缝合技术作为整体成型的制造技术,能有效增强复合材料的层间强度和抗冲击损伤性能。在缝合技术中有不同的缝合方式,目前常用的缝合方式有锁式缝合、链式缝合和临缝三种。不同的缝合方式对复合材料的层间剪切性能、压缩性能、拉伸性能和弯曲性能会产生不同的影响。主要研究了在三种不同的缝合方式下,复合材料的压缩性能、拉伸性能和弯曲性能的变化。 相似文献

缝合技术作为整体成型低成本制造技术已在航空领域得到广泛应用。缝合过程中引入缝线,缝线对缝合复合材料的无损检测结果和制件内部的微观状态都会有所影响。不同的缝合方式,缝线在制件内部的状态不同,因此对制件的无损检测结果和微观状态会产生不同的影响。通过实验研究了临缝、链式缝合和锁式缝合三种不同的缝合方式对缝合复合材料的超声A扫描和超声C扫描无损检测结果的影响,以及对制件内部缝线与树脂的结合等的影响。 相似文献

制备了改进锁式缝合、临缝式缝合、双线链式缝合等三种缝合方式下不同缝合密度、缝线直径的缝合泡沫夹层复合材料,并对其滚筒剥离性能进行了测试。结果表明,未缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的剥离载荷上升到一定高度后便趋于稳定,而缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的剥离载荷上升到一定高度后呈正弦曲线变化;缝合后最大剥离载荷的平均值得到大幅度的提高,可增加到原有的1.6~4.7倍左右;缝合参数相同,缝合方式不同的缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的剥离载荷存在一定的差异,同样的缝合方式下,缝合密度、缝线直径越大,剥离载荷越大。 相似文献

缝合技术能有效改善复合材料层间强度、提高损伤容限,通过缝合连接可以制备整体成型结构件。基于工业缝纫机工作原理,通过研究引线针、钩线针在形成线圈过程中的配合,建立了双针运动行程关系,并设计了凸轮曲柄连杆机构实现双针协同运动,将单面双针缝合头与三轴联动平台结合缝合预制件。探索双针夹角对线圈成型的影响,实验结果显示双针夹角为45°~60°时稳定形成线圈概率最高,达到90%,夹角过大或过小都会使线圈形成概率降低,实验验证了单面双针缝合装备结构设计的合理性,为装备优化提供了理论依据。 相似文献

本文参照美国ACT计划设计的最优缝合参数,用无捻Kevlar纤维缝合成不同缝合密度的预成型体,讨论并优化了缝合过程中重要参数的影响。采用改良的缝合机器,使缝合质量大幅提升,并发展了加固嵌板的缝合技术。本文采用VARTM工艺制备玻璃纤维织物增强复合材料,通过比较不同缝合密度下的力学性能,讨论了VARTM工艺中缝合密度对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,在一定的缝合密度下,缝合复合材料能表现出最好的冲击韧性。随着缝合密度的提高,复合材料的弯曲性能下降,但是层间性能有所提升。 相似文献

本文设计和制作了两种层间混杂结构的三维正交机织铜丝/玻璃纤维复合材料,分别为铜丝单面混杂和双面混杂复合材料。两种复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能测试结果表明,单面铜丝/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的归一化拉伸强度和模量分别为1214MPa和83GPa;高于双面铜丝/玻纤混杂复合材料44%和51%。单面铜丝/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的归一化弯曲强度为964NPa,高于双面铜丝/玻纤复合材料27%。两者的弯曲模量比较接近,均为60GPa左右。由于铜丝的混杂效应,三维正交机织铜丝/玻璃纤维层间混杂复合材料的拉伸和弯曲性能与相同结构的玻璃纤维复合材料相比有一定的下降。 相似文献

Galium aparine is a plant noted for its ability to attach to solid objects through its microscopic hooked trichomes via a hook and loop mechanism. This dry adhesive behaviour has been mimicked using a simple and inexpensive epoxy resin replica moulding technique. Enhancement of adhesion strength is achieved by varying the epoxy resin replicas’ Young’s modulus in order to provide strong hook and loop interlocking, whilst retaining sufficient bulk material flexibility for subsequent detachment via a hook uncurling mechanism. 相似文献

In this study, V-notched aluminum plates were repaired using the wet patch technique. Two different repair operations, single-side and double-side composite patches, were applied to the notched plates. Four layers of woven carbon fiber textile and with the same reinforcement angle were used as a composite patch. Previously, the epoxy was saturated onto the prepared carbon fiber textiles and glued to the plates, and then those plates were placed in a vacuum medium. The repaired plates were experimentally tested under tension load. A nonlinear stress analysis was carried out using the finite element methodology in addition to the experimental results. As major foci of the study, the effects of repair type and notch size on failure behavior and plastic stress distribution were examined. As a result, it was found that the notch depth affects the repair performance far more than the notch width. Debonding failure load between the patch and the plate in plates repaired with a single-side patch was found to be two times higher than the yield load. For the double-side patch, the yield load was close to the debonding load and this repair method increases the debonding load more than a single-side patch. 相似文献

The aim of this study is to analyze by finite element method the single- and double-sided composite patch repairs designed to reduce the concentration of the stresses at circular notches and cracks. The results show that there is a considerable reduction in the asymptotic value of the stress-intensity factors and the normal stresses at the crack tip. The use of a double-sided patch suppresses the bending effect due to the eccentricity of the patch on one side only and reduces the shear stresses in adhesive. 相似文献
