Research on Key Techniques for Video Surveillance System Applied to Shipping Channel Management

A video patrol and inspection system is an important part of the government＇s shipping channel information management. This system is mainly applied to video information gathering and processing as a patrol is carried out. The system described in this paper can preview, edit, and add essential explanation messages to the collected video, data. It then transfers these data and messages to a video server for the leaders and engineering and technical personnel to retrieve, play, chart, download or print. Each department of the government will use the system＇s functions according to that department＇s mission. The system can provide an effective means for managing the shipping enterprise. It also pro- vides a valuable reference for the modernizing of waterborne shipping.

While we are celebrating the Ninetieth Anniver-sary of the founding of this college,the Thirty-third Anniversary of the upgrading to institute,the crafts and arts department has undergone athirty- third year journey.Now it becomes a de-partment with peculiar characteristics and com-plete subjects and with five specialies.But thisdepartment offered only one speciality before.     

CRSG： A congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory in DTN

The inherent selfishness of each node for the enhancement of message successful delivery ratio and the network overall performance improvement are reflected in the contradiction relationship of competition and cooperation in delay/disruption tolerant networks (DTN). In particular, the existence of malicious node aggravates this contradiction. To resolve this contradiction, social relationship theory and group theory of social psychology were adopted to do an in-depth analysis. The concrete balancing approach which leveraged Nash equilibrium theory of game theory was proposed to resolve this contradiction in reality. Thus, a new congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory (CRSG) was put forward. Through the experiment, this algorithm proves that it can enhance the message successful delivery ratio by more than 15% and reduce the congestion ratio over 15% as well. This algorithm balances the contradiction relationship between the two key performance targets and made all nodes exhibit strong cooperation relationship in DTN.

A novel mechanism based on Nash bargaining for primary system game in cognitive radios

According to the utility function and spectrum demand of the cognitive users,a novel mechanism based on Nash bargaining for primary system game was proposed under the wireless environment of Rayleigh fading.On the basis of this mechanism,we proposed a new distributed bargaining algorithm based on Nash product;then the spectrum prices and system utilities were obtained.Theoretical analysis results showed that with a close total utility to the optimal,the Nash bargaining mechanism cannot only improve the fairness between primary systems remarkably,but also reach to the stable equilibrium in finitely repeated games.Finally,simulation results were given to demonstrate the correctness of these conclusions and the efficiency of the algorithm.

针对在线拍卖中卖方实施托投标拍卖出现的欺诈行为,在考虑成本因素的条件下采用非合作博弈理论和方法建立了托投标监管博弈模型,并定量分析监管部门与拍卖方之间互相依存下的决策以及混合纳什均衡问题。通过该模型对拍卖网站监管方和拍卖方决策行为的研究,得出网站监管部门对卖者托投标的最优罚款系数解析式。     

基于RFID的车辆不停车稽查系统设计

由于现行机动车的交通管理存在严重滞后,报废车、假牌、套牌、未缴罚款、未买交强险、未按期年检等违法车辆严重影响了正常的交通秩序和交通安全,为加强对这些违法车辆的查处,满足现代交通的需要,将先进的RFID技术引入智能化交通管理中,提出了基于RFID的车辆不停车稽查系统,即在车辆上安装防拆卸的RFID电子标签,并同时在高速公路出入口、限速路段等已安装摄像装置的相关路段上安装RFID阅读器,当违法车辆经过此路段时系统即会发出报警声,从而提示执法人员将其缉拿.该系统可以大大提高交通管理部门对违法车辆的查处效率,具有广阔的应用前景和应用价值.

在相关文献对典型的Cournot寡头竞争模型论述的基础上,进一步讨论在完全信息条件下两个企业关于具有一定替代性两种产品产量的静态多维Cournot模型及其多维纳什均衡,并得到两个企业分别对每种产品单独博弈时的纳什均衡策略劣于联合考虑这两种产品时进行多维博弈的纳什均衡策略的结果。     

对风险投资基金管理者选择的信号博弈分析

建立了投资者对风险投资基金管理者的选择博弈模型,结合不完全信息信号博弈的有关原理分析了投资者和基金管理者的策略选择及可能达到的均衡.研究表明,在一定条件满足时速存在着三种效率依次递减的均衡:分离均衡、混杂均衡和共用均衡.要达到效率最高的均衡,必须加大对虚报行为的处罚力度,要加大对基金管理者的评估.

基于博弈论的单机非完美预防性维护和生产调度的联合优化

摘要：

本文提出一个基于博弈论的单机系统的优化模型，该模型整合了非完美预防性维护计划和生产调度，以生产部门和维修部门的成本最小化为目标。针对该问题提出了两种三阶段动态博弈模型，通过逆向归纳法来确定预防性维修阈值，同时提出一个定理来获得精确解。通过详细的数值研究来验证提出的维护模型，并与其它两种现有的优化模型进行比较，结果论证了其有效性。

关键词：博弈论；非完美维护；生产调度；单机系统

     

一类基于物流服务水平的企业最优物流成本策略

依据博弈论原理,把企业物流服务水准的确定视为一种博弈,按照Nash均衡解的要求,建立客户对企业物流服务水准的需求分布及效用结构模型,导出均衡条件下企业选择不同物流服务水准所实施竞争策略的相应物流收益函数,使企业能够制定最优的物流成本和物流服务决策。
