提高锯片寿命和切割效率是金属结合剂金刚石锯片制造研究的关键问题。文章通过实验探讨了用不同金刚石、结合剂制备“三明治”式刀头的相关工艺,研究分析了刀头的性能,如硬度、抗弯强度等。实验结果表明:用Cu作黏结相,同时添加少量的Fe、Sn、Ni、Cr作黏结添加相进一步改善性能,经过780℃保温3min的烧结后,“三明治”刀头合金显微组织在65Mn的金属基体上分布着50/60目的金刚石硬质相,这种柔韧性的基体与适当的分散硬质相结合起来,提高了锯片刀头的硬度、切割性能、强度、抗磨损能力及韧性,达到了预期的目的。 相似文献

在金刚石锯片刀头表面上,金刚石颗粒的切割效率取决于金刚石颗粒之间的间距分布和单个金刚石的磨损状况。在这项研究中,试图分析金刚石颗粒之间的间距分布,在锯片的加工中,金刚石颗粒是人工有序排布的,将这种金刚石有序排列的锯片的切割特性与普通锯片的切割特性做了对比。金刚石颗粒的平均间距定为4mm,使用浓度为1.1ct/cm^3的美国40/50目的金刚石。在完成切割之后,在金刚石有序排列的锯片上,80%的金刚石颗粒可观测到其间距仍保持在2~6mm的范围内, 相似文献

Thin (<1 μm) coatings on diamond do not influence segment density, closed porosity or bulk transverse rupture strength. None of these measures show strong correlation to diamond saw performance. Diamond coatings influence the yield strength of the bond in shear, at the diamond-bond–matrix interface, and more effectively utilize the compressive stress developed in bond fabrication to produce good retention. The improvement in retention, as observed by differential hardness, in 100% cobalt bonds, is Cr-coated>Ti-coated>uncoated. Since retention is only one attribute of a bond, the benefit of a coated crystal in tool performance is system- and condition-specific.Improvement in saw performance will come with reduction in blade angular friction derived from higher and more stable cutting point protrusion. To achieve higher protrusion will require higher retention from nominal or higher bond compressive stress combined with higher diamond–matrix friction. Diamond coatings provide higher friction.Observing improvement in blade performance with a coated crystal requires that the condition/application be performance-limited by retention, not, for example, by acoustic impedance, blade stiffness or crystal crushing. 相似文献

An experimental study was carried out to determine the influence of rock properties on segment wear during the cutting of granite using an innovative diamond frame saw prototype. Wear is the main cost of frame saws with diamond-impregnated segments. Ten different granite types with a large market demand were cut by a stone-processing company. The diamond segment topography was studied. The microscopic appearance and a statistical analytical method were used to study the wear characteristics. The main diamond particle abrasion types are whole and micro-fractured crystals. No polished diamond particles resulted from using the frame saw prototype cutting stone. The frame saw cuts only in a half-cycle within a reciprocating stroke. The principal wear mechanisms of the diamond particles and the matrix are impact abrasion and flushing abrasive erosion, respectively. The statistical analysis indicated that uniaxial compressive strength, bending strength and quartz content were the first three rock properties that affected segment wear. The developed mathematical model can predict segment wear for manufacturers and users. 相似文献
