以氯化钴和碳酸钠为原料,采用湿法通过控制反应物的摩尔比、pH值、反应温度得到碳酸钴前驱体,前驱体经过二段烧结得到纯相的四氧化三钴微粉。用XRD、SEM等分析测试技术对氧化钴微粉进行表征。结果表明,四氧化三钴的粒径在2~11μm,平均粒径为8μm,粒径分布均匀,呈类球形颗粒,杂质元素含量低,满足了电池级四氧化三钴的要求。 相似文献

利用微波谐振腔,分析物料放入前后波谱图的衰减值和相对频移,研究碱式碳酸钴、四氧化三钴及二者混合物的微波吸波特性;并通过微波加热物料,探讨物料在微波场中的升温行为。研究结果表明:碱式碳酸钴吸波性能较弱,而四氧化三钴具有很强的吸波性能,二者混合物的吸波性能随着四氧化三钴配比的增加而增强;在微波功率为820 W条件下,配加四氧化三钴质量分数为20%的碱式碳酸钴在微波场中加热110 s后,温度即可达到375 K;物料在微波场中的升温快慢与微波功率成正比;升温行为的研究结果与吸波特性的测定结果相吻合。微波煅烧碱式碳酸钴制备四氧化三钴是可行的。 相似文献

利用空气等离子体氧化热分解碱式碳酸锆和喷雾法等离子体热分解氯氧化锆水溶液制备超细氧化锆粉体,固相氧化热分解所制氧化锆平均粒径可达0.1 mm左右,晶型为亚稳立方、四方和单斜混晶结构,喷雾法等离子体热分解氯氧化锆水溶液所得氧化锆粉体平均粒径为5~60 nm,亚稳混晶结构. 在反应过程中对等离子体温度进行控制,可得到形貌为球形的微粉产品. 相似文献

采用共沉淀法合成Co-Al-LDHs类水滑石前躯体,通过煅烧得到尖晶石氧化粉体,并研究了不同保温时间和煅烧温度对尖晶石氧化粉体结构的影响,借助XRD和TG对前躯体及其氧化粉体的结构进行表征,采用SEM对氧化粉体形貌表征。结果表明,采用共沉淀法制备的前躯体具有典型的水滑石结构,前驱体的热分解温度分别为200℃和240℃。前驱体铝类水滑石在900℃煅烧和4h保温的条件下得到钴铝氧化粉体的尖晶石结晶性良好,粒径细小均匀。实验制备工艺条件简单且产物结晶性良好的尖晶石,为钴铝尖晶石的制备提供一个具有实际应用价值的制备方法。 相似文献

In this work, the parameters of cobalt oxide suspension such as conductivity, zeta potential, particle size, stability, and finally the electrophoretic behavior of particles in the absence and presence of polyethylenimine (PEI) in acetone medium were investigated. Also, the effects of washing on the stability and electrophoretic deposition of Co3O4 were studied. Characterization of the obtained layer by optical microscopy revealed that there was no deposition in the suspension without PEI, while a uniform layer was formed in the presence of PEI additive. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results confirmed the uniformity of layer obtained in acetone using PEI additive. Moreover, SEM results demonstrated that more porous microstructures were obtained at longer deposition durations. The difference in the porosity of the layers, as indicated by the SEM micrographs, is attributed to increase in the deposition time. 相似文献

Three types of supported cobalt catalysts (CoOx/SiO2, CoOx/TiO2 and CoOx/Al2O3) were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation with aqueous Co(NO3)2·6H2O solution. The phase composition and the interactions of cobalt with supports under different calcined temperatures were
investigated using thermogravimetry (TG), N2-adsorption at −196 °C, X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy
(DRS). Their catalytic activities towards the CO oxidation were further studied in a continuous flow micro-reactor. The results
showed that the interaction of cobalt oxide with supports was much stronger in the kinds of Al2O3 and TiO2, while no conclusive evidence of any interaction was found for SiO2. Besides the crystalline Co3O4 which was formed in three supported catalysts, both high-temperature phases CoAl2O4 and CoTiO3 spinel were also detected under XRD, DRS and TPR analysis. The degree of interaction between cobalt oxide and the support
not only affected the surface area and reduction behavior of the catalysts, the catalytic activity toward the CO oxidation

Intermetallic CoAl powder has been prepared via self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS). Dense CoAl materials (99.6% of theoretical) with the combined additions of ZrO2 (3Y) and Al2 O3 have been fabricated via spark plasma sintering (SPS) for 10 min at 1300°C and 30 MPa. The microstructures are such that tetragonal ZrO2 (0.3 μm) and Al2 O3 (0.5 μm) particles are located at the grain boundaries of the CoAl (8.5 μm) matrix. Improved mechanical properties are obtained; especially the fracture toughness and the bending strength of the materials with ZrO2 (3Y)/Al2 O3 = 16/4 mol% are 3.87 MPa·m1/2 and 1080 MPa, respectively, and high strength (>600 MPa) can be retained up to 1000°C. 相似文献

Plate-like cobalt oxyhydroxide (β-CoOOH, heterogenite) single crystals, with a width of ~5 mm and a thickness of ~100 μm, were successfully synthesized using a simple method of heating a mixture of Co3O4 and NaOH in air at 650°C, and then soaking the resultant crystals in water at room temperature. The crystals were topotactically formed from sodium cobalt oxyhydrate (Na0.2(H3O)0.54CoO2·0.48H2O) by ion exchange between Na+ and H3O+, and by intercalation of water molecules in the as-grown NaCoO2 crystals. The sodium cobalt oxyhydroxide crystals had spherical nanopores with diameters of ~5 nm. 相似文献
