果汁加工废水属于高浓度有机废水,具有固体杂质多、有机物浓度高、水质水量变化大等特点。相对于酒精废水、淀粉废水、印染废水、造纸废水等其他高浓度有机废水,对果汁废水的处理技术的研究有些滞后。目前国内外关于果汁废水处理的相关研究和工程实例报道较少。作者主要对果汁废水处理工艺进行系统的总结。 相似文献

采用PVA生物处理工艺对果汁废水进行了试验研究,以考察该工艺处理果汁废水的可行性。研究结果表明:经过100 d的运行,PVA生物反应器的容积负荷从0.5 kg[CODCr]/(m3·d)提高到6.0 kg[CODCr]/(m3·d),其处理能力是传统活性污泥法的5~10倍;在整个运行过程中,PVA工艺对CODCr、BOD5、TN、TOC以及TP总平均去除率分别达到88.91%、90.93%、77.14%、75.14%、59.83%。该工艺在整个运行过程中基本无污泥外排。 相似文献

采用自制铁炭微电解材料(MEM)对7种实际难降解典型工业废水进行处理,考察了初始pH值、MEM投加量、曝气时间、絮凝pH值以及MEM的铁炭质量比对7种废水中目标污染物去除率的影响,并优化了处理工艺条件.试验结果表明,不同类型废水的优化处理工艺各不相同,但pH值是影响废水处理的主要因素;处理不同类型废水,MEM的铁炭质量比不同.在优化条件下,铁炭微电解对印染、制药废水的CODCr去除率达到60%以上,对果汁、农药废水的CODCr去除率达到45%以上,对造纸废水的CODCr去除率达到35%以上,对电镀废水总铬去除率、多晶硅废水氟化物去除率达到90%以上;经处理后7种废水的色度均可降至40倍以下. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Specific energy consumption (SEC) is an important factor in electrochemical treatment of wastewaters. SEC during electrochemical treatment of food industry wastewaters, specifically deproteinated whey wastewater (DWW), simulated sugar beet factory wastewater (SFW) and fruit juice factory wastewater (FJW), were investigated in this study. The effects of operational parameters applied voltage, and electrolyte and wastewater concentrations on SEC were assessed and optimized. RESULTS: SEC values were found in the range of 0.27–148.65, 0.94–375.76 and 0.20–636.40 kWh (kg COD)?1 for DWW, SFW and FJW, respectively, after 8 h of reaction. Operational parameters were optimized at 25 °C through response surface methodology (RSM) where applied voltage was kept in the range (2–12 V), wastewater concentration and COD removal percent were maximized electrolyte concentration and SEC were minimized. Optimum conditions were estimated as 7.73 V applied voltage and 100% wastewater concentration in the presence of 27.11 g L?1 supporting electrolyte concentration to achieve 25.02, 67.74 and 43.10% COD removal for DWW, SFW and FJW with corresponding SEC values of 17.85, 22.79 and 80.47 kWh (kg COD)?1, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Providing further research on the reduction of SEC values, application of electrochemical treatment to food industry wastewaters with non‐biodegradable components may become an alternative to conventional methods.
