The blunting line equation is very important in J-integral testing because of its indispensability in the determination of valid data and JIC value. The blunting line equation in current standard has had a larger relative error in depiction of the crack blunting compared to the experimentally measured results. By analyzing the blunting process of the crack tip according to the D-B model, a new form of blunting line was obtained on the base of the path independence of J-integral, i.e., J=1.25(σs+Sf)/(1+n)·WSZ. Experimental results show that this equation is more precise to describe the crack blunting than those in current standards.  相似文献

The basic difference non-equal interval model GM(1,1) in grey theory was used to fit and forecast data series with non-equal lengths and different inertias, acquired from oil monitoring of internal combustion engines. The fitted and forecasted results show that the length or inertia of a sequence affects its precision very much, i. e. the bigger the inertia of a sequence is, or the shorter the length of a series is, the less the errors of fitted and forecasted results are. Based on the research results, it is suggested that short series should be applied to be fitted and forecasted; for longer series, the newer datum should be applied instead of the older datum to be analyzed by nonequal interval GM(1,1) to improve the forecasted and fitted precision, and that data sequence should be verified to satisfy the conditions of grey forecasting.  相似文献

Variations between earthquakes result in many factors that influence post-earthquake building damage (e.g., ground motion parameters, building structure, site information, and quality of construction). Consequently, it is necessary to develop an appropriate building damage-rate estimation model. The building damage survey data were recorded and constructed into files by the Architecture and Building Research Institute (ABRI), Taiwan for the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake in the Nantou region as a basis for developing a building damage rate estimation model by applying fuzzy theory to express the fragility curves of buildings as a membership function. Empirical verification was performed using post-earthquake building damage data in the Taichung city that suffered relatively severe damage. Results indicate that fuzzy theory can be applied to predict building damage rates and that the estimated results are similar to actual disaster figures. Prediction of disaster damage using building damage rates can provide a reference for immediate disaster response during earthquakes and for regular disaster prevention and rescue planning.  相似文献

A class of problems concerning subinterface cracks interacting with the interface in metal/ piezoelectric ceramic bimaterials are studied. The interaction problem is reduced to a system of integral equations with the aid of the pseudo-traction-electric-displacement method. The equations are solved numerically, and the stress intensity factor, the electric displacement intensity factor and the mechanical strain energy release rate are evaluated. Numerical results of a Cu/PZT-4 bimaterial are given and shown in figures, in which three kinds of remote loading conditions are considered to make comparisons . It is found that the electric loading at infinity plays a quite important role in the present interaction problem. In addition, a conservation law of the first component of the Jk-integral vector is found, which does lead to a consistency check to confirm the effectiveness of the PTEDM as well as the numerical results derived in this paper.  相似文献

Based on the internet technology,it has become possible to complete remote monitoring and fault diagnosis for the numerical control machine.In order to capture the micro-shock signal induced by the incipient fault on the rotating parts,the reso- nance demodulation technology is utilized in the system.As a subsystem of the remote monitoring system,the embedded data acquisi- tion instrument not only integrates the demodulation board but also complete the collection and preprocess of monitoring data from different machines.Furthermore,through connecting to the internet,the data can be transferred to the remote diagnosis center and data reading and writing function can be finished in the database.At the same time,the problem of the IP address floating in the dial-up of web server is solved by the dynamic DNS technology.Finally,the remote diagnosis software developed on the Lab VIEW platform can analyze the monitoring data from manufacturing field.The research results have indicated that the equipment status can be monitored by the system effectively.  相似文献

Experimental research on electric insulator damaged by chemical pollutant   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
As a main insulating device of power system, insulator can be damaged by chemical pollutant, which does threaten the electric system. An artificial pollution test system is utilized to study the damage mode for a suspension insulator, and the effects of concentration and existing state on damage efficiency of chemical pollutant are studied. Testing results show that the damage mode is flashover damage, whose efficiency increases with the decrease of creepage distance. The concentration of conductive particle of chemical pollution can effectively elevate damage efficiency, though it has a critical value. Unlike natural pollution, chemical pollutant can make insulator flashover damage whether in wet or dry condition. The damage process and relative results reveal the damage rule of insulator by chemical pollutant. Those studies put forward a new means to damage electric insulated device, and provide important reference to the protection design of electric insulator.  相似文献

The constitutive model of rock can be built by mechanics elements because there are many kinds of damages in rock under varied loads. It is resumed that rock contains many microstructures and a structure of Bingham. The microstructure consists of two embranchments that are the unit of a spring and a gliding slice in series and the unit of a spring and a cementation bar in series, the two units connect each other in parallel. These microstructures are arranged disorderly or in the order of a certain state. A certain distribution of microstructures represents one type of rock. Two kinds of rock's constitutive relationship were deduced by using the model. One is the model in which many parallel microstructures and a structure of Bingham connect in series. And it is used to homogeneous rock. The other is the model in which many microstructures and a structure of Bingham connect in series. And it is used to the rock with much crack or microcrack in a certain direction. The two kinds of constitutive relationship were verified by the studied cases. The constitutive model of rock built by using mechanics elements is verified to be reasonable. Moreover, different types of rocks may be described with mechanics elements with different distributions.  相似文献

