搭建小型风机叶片振动检测实验平台,采集风机叶片振动响应数据,利用自互功率谱法辨别叶片损伤前后的模态参数,通过实验数据对比风机叶片损伤前后固有频率的变化,当风机叶片发生损伤时,其各阶固有频率会下降,且随着损伤程度的增加,各阶固有频率的下降幅度越大,并利用轴向振型差法对叶片损伤进行了定位,在实验室条件下完成了风机叶片结构损伤的识别。 相似文献

为能够及时有效地监测并识别风机叶片裂纹的位置以及强度,讨论了风机叶片上声发射传感器测点优化布局方案,以及基于无线传感网络的信号采集实现,探讨了声发射信号分析和特征提取方法。在分析现有裂纹定位方法特点的基础上,提出了一种针对声发射信号进行小波分析判别风机叶片裂纹位置及其强度的方法。通过实验数据验证了该方法不仅能够实现裂纹位置及其强度的定位,而且与传统方法相比该方法提高了精确性。 相似文献

锅炉风机在运行中,由于长期运行可能导致零部件磨损、老化,出现故障问题,在不同程度上影响着锅炉风机正常运行。就锅炉风机常见故障来看,地脚螺栓折断、叶片非工作面积灰处理或是风道系统振动等因素导致的引风机振动问题;润滑不足、轴承异常等问题都可能导致轴承温度升高,加剧轴承磨损和老化,出现故障问题。这些常见的故障问题将会影响到锅炉风机的正常运行。基于此,本文就锅炉风机运行中常见故障进行分析,为了保证锅炉风机可以正常运行,就需要在深入剖析故障原因基础上,寻求合理的处理措施,避免对生产作业活动带来不良影响。 相似文献

齿轮箱作为风机传动系统重要的机械部件长期工作在恶劣环境中易于发生故障。针对风机齿轮箱产生的振动信号具有非平稳、瞬态、不确定性、以及外界干扰因素等特点,提出了小波包与改进的BP神经网络相结合方法。首先提取原始振动信号的时域波形,利用小波包对于时域特征值进行分解,将小波包分解后的子频带能量进行归一化计算,并作为BP网络的输入特征向量,其次创建BP故障模型,通过改进的优化算法对神经网络的权值和阈值进行全局寻优,最终使得对故障类型进行精确的判断,提高了故障诊断效率。仿真结果比较了两种优化算法的性能指标,得出改进的蚁群算法(MMA)优化算法识别精度更高,误差相对较小,收敛速度更快,验证了方法的有效性和可靠性。 相似文献

在阐述冷却塔风机运行状态监测技术现状以及对风机叶片断裂原因进行分析的基础上,提出一种新型非接触式冷却塔风机叶片运行状态监测方法--叶尖计时监测法,并将叶尖计时监测法与单片机技术相结合,研制出一种非接触式冷却塔风机叶片运行状态监控系统,实现在叶片发生断裂、变形时监控系统控制风机停机并报警,从而预防叶片事故的发生。生产实践证明,此监测方法明显提高了风机运行状态监测的可靠性,能有效地避免叶片故障的发生,具有良好的推广应用价值。 相似文献

传统风机叶片使用人工吊篮、望远镜、手动操控无人机的方式进行巡检,存在巡检难度大、巡检效率低、拍摄数据规范性差等问题。为此,提出了一种在无人机平台上基于LiDAR与可见光融合的风机叶片自动化巡检的方法。通过融合可见光相机、激光雷达采集的多源数据自动规划风机状态的智能感知和无人机航线,可实现拍摄风机叶片的不同部位(前缘、后缘、迎风面、背风面)并选择最佳角度、最佳距离,在保证巡检安全的前提下极大地提升了叶片巡检的质量,同时降低了风机巡检人员的作业难度,提升了风机叶片的巡检效率。 相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值. 相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times. 相似文献
