掘用户问句深层语义的问题,本文立足于旅游问答应用领域,采用组合范畴语法对旅游问句进行句法分析,使用Lambda演算式表示问句语义,以此构建旅游领域问句的语义模型,以便于通过精确的问句语义快速查找应答结果.研究首先进行旅游领域数据采集与语料标注的准备性工作,并针对语料对旅游问句的句式句法进行分析;然后采用基于概率的组合范畴语法的监督学习过程,通过训练获得较为可靠的旅游问句语义词典;最后根据语义词典及其他相关知识,学习用户问句语义,构建旅游自动应答语义分析系统,着重于问句解析和相应的语义模型的构建.通过在评测集上的验证,这种语义解析方法在解析效果上有比较明确的提升.
