辐照APMOC纤维对其复合材料力学性能的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
采用γ-射线辐照技术对APMOC纤维进行改处理。结果表明,N2为APMOC纤维辐照处理的最佳气氛,在一定辐照条件下,AMPOC纤维产生了辐照交换反应,其束丝拉伸强度,层间剪切强度、横向拉伸强度均以不同程度提高。并用IR、DSC、TG和SEM对结果产生的原因进行了分析。 相似文献

研究了纳米级SiO2填充PMMA体系的性能。结果表明,经不同偶联剂处理的SiO2填充PMMA的最大扭矩和最终平衡扭矩呈现如下规律,未处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A151处理SiO2填充PMMA体系>A1100处理SiO2填充PMMA>A174处理SiO2填充PMMA体系,偶联剂用量在3%时,体系的拉伸强度呈现峰值。纳米级SiO2采用普通的分散方法进行混合时不能达到有效分散,随SiO2用量增加拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度都下降,透光率降低,损耗增加。 相似文献

分别采用化学处理、等离子体处理、偶联剂处理、γ射线辐照等单一改性方法和“辐照+等离子体”、“辐照+等离子体+偶联剂”等综合改性方法对PBO纤维进行表面处理,之后对各种不同方法改性后的纤维进行了单丝拉伸强度、与树脂的接触角和单丝拔出性能测试.结果表明,经综合改性方法处理后的PBO纤维综合性能最优,单丝拉伸强度保持率为85.1%,与水的接触角达到74.15°;与未经表面处理的纤维相比,其与树脂基体间的粘结强度提高了48.6%. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) radiation on the properties of cured nanocomposite coatings. Surface hardness increased with increasing radiation dosages (number of passes) for all samples. This was due to the increase in crosslinking with increasing radiation dosages. Pendulum hardness, gel content, and thumb twist results were analyzed to choose the appropriate curing dosage for both curing techniques. The selected dosages were then used to cure coatings for scratch and abrasion resistance tests. It was found that the UV curing produced coatings with better abrasion resistance, whereas EB curing was more suitable for producing scratch-resistant coatings. 相似文献

Cylindrical lamps are usually equipped in the tubular UV reactor to offer UV radiation. This paper describes the axisymmetric characteristics of UV radiation from the cylindrical UV lamp. Axisymmetric lamp emission models are developed in a two-dimensional axisymmetric space for the line source, the superficial source and the volumetric source. The present axisymmetric lamp emission models are easy to understand and of simple mathematical expressions. The experimental data in literature is used to validate the present axisymmetric lamp emission models. Good agreements have been obtained between the experimental data and the computations. A comparison show that the present models obtain the identical results as previous models. 相似文献

This work reports on the characterization and uses of gamma radiation‐crosslinked poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films as absorbents for different classes of dyestuffs normally released from textile factors. Dyestuffs were selected from different producers. These dyestuffs were Remacryl Blue (basic dye), Remazol Golden Orange (reactive dye), Solar Orange (direct dye), and Sandolan (acid dye). The percentage dye sorption by PVA was determined by spectroscopic analysis and color‐strength measurements of the PVA films after absorbing the different dyestuffs. The results showed that the concentration of dimethylbisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent has a great effect on the gel fraction and percentage swelling in water of the PVA polymer. In general, crosslinked PVA showed a low tendency to absorb the different dyestuffs under investigation at room temperature. This tendency was shown to increase with an increasing temperature of the dye solution from room temperature to 70°C. Meanwhile, the highest percentage of dye sorption was found in the case of the basic dye and the lowest one in the case of the reactive dye depending on the active groups on the dyes.
