采用现场总线技术,开发了一套分散控制系统,该系统在控制级采用了双CAN现场总线网结构,并采用多种新的软、硬件技术,既可以直接与多种现场总线设备连接,又可以用于系统改造接入传统设备。系统具有良好的兼容性和开放性,并且采用了ODBC技术和互联网站服务技术,可以实现远程监控。测试结果和现场应用表明该系统工作可靠,具有良好的控制品质。  相似文献

This paper presents a new transient stabilization with voltage regulation analysis approach of a synchronous power generator driven by steam turbine and connected to an infinite bus. The aim is to obtain high performance for the terminal voltage and the rotor speed simultaneously under a large sudden fault and a wide range of operating conditions. The methodology adopted is based on sliding mode control technique. First, a nonlinear sliding mode observer for the synchronous machine damper currents is constructed. Second, the stabilizing feedback laws for the complete ninth order model of a power system, which takes into account the stator dynamics as well as the damper effects, are developed. They are shown to be asymptotically stable in the context of Lyapunov theory. Simulation results, for a single-Machine-Infinite-Bus (SMIB) power system, are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed combined observer-controller for the transient stabilization and voltage regulation.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy power system stabilizer is developed based on robust synergetic control theory and terminal attractor techniques. The main contribution consists in making the dynamic system insensitive to parameters variation. This aim is achieved using a new synergetic controller design such that power system states start, evolve and remain on a designer chosen attractor toward the equilibrium point therefore avoiding transient mode. Rendering the design more robust, fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown power system dynamic functions without calling upon usual model linearization and simplifications. Based on an indirect adaptive scheme and Lyapunov theory, adaptation laws are developed to make the controller handle parameters variations due to the different operating conditions occurring on the power system and to guarantee stability. The performance of the proposed stabilizer is evaluated for a single machine infinite bus system and for a multi machine power system under different type of disturbances. Simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed stabilizer in damping power system oscillations under various disturbances and better overall performance than classical PSS and some other types of power stabilizers.  相似文献

In the proposed work, authors have applied swarm intelligence based algorithms for the effective Co-ordination of Flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices with other existing Var sources present in the network. IEEE 30 and IEEE 57 bus systems are taken as standard test systems. SPSO (Simple Particle Swarm Optimization) and other two swarm based intelligence approaches like APSO (Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization) and EPSO (Evolutionary Particle Swarm Optimization) are used for the optimal setting of the Var sources and FACTS devices. The result obtained with the proposed approach is compared with the result found by the conventional RPP (Reactive power planning) approach where shunt capacitors, transformer tap setting arrangements and reactive generations of generators are used as planning variables. It is observed that reactive power planning with FACTS devices yields much better result in terms of reducing active power loss and total operating cost of the system even considering the investment costs of FACTS devices.  相似文献

This paper considers voltage control in restoration of EHV power systems. Restoration of a power system is performed by energizing transmission lines sequentially from initial power sources. These operations have already been programmed into an expert system developed by the authors. However, energizing no-load transmission lines causes some bus voltages to rise 20 percent more than rated voltages, and transformers can tolerate a 20 percent voltage rise only for 1 min. Here, the expert system is supplemented with a function for checking bus voltages and reactive powers of initial sources, and which automatically switches on reactors. Conditions for switching reactors and selecting appropriate reactors are written by rules, hence they are easy to modify. The target of voltage control is to keep bus voltages with in ±5 percent, and to keep reactive powers of generators within 30 percent of generator capacity. Applying this method to three basic restoration patterns of a model power system shows that small adjustment of switching conditions is sufficient for two patterns, and some modification of the restoration procedure is necessary for the other pattern to obtain good voltage profiles through the restoration process.  相似文献

针对目前评价灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)系统稳态性能影响指标的不足,结合FACTS设备自身控制潮流和电压的工作特性,提出了一套全面评估FACTS设备对系统静态安全性影响的指标体系。建立了基于运行状况的晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC)、静止无功补偿器(SVC)、统一潮流控制器(UPFC)可靠性模型,并基于该模型提出了FACTS设备的控制策略,该策略以状态量越限值最小为控制目标。建立了采用蒙特卡罗仿真的概率评估算法。通过IEEE-57节点的计算验证了所提指标体系和算法的有效性。  相似文献
