某厂一台压力容器制造完毕进行水压试验时,与其连接的高压熔体管异种钢焊接接头处发生渗漏失效事故.针对失效接头,采取宏观检查、材料化学成分分析、金相观察、显微硬度测试等方法进行了分析.结果表明,焊接施工操作不当引起的接头处组织异常、材料韧性降低及螺纹孔位置设计不当是引起接头泄漏失效的主要原因.  相似文献

Interplay of technical specifications and technical developments in the safety of chemical plant. In the planning, construction, and operation of chemical plant requiring close supervision the aims are defined by rules and regulations which refer back to a comprehensive compilation of technical specifications concerning the means by which these aims can be accomplished. These rules were, and are, worked out by business federations in collaboration with occupational and governmental agencies in joint committees. Since both practical experience and fresh knowledge resulting from technical developments are gained in industrial undertakings, the feedback of experience from industry ensuring continuous up-dating of the technical specifications is of immense importance. Starting from the current state of the art, the expert frequently has to work out solutions to specific problems. Once general conclusions which have proved their value in practice can be derived, they are incorporated in the technical specifications. Such a contribution to safety engineering is illustrated for a pressure vessel. The examples described range from the derivation of reliable criteria for assessing the danger of brittle fracture of high-strength steel pressure vessels to the development of preventative techniques of nondestructive testing of components. They also incorporate the development of design data for conservative dimensioning of safety valves for frothing mixtures and their safe release into the atmosphere as well as investigation of the pressures expected on explosion of flammable hydrocarbon/air mixtures.  相似文献

纤维缠绕聚合物基复合材料(FWRP)压力容器在航空航天及民用领域的应用是当前研究热点。减轻结构重量对于性能和成本都具有非常重要意义。为实现FWRP压力容器结构设计和安全评定的高目标,引入可靠性理论,应用统计学原理,基于应力-强度干涉模型,以同一失效概率为标准进行FWRP压力容器结构设计,以取代现应用的传统安全系数法设计。采用无碱无捻玻璃纤维-环氧树脂材料体系,应用同一缠绕工艺制备8个压力容器。试验得到纤维强度、缠绕角、几何尺寸、爆破压力等随机变量特征值。其结构可靠性设计值(纤维缠绕壁厚)与试验结果基本吻合,并显著小于常规设计值。将各设计变量随机分布特征值与压力容器结构设计相结合,实现安全与经济的有效统一,为可靠性设计在FWRP压力容器上的应用与发展提供了依据。  相似文献

分析和比较了GB 150常规设计规范和JB4732分析设计规范的特点及优劣势,介绍了2个采用分析设计规范成功实施的实例.认为,由于常规设计的局限性,已越来越难满足化工新产品、新工艺开发过程中对压力容器设计的合理性、安全性和经济性等方面的要求,不利于新型设备的开发和使用;JB 4732-1995分析设计规范所采用的分析设计法是工程与力学紧密结合的产物,可以解决压力容器常规设计所不能解决的问题,反映了近代设计的先进水平.分析设计规范的大量应用将有力的推动化工容器设备的创新开发.  相似文献

在压力容器常规设计方法单纯根据强度理论进行设计的基础上,提出综合考虑压力容器设计、制造、检验、试运行和工作环境等因素对设计计算的影响。根据模糊数学理论,应用模糊数学优化的方法,把影响压力容器的各因素和等级进行模糊综合评判,得到目标函数约束条件的最优水平截集,从而建立压力容器模糊优化设计的数学模型,寻求最适宜的压力容器设计方案。  相似文献

Safety aspects of charging bulk material into vessels or containers . The safe charging of bulk material requires a careful analysis of the potential sources of danger which can result from the physical properties of the materials and the design and construction material of plant and equipment. The method adopted in this analysis is illustrated and explained for selected examples. Criteria for safe charging methods are compiled and explained. A selection of proven charging equipment is listed and technically evaluated with respect to safety and operating criteria. Steps that must be taken to avoid charging errors are discussed. Special problems encountered on connecting pressureless charging devices to pressure vessels are outlined explained. The utilization of inert gas as a preferred method of explosion protection is discussed. Various methods are compared, and their application to special problems in charging bulk material is illustrated.  相似文献

Spray drying is an important continuous industrial process for drying pumpable liquid formulations irrespective of their heat sensitivity, rheology, solids content and processing rate. Furthermore spray drying has the capability through drying chamber design, plant layout and mode of operation to produce dried products of specific particulate size and morphology. These are important aspects when spray drying technology is applied to the needs of customized powder manufacture. There are many examples in industry where spray dried powders have to meet stringent specifications set by such factors as end-product powder quality standards dictated by global competition, dry raw material characteristics required for optimum downstream processing, and dry materials handling to comply with environmental, health and safety issues.
