用大豆蛋白粉或大豆分离蛋白为原料,经蛋白水解酶水解制得大豆低聚肽。所制的大豆低聚肽在pH 2-8的范围内几乎是完全溶于水的。它们具有较高的抗氧化活性,显著的促进发酵作用,同时亦是非常有效的ACE抑制剂。大豆低聚肽在保健食品、婴幼儿食品和运动食品等方面有广泛的应用,具有良好的社会和经济效益。  相似文献

Gd2O2S:Tb (GOS) phosphor screen, generally with a multilayer structure, has been widely used in digital X-ray imaging. GOS phosphor screen is fabricated via a slip casting route, which is an effective method to obtain multilayer composites with good strength. The GOS slurry was prepared using the menhaden oil, polyvinyl butyral and PEG-400 as dispersant, binder and plasticizer, respectively, and slip casted on a support layer. After the GOS scintillation layer is formed, a transparent polyethylene terephthalate film is covered on it as a protective layer. The X-ray excited emission spectra of the obtained GOS phosphor screen is well match to the spectral response of a-Si:H photodiode, and the spatial resolution was close to 3.7 LP/mm, which could meet the request of the commercial application.  相似文献

This work develops a highly sensitive immunoassay sensor for use in graphene oxide sheet (GOS)-based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) chips. This sensing film, which is formed by chemically modifying a GOS surface, has covalent bonds that strongly interact with the bovine serum albumin (BSA), explaining why it has a higher sensitivity. This GOS film-based SPR chip has a BSA concentration detection limit that is 100 times higher than that of the conventional Au-film-based sensor. The affinity constants (KA) on the GOS film-based SPR chip and the conventional SPR chip for 100 μg/ml BSA are 80.82 × 106 M-1 and 15.67 × 106 M-1, respectively. Therefore, the affinity constant of the GOS film-based SPR chip is 5.2 times higher than that of the conventional chip. With respect to the protein-protein interaction, the SPR sensor capability to detect angle changes at a low concentration anti-BSA of 75.75 nM on the GOS film-based SPR chip and the conventional SPR chip is 36.1867 and 26.1759 mdeg, respectively. At a high concentration, anti-BSA of 378.78 nM on the GOS film-based SPR chip and the conventional SPR chip reveals two times increases in the SPR angle shift. Above results demonstrate that the GOS film is promising for highly sensitive clinical diagnostic applications.  相似文献

Graphite oxide (GO) and amine surfactant intercalated graphite oxide (GOS) filled maleated polypropylene (PPgMA) nanocomposites were prepared directly by solution blending. In this study, the effects of the surfactant intercalation on the crystalline structure, thermo‐mechanical, and dielectric properties of PPgMA/GO and GOS composites are reported. Wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction exhibited a lower intensity diffraction peak of the monoclinic (α) phase of PPgMA for PPgMA/GOS composites compared with the unfilled sample. Differential scanning calorimetry exhibited a single characteristic melting peak of monoclinic (α) crystalline phase. The incorporation of GOS hardly showed any change in Tm. However, the significant decrease in the melting enthalpy of PPgMA/GOS composite, which was lower than that of GO filled PPgMA, demonstrated the high degree of dispersion of the GOS flakes in the PPgMA matrix. Dynamical mechanical analysis indicated that incorporation of GO or GOS into PPgMA increased both the storage modulus and the glass transition temperature, due to the hydrogen bonding between GO and the maleic anhydride group of PPgMA. Dielectric analyzer showed significant increase in both dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss at high temperature regimes in the GOS nanocomposites. The finely dispersed GOS in the PPgMA matrix manifested the interfacial polarization, which gave rise to much greater ε′ and ε″ than that of PPgMA/GO hybrid. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 氧化石墨烯(GO)在水泥中的分散性较差,限制了其提高水泥基复合材料性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米二氧化硅/氧化石墨烯复合物(GOS),在模拟的水泥孔隙溶液中对比了GO和GOS的分散稳定性;同时,制备了添加纳米片的水泥浆体,研究了GO和GOS对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:GOS在水泥环境中的分散稳定性明显优于GO;与对照组相比,GO/水泥基复合材料的28 d抗折和抗压强度分别提高了20.48%和13.14%,而GOS/水泥基复合材料分别提高了35.42%和23.90%。微观分析表明,GO/水泥基复合材料内部形成花状水化晶体,GOS/水泥基复合材料内部的水化晶体彼此交联,结构致密,降低了水泥脆性,提高了韧性。  相似文献

Peptides present in foods are involved in nutritional functions by supplying amino acids; sensory functions related to taste or solubility, emulsification, etc.; and bioregulatory functions in various physiological activities. In particular, peptides have a wide range of physiological functions, including as anticancer agents and in lowering blood pressure and serum cholesterol levels, enhancing immunity, and promoting calcium absorption. Soy protein can be partially hydrolyzed enzymatically to physiologically active soy (or soybean) peptides (SPs), which not only exert physiological functions but also help amino acid absorption in the body and reduce bitterness by hydrolyzing hydrophobic amino acids from the C- or N-terminus of soy proteins. They also possess significant gel-forming, emulsifying, and foaming abilities. SPs are expected to be able to prevent and treat atherosclerosis by inhibiting the reabsorption of bile acids in the digestive system, thereby reducing blood cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, and fat levels. In addition, soy contains blood pressure-lowering peptides that inhibit angiotensin-I converting enzyme activity and antithrombotic peptides that inhibit platelet aggregation, as well as anticancer, antioxidative, antimicrobial, immunoregulatory, opiate-like, hypocholesterolemic, and antihypertensive activities. In animal models, neuroprotective and cognitive capacity as well as cardiovascular activity have been reported. SPs also inhibit chronic kidney disease and tumor cell growth by regulating the expression of genes associated with apoptosis, inflammation, cell cycle arrest, invasion, and metastasis. Recently, various functions of soybeans, including their physiologically active functions, have been applied to health-oriented foods, functional foods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. This review introduces some current results on the role of bioactive peptides found in soybeans related to health functions.  相似文献

β‐Galactosidase was immobilized on chitosan using tris(hydroxymethyl)phosphine (THP) as a coupling agent to produce galactooligosaccharides (GOS) from lactose. Both the THP‐immobilized and the free enzymes were maximally achieved at pH 5.0 and the optimal temperature was 55 °C. The residual activities for the THP‐immobilized enzyme and the free enzyme were 75 and 25%, respectively, after being incubated in 0.1 mol dm?3 sodium acetate buffer (pH 5.0) at 55 °C for 13 days. The formation of GOS was catalyzed by free and THP‐immobilized β‐galactosidase from lactose. The yield of GOS produced by the free enzyme from the lactose solution (36%, w/v) at 55 °C was 43% on a dry weight basis, which was similar to the 41% GOS yield produced by the THP‐immobilized enzyme system. Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), increasingly popular prebiotics, are synthesized by enzymatic conversion of lactose. Among others, the total production costs are significantly influenced by the costly enzyme. Therefore, it was investigated if the reuse and full recovery of the enzyme is feasible, followed by the development of a semi-continuous process in order to maintain a consistent high GOS yield. As a preliminary step, the enzyme-catalyzed reaction was recorded within the permissible operating parameters. It was successfully shown that steady high GOS yields can be synthesized semi-continuously within a filtration plant functioning as an enzymatic membrane reactor.  相似文献
