标准国际化是全球能源互联网发展的重要支撑,但这是一个复杂问题,牵涉众多的技术领域和多样性的标准化需求。从全球能源互联网的技术脉络梳理和标准国际化需求分析出发,对标准国际化的总体思路和具体实施部署方式进行了研究。梳理了包含4个专业方向、13个技术领域、45个子领域的全球能源互联网技术梗概。基于各专业方向和技术领域的实际情况,分析了标准国际化需求。提出了立足于当前全球能源互联网技术创新、工程建设和标准积累的现实基础,通过4种途径推动全球能源互联网标准国际化,为全球能源互联网建设提供支撑的总体思路。挑选了一批优先进行标准国际化的技术领域和具体标准,推荐了一些典型的标准国际化具体措施。 相似文献

In recent years, the global energy interconnection(GEI) has more and more profound influence around the world, which is a highly practical way for humans to handle the energy crisis. In the studies of GEI, the economic dispatch(ED) is a basic and important content. In this paper, a model of dynamic economic dispatch(DED) of GEI is presented, which include the renewable energy generation. The objective function of this model is composed of the operating costs and the renewable energy curtailment. The challenge of global warming has become a driving force for a global energy transition. The Global Energy Interconnection(GEI) is a modern energy system aimed at meeting the global power demand in a clean and green manner. With the development of clean replacement, electricity replacement, and grid interconnection strategies, GEI contributes to the global temperature control by dramatically reducing the level of energy-related CO_2 emissions. This study proposes an integrated framework for analyzing the mechanism of CO_2 emission reduction via GEI implementation. The obtained results demonstrate that the total cumulative contribution of GEI to mitigating the effects of CO_2 emissions(estimated by conducting a scenario analysis) corresponds to a total reduction of 3100 Gt CO2. The contributions of the clean replacement, electricity replacement, and carbon capture and storage GEI components to this process are equal to 55, 42, 5%, respectively. Using GEI, the utilization of clean energy in 2050 will increase by a factor of 4.5 at an annual growth rate of 4.4%, and the electrification rate will be 2.4 times greater than the current one. 相似文献

全球能源互联网(Global Energy Interconnection,GEI)旨在通过建立洲际输电走廊来实现可再生能源发电在全球范围内的自由调度。研究表明,GEI愿景可有效促进全球去碳化。然而,各地区电网的现有发展计划分别以独立的愿景为基础框架,其与GEI的兼容性尚不清晰。文章旨在讨论由欧洲输电网运行商联盟(European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity, ENTSO-E)提出的欧洲电网发展十年计划(Ten Years Network Development Plan, TYNDP)与GEI愿景的兼容性,提出一种结合电力系统技术经济分析模型和社会经济决策支持工具的多准则优化方法。通过该方法,在充分考虑环境、社会和政治因素的影响下,对GEI跨洲互联通道在欧洲电网本地的落脚点进行优化配置,并计算了2030年和2050年GEI情景下欧洲电网规划模型内部的最优潮流。结果显示,在GEI情景所预测的高负荷水平下,斯堪的纳维亚地区和欧洲大陆之间将出现分布广泛的阻塞,从而限制来自北极地区风电向欧洲大陆的调度。研究认为,GEI的发展与实施需要各地区电网间的密切配合。 相似文献

由于步态能量图像(GEI)是对二值轮廓图像序列相加求平均,然而,二值轮廓图像只能捕获人体轮廓的边界信息,人体的内部边界信息会被完全的丢弃掉,基于GEI算法的缺陷,提出了一种基于人体目标图像的方向梯度直方图(HOG)特征的GEI识别算法,此算法不仅能捕获人体轮廓的边界信息,而且还能提取人体重合的边界信息.获取人体目标图像的HOG特征的步态能量图,首先使用视频前景分割算法提取人体目标图像,然后提取图像序列中每帧人体目标图像的HOG特征;最后对图像序列中的每帧HOG特征图像相加求平均.在此基础上,依据GEI和HOG的思想,又实现了对传统步态能量图、二值轮廓图像序列、人体目标图像步态能量图进行HOG特征提取及直接构建人体目标图像步态能量图特征的表示,从而提出了 4种拓展的能量图构建方法,并针对这5种算法与经典的GEI算法利用CASIA步态数据库进行了实验分析对比,实验结果表明算法效果良好. 相似文献
