金川龙首矿西二采区拟采用无底柱分段崩落法代替胶结充填法开采低品位矿石,从而寻求降低采矿成本的新途径。该矿地质条件复杂,中深孔能否成孔以及是否具有较好的保持率,是无底柱分段崩落法能否顺利实施的关键。采用不连续变形分析方法对西二采区地质条件下的中深孔破坏形式及规律进行了分析,得出中深孔最易发生破坏的部位主要集中在巷道周边破坏矿体区域内;在1610 m分段5行联络道围岩及5#进路矿体中进行了现场试验,以测定实际情况下的炮孔破坏情况,结果表明,中深孔的保持率较高,施工2个月后达到了91.7%。为进一步提升西二采区中深孔保持率及爆破效果,提出了为回采进路选择合理的支护形式、适当增大中深孔孔径、在孔口部位采用大直径锚杆护孔、采取合理的回采顺序、加强透孔及补孔等措施,可为龙首矿西二采区中深孔的施工提供借鉴。 相似文献

为了探寻不同开发区块与地质条件下的最优煤层气开发井型,基于目前沁水盆地东南部10口实验性裸眼井开发的数据整理与分析,从产水、产气、套压与施工难度等方面简单对比了裸眼完井与同区块、相近区域套管完井存在的巨大差异;分析了此区块裸眼完井产能不佳的内、外在因素;得出此区块以及其他类似的软、粉煤区块在裸眼完井开发工艺未有突破性进展前施工的成功率较低。 相似文献

考虑到就地溶浸采矿法的前半部分工艺过程和矿块结构参数与传统的采矿方法(如留矿采矿法)有相似之处,同时考虑到从事这个采矿方法研究,设计和生产的不少技术人员比较熟悉传播采矿法,本文运用两类方法对比,讨论就地溶浸采矿法的优点及矿块结构参数的影响因素、确定原则及传统方法的不同点,同时重点阐述了这个新采矿法的三个结构参数特点即矿块的封闭性、淋浸系统的覆盖性及集液系统的完整性。 相似文献

Many industrial processes require on-line measurement of particle size and particle size distribution for process monitoring and control. The available techniques for reliable on-line measurement are, however, limited. In this paper, based on the captured surface images of randomly disarranged ore particles, the image uniformity was characterized. Particle size distribution was then investigated by applying a neural network-based modeling with the obtained image uniformity. The objective of this paper is to develop and validate a reliable, efficient and robust artificial neural network (ANN) model for online monitoring and prediction of crude oil fouling behavior for industrial shell and tube heat exchangers. To explore the complex dynamics of fouling, a new modeling strategy based on moving-window neural network approach is proposed. The essential character of this modeling approach is online updating of the ANN model whenever a new data block is available, so that it can effectively capture the slowly changing of process dynamics. The results of these models have been compared with appropriate sets of experimental data. The mean relative errors (MRE) of training and prediction subsets were about 6.61% and 8.06%, respectively. Since the data extraction in the refinery was performed every 2 h, the modeling approach led to an MRE of about 8% for fouling rate prediction of the next 50 h. 相似文献

Generally, when multiple source processes are available for transfer modelling, an inappropriate transfer learning strategy may lead to the deterioration of model accuracy and even cause negative transfer. For this issue, a multi-source domains transfer learning strategy based on similarity measurement is proposed in this work for selecting the optimal transfer modelling strategy according to different scenarios. By counting the data amount and judging the similarity between each source domain and the target domain, the rich information contained in multiple source processes is well utilized to assist the modelling process in the target domain. The proposed strategy provides three alternative specific transfer mechanisms by setting the judgement conditions so that the possibility of negative transfer can get reduced and the accuracy of prediction can be guaranteed. To ensure the reliability of the transfer model and adapt to the change in conditions, the updating scheme based on online data is adopted. Finally, the mixed-effects Gaussian processes modelling method is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed multi-source transfer learning strategy through the simulation experiment of the cobalt oxalate synthesis process. 相似文献
