介绍销钉式冷喂料挤出机在钢丝帘布压延中的应用。Φ200 mm销钉式冷喂料挤出机主要由机头、机筒、喂料段、螺杆、主机减速箱、润滑系统、温度控制系统和电气控制系统组成。当螺杆转速在15~25 r·min-1时,螺杆转速与排胶量线性关系较好。与开炼机供胶系统相比,销钉式冷喂料挤出机供胶系统供给的胶料门尼粘度降幅明显减小,炭黑分散性能较好。用销钉式冷喂料挤出机供胶系统代替开炼机供胶系统,钢丝帘布胶加工性能和物理性能大幅提升,生产能耗和制造成本降低。 相似文献

A new type of FCC feed injection scheme in which the feed is injected downward into the riser to realize a countercurrent contact of feed oil with catalyst particles is put forward. The dispersion of feed spray and flow behaviors of particles in the new type of feed injection scheme are investigated via a large scale cold‐riser model. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme provides a better contact of feed oil with catalyst particles. Furthermore, the centerline equations of both the feed main flow and the secondary flow in the riser are given by introducing a density correction coefficient. The momentum‐ratio of the secondary flow to the main flow is then obtained and the trajectory of the feed main jets as well as the secondary flow is estimated by the centerline equation. 液化天然气液化后的体积仅为原体积的1/625,十分有利于运输和储存。丙烷预冷混合制冷剂液化工艺是目前最常用的天然气液化工艺,该工艺结合了级联式液化流程与混合制冷剂液化流程的优点,既高效又简单,目前世界上80%以上的基本负荷型天然气液化装置采用了此流程。由于实际情况中原料气的入口压力、温度、组分均存在变化的可能,需要针对工艺的原料气敏感性进行动态仿真分析。通过分别添加原料气压力、温度、组分的扰动,得到了各个工艺系统的动态响应。结果表明:当丙烷预冷混合制冷剂液化工艺分别存在原料气压力、温度、组分扰动时,各个系统均能在一段时间后重新恢复稳定,稳定时间为20~250 min。验证了丙烷预冷混合制冷剂液化工艺在原料气入口条件扰动时的稳定性和可靠性。 相似文献

Grooved feed extruders have been around since about the 1960s. These extruders offer considerable advantages over conventional extruders, such as higher throughput, better stability, and the ability to process very high molecular weight polymers. There are some important disadvantages as well, for instance, higher motor load, wear is more likely, high pressures in the grooved region, and the screw design has to be adapted. The disadvantages of the grooved feed extruder disappear when the grooved feed extruder is made with a mechanism that allows adjustment of the groove depth. Grooved feed extruders have now been developed that incorporate an adjustment mechanism that allows the depth of the grooves to be changed, during actual operation, from zero to full depth. Processing methods can be controlled to provide a cottonseed meal that is improved nutritionally and substantially free from toxic principles. In so doing, cottonseed meal can be fed beneficially to cattle, poultry, swine, and even trout. It is, therefore, possible to feed cottonseed meal to animals and poultry up to 10% of their dietary levels without harmful effects like minimizing their growth, reducing their bone marrow, harming their spleens, or discoloring their egg yolks.
