为了寻找最佳的固体聚合物电解质(SPE)水电解阴极催化剂,采用最简单的制备方法浸渍-还原法合成Pd基催化剂。通过对催化剂进行循环伏安测试、交流阻抗测试、线性极化测试和X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜法(TEM)表征,结果发现对载体C进行酸化预处理,反应温度为90℃,p H=10时,可以获得高性能的SPE水电解阴极Pd/C催化剂。 相似文献

在非氯盐体系下,采用化学共沉淀法制备纳米级锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)粉体材料,分析锑掺杂浓度、前驱体pH值和前驱体煅烧温度对电导率的影响;采用优化的Adams法,以纳米ATO粉体为载体,制备担载型析氧催化剂二氧化锒(IrO_2)/ATO,并进行XRD分析、电化学阻抗及极化曲线测试。制备ATO粉体电导率最大时(0.581 S/cm)的条件为:Sb掺杂浓度10%,pH值为3.5,煅烧温度为600℃。采用IrO_2/ATO催化剂的单体电池,在800mA/cm~2、80℃时,所需槽电压仅为1.40V。 相似文献

研究了碳化钨(WC)增强Pt/C(Pt-WC/C)作为析氢反应的电催化剂,结果显示:Pt-WC/C电催化剂的催化析氢性能比Pt/C电催化剂高.当电流密度为200 mA/cm2时,在载有120 μg Pt-120 μg WC/C电催化剂的电极上比载有240 μg Pt/C电催化剂的电极上过电位降低了将近60 mV;Pt-WC/C电催化剂中使用较少的Pt,但催化活性有了很大的提高.提高H2SO4浓度和温度,都能提高析氢性能.动力学研究表明:Pt-WC/C电催化剂上的催化析氢反应比在Pt/C电催化剂上有更大的交换电流密度和更小的反应活化自由能. 相似文献

V2O5-WO3/TiO2烟气脱硝催化剂的载体选择 总被引:7,自引:2,他引:5
在选择性催化还原试验台上对4种不同TiO2为载体制备的催化剂的脱硝性能进行测试,采用BET、X射线衍射、傅里叶转换红外光谱、扫描电镜-能谱分析、X射线荧光分析和热重分析等技术进行微观表征,并与商业催化剂进行对比。以硫酸法制备的纳米级锐钛型TiO2适合作为选择性催化还原催化剂载体,制备的催化剂脱硝效率高,温度窗口宽,选择性好,其中硫酸盐质量分数为8%~10%时最为有利;以氯化法制备纳米TiO2过程中,生成了V3Ti6O17的聚合物导致NO脱除率较低,因此不适合作为催化剂载体。以工业级TiO2为载体制备的催化剂氨氮比为1.0时,在355~420 ℃的温度范围内NO脱除率为80%~85%,但由于成本很低,因此可以用于脱硝要求不高的场合。由钛酸丁酯溶胶法制备TiO2为载体制备的SCR催化剂性能不及硫酸法制备的纳米级锐钛型TiO2制备的催化剂,且操作复杂,技术难度大,不适宜推广。 相似文献

综述了铋对铅酸蓄电池析氢和析氧行为的影响。虽然关于铋对析氢和析氧影响的研究较多,但铋在电池中的作用仍存在争议。大多数结果表明,铅铋合金中铋对正极氧气的析出起电催化作用,同时又加速了氧在负极上的再复合效率,对负极氢气析出反应则起抑制作用,电解液中的铋离子的存在能提高析氢析氧过电位。铋的存在降低了电池的水损耗。 相似文献

This paper proposes a method for automatic design of the sensory morphology of a mobile robot. The proposed method employs two types of adaptations, ontogenetic and phylogenetic, to optimize the sensory morphology of the robot. In ontogenetic adaptation, reinforcement learning searches for the optimal policy, which is highly dependent on the sensory morphology. In phylogenetic adaptation, a genetic algorithm is used to select morphologies with which the robot can learn tasks faster. Our proposed method was applied to the design of the sensory morphology of a line‐following robot. We performed simulation experiments to compare the design solution with a hand‐coded robot. The results of the experiments revealed that our robot outperformed the hand‐coded robot in terms of the following accuracy and learning speed, although our robot had fewer sensors than the hand‐coded one. We also built a physical robot using the design solution. The experimental results revealed that this physical robot used its morphology effectively and outperformed the hand‐coded robot. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents opposition-based differential evolution to determine the optimal hourly schedule of power
generation in a hydrothermal system. Differential evolution (DE) is a population-based stochastic parallel search
evolutionary algorithm. Opposition-based differential evolution has been used here to improve the effectiveness
and quality of the solution. The proposed opposition-based differential evolution (ODE) employs opposition-based
learning (OBL) for population initialization and also for generation jumping. The effectiveness of the proposed
method has been verified on two test problems, two fixed head hydrothermal test systems and three hydrothermal
multi-reservoir cascaded hydroelectric test systems having prohibited operating zones and thermal units with valve
point loading. The results of the proposed approach are compared with those obtained by other evolutionary
methods. It is found that the proposed opposition-based differential evolution based approach is able to provide
