碳纤维复合芯导线(简称ACCC)是目前全世界电力输变电系统理想的取代传统的钢芯铝铰导线、铝包钢导线、铝合金导线及进口殷刚导线(简称ACSR)的新产品,碳纤维复合芯导线与传统导线相比具有重量轻、强度大、低线损、弛度小、耐高温、耐腐蚀、与环境亲和等优点,是实现电力传输节能、环保与安全的理想替代品。文章介绍了碳纤维复合芯导线的性能特点和施工方法,为今后实施类似工程提供参考。 相似文献

Self-damping characteristics of three types of conductors with seven different sizes were studied. Conductor types considered were ACSR round and trapezoidal (TW) wires as well as self-damping (SD). The power method was used in the measurement of self-damping of all three types of conductors. For each conductor, damping measurements were made at three tension levels (10, 25 and 40% of rated tensile strength of conductor) for frequencies ranging from 5 to 55 Hz and normalized peak-to-peak amplitudes varying between 25/f to 150/f where f is frequency in Hz. Empirical relationships were derived to estimate the power dissipation values for all other frequency and amplitude levels. Results obtained from tests conducted on ACSR round and trapezoidal wire conductors of similar diameter indicated that the ACSR TW conductor in general has higher internal damping when compared to ACSR round wire conductor. However this trend was not necessarily observed at low frequencies. It was also noted that power dissipation increases with increase in size of the conductor 相似文献

High-temperature low-sag (HTLS) conductors, which can double the ampacity of conventional conductors, are becoming a mature option to uprate thermally limited transmission lines. This paper addresses several issues related to the widespread use of HTLS conductors in existing power systems. The first part of the paper analyzes the influence of higher line resistances on power transfer capability as well as the accuracy of conventional network models, based on constant conductor temperatures. The second part deals with the problem planners are facing when considering existing network reinforcement options versus the new alternative offered by HTLS conductors, intended to replace Alloy Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) equipment in situ. This leads to a security-constrained optimization problem involving binary decision variables. The 57-bus system is used throughout the paper to illustrate the main ideas. 相似文献

The design, selection and improvement for overhead aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) require intensive understanding of the cable characteristics. Until now, the analytical model for single layer ACSR is not satisfactory because of an unacceptable error between the analytical value and the experimental value. This paper presents a newly developed Integrated Model designed and performed on single layer conductors to investigate their electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical properties based on the Unified Model which was initially designed for three-layer ACSR. Carefully designed physical experiments to obtain conductor electromagnetic properties were used to validate the Integrated Model for various composite single layer ACSR: Guinea, Penguin, and Raven, popularly used in North America. An analysis of the electrical losses is also reported, and mechanical properties of odd-layer ACSR conductors are studied through case examples. 相似文献

Field and laboratory tests of ACSR conductors and related line items from many of Ontario Hydro's older transmission lines are described. A nondestructive corrosion detector was modified for live line measurement of the loss of galvanizing from the steel cores of the ACSR conductors. Samples of conductors tested in the field have also undergone laboratory metallurgical investigation, and tests of fatigue, tensile strength, torsional ductility, and electrical performance. Extensive environmental studies identified corrosion products of ACSR conductors, the atmospheric factors responsible for corrosion, and the mechanisms by which corrosion takes place. It is concluded that the corrosion detector serves as a useful indicator of impeding end of conductor life, while the torsional ductility tests serve as a more precise condition indicator and can provide a guide for scheduling conductor replacement 相似文献