The fundamental algorithm of light beam propagation in high power laser system is investigated and the corresponding computational codes are given. It is shown that the number of modulation ring due to the diffraction is related to the size of the pinhole in spatial filter (in terms of the times of diffraction limitation, i. e. TDL) and the Fresnel number of the laser system; for the complex laser system with multi-spatial filters and free space, the system can be investigated by the reciprocal rule of operators.  相似文献

Mining subsidence damage is the main factor of restricting coal mining under buildings. To control or ease effectively the degree of mining subsidence and deformation is essential to resolve this problem. Through analyzing both advantages and disadvantages of some technologies such as mining with stowing, partial extraction and grouting in separated beds of overburden, we used the principle of load replacement and propose a “3-step mining” method, a new pattern of controlling mining subsidence, which consists of: strip mining, i.e. grouting to fill and consolidate the caving zone and retained strip pillar mining. The mechanism of controlling mining subsidence by using the “3-step mining” pattern is analyzed. The effect of the control is numerically simulated. The preliminary analysis shows that the “3-step mining” can effectively control ground subsidence and deformation. By using this method, the ground subsidence factor can be controlled to a value of about 0.25. Coal recovery can reach 80%-90%. Coal mining without removing surface buildins can be realized and the economic loss resultin from round subsidence can be greatly reduced.  相似文献

取加载一个周期内拉应力作用下的应变能密度增量为材料的损伤变量,由迟滞回线所围面积导出了该损伤变量的计算式;依据材料被损伤会使裂纹扩展,裂纹的扩展会导致试件发生断裂的事实,以J积分为裂纹扩展的控制参量,将裂纹扩展看作纯疲劳损伤与蠕变损伤二者共同的贡献,考虑疲劳-蠕变的交互作用,导出了在两级应力加载下的疲劳-蠕变寿命的表达式;该表达式与加载的波形、材料的疲劳-蠕变速率相关.应用该表达式对316L钢在550℃两级应力梯形波加载下的疲劳-蠕变寿命进行了预测,预测值在1.5倍误差因子以内,预测精度较高.  相似文献

基于辐射模型的微、纳米尺度陶瓷热涂层的热力学性能分析

摘要:温度场、热应力(特别是剥离力)和J积分对于热冲击下的热涂层具有重要作用,在微、纳米尺度上,能量传输机制与宏观尺度上有显著的不同。对于热冲击条件下微、纳米尺度陶瓷热涂层结构,采用声子辐射输运方程(EPRT)(用于纳米尺度陶瓷涂层)和傅里叶热传导定理(用于基底)相结合求得温度场,继而得到热应力和J积分。将这些结果与涂层和基底都采用傅里叶热传导定理计算的结果进行比较,同时分析了热物理特性(如弛豫时间和声子速度)对这些结果的影响。结果表明,用EPRT计算的温度、热应力和J积分,低于采用傅里叶热传导定理计算的结果。此外,TBCs的热物理性质对温度场和热应力的影响在TBCs表面和内部不同。

采用有限元法对平端的刚性压头压在半无限大的弹性平面上进行非线性接触分析,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建模,计算围绕压头端点的J积分值,通过数值计算证明其守恒性,再根据J积分与I型触压应力强度因子(KI)的关系得到KI。数据结果表明,由J积分方法计算的KI与理论值一致。最后应用J积分理论计算了有限厚度的板在刚性压头作用下的应力强度因子。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备硼酸镁晶须的最佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度大于900℃,焙烧时间为8.0 h.制得的晶须粗细均匀,晶型完美,直径约为1.5μm,长度约35μm,长径比约为24.经XRD、SEM和FT-IR分析确定为硼酸镁晶须.以酚醛树脂为基体,添加硼酸镁晶须制备硼酸镁晶须/酚醛树脂复合材料,探讨了硼酸镁晶须添加量和材料厚度对热中子屏蔽率的影响;当硼酸镁晶须添加量为40份时,热中子屏蔽率为73.64%,继续增加添加量,热中子屏蔽率增幅不大;材料厚度为1.0 cm时,热中子屏蔽率为85.01%,继续增加厚度,热中子屏蔽率增加不明显.实验结果表明,以硼酸镁晶须制备聚合物中子屏蔽材料不仅可行,而且对热中子辐射具有较好的屏蔽性能.  相似文献
