为了解浆态床鼓泡反应器中气含率的分布规律,在浆态床鼓泡反应器冷模试验装置中,以空气-液体石蜡-氧化铝微球为试验介质对装置内部的气含率进行研究。利用压差法研究了表观气速、浆液固含量等操作条件对反应器床层总体气含率的影响,利用光纤探针法研究了浆态床反应器不同操作条件对局部气含率的影响,总结了反应器内部气含率的分布规律,并由此对工业浆态床鼓泡反应器的设计进行了研究。结果表明:浆态床反应器的总体气含率随表观气速的增大而增大,固体细颗粒的加入能适当降低总体气含率;在反应器底部,分布器对气体的均布作用明显,但表观气速的增大能够弱化分布器的作用;在反应器的中上部气含率不受分布器的影响,沿反应器径向呈现"中间高,边缘低"的分布趋势;在工业费托浆态床中,表观气速不宜低于0.12 m/s,内过滤系统适宜设置于反应器中上部靠近器壁的位置。  相似文献

在油-氢气体系中使用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型考察了温度703.15 K和压力11 MPa下气升式环流反应器和鼓泡床反应器对气液两相流动的影响. 结果表明,环流反应器中气含率和轴向液速沿导流筒径向存在突增现象,环流反应器中气含率在径向0~0.5和0.75~1时明显大于鼓泡床反应器,在径向0.5~0.75处前者的平均气含率比后者高约6%;环流反应器中上升管内环流液速明显大于鼓泡床反应器,且在下降区有所增强,环流反应器平均轴向液速比鼓泡床反应器高约21%;反应器尺寸较小时环流反应器和鼓泡床反应器的流动特性相差不大,反应器体积放大过程中前者的流动特性优于后者的趋势逐渐明显.  相似文献

以水和空气分别模拟工业上的重质原油和氢气迚行冷模试验,考察鼓泡床反应器新型气液分配器对气含率的影响,迚而优化幵确定气液分配器的结构形式和结构参数。试验结果表明,气液分配器对总体平均气含率的影响,随表观气速的增大基本呈线性增长,与其他鼓泡床迚料内构件结构的影响基本一致,幵且稍高一些(3%~5%)。对局部气含率的影响:轴向上,在测试范围内,轴向位置越高,气含率越高,主要和泡罩式气液分配器结构有关;径向上,气体在床层中分布不均匀,中间多,近壁少,同一高度时,中心处气含率一般为近壁气含率的1.5~2倍。  相似文献

引言 鼓泡床是一种重要的气液或气液固多相反应器.液体循环流动是鼓泡床的一个重要流体力学特征,从20世纪50年代人们就开始对此进行了比较系统的实验研究[1-6].这个特征对鼓泡床的流体返混行为、气含率、气液界面积以及传热传质系数都有很大影响,特别是液体返混行为可以由液体循环特性直接决定.如何准确地描述和预测鼓泡床中的液体流速沿径向的分布,关系到鼓泡床反应器的设计、放大和优化.因此,许多年来它一直是人们致力探讨的重要课题之一[7-8].  相似文献

针对大型鼓泡床反应器存在返混增强、物料流场分布不匀匀性趋强以及传质效率低等影响反应器安全稳定高效运行的突出问题,开发了一种径向展开的新型阻尼分布器,在冷模试验平台上探索阻尼分布器对气泡聚并及破碎行为的影响规律,考察大型反应器中不同阻尼分布器组合方式的流场流动特性,探究了阻尼分布器组合在工业反应器放大过程中的流场强化效果。结果表明:设置阻尼分布器后,鼓泡床反应器冷模试验装置中湍流涡尺度减小,气泡破碎概率提高,不同气泡群经阻尼分布器后气泡群平均直径从13.48~24.38 mm降至9.40~20.38 mm,表面积增幅为8.5%~71.9%。设置阻尼分布器可提高反应器局部气含率和液速分布均匀性,适当增加阻尼分布器层数有利于扩大流场的轴向影响范围。增大阻尼分布器直径有利于减小各高度平面间局部液速的差值并提高局部气含率径向分布均匀性,不同高度平面中心液速的差值由0.6 mm/s降至0.3 mm/s,同一高度平面局部气含率方差可降至未设置阻尼分布器时的15%。在反应器放大过程中,流体绕流的径向范围扩大,设置阻尼分布器后局部气含率和液速分布均匀性进一步提高,同一高度平面局部气含率方差可降低至未设置...  相似文献

实验测量了两种塔径(?200和?500mm)和两种操作模式(气体单独喷射和气液同轴喷射)下喷射环流反应器内的全塔平均气含率、局部气含率及轴向液速径向分布、循环液速,归纳出全塔平均气含率的关联式。实验发现,喷射环流反应器具有十分显著的放大效应。小塔(?200)与大塔(?500)中的全塔平均气含率存在很大差异:小塔的全塔平均气含率~气速关系曲线比大塔陡峭,低气速下小塔气含率低于大塔、较高气速下高于大塔。根据漂移通量法分析得到小塔中流型转变点在表观气速0.1 m·s~(-1)左右,在实验气速范围内只存在拟均匀鼓泡流;大塔中流型转变点在表观气速0.04 m·s~(-1)左右,随气速增大从拟均匀鼓泡流转变为湍动鼓泡流。喷射环流反应器比气升式环流反应器、一般鼓泡塔全塔平均气含率略低,但循环液速更大,适用于强化固体悬浮与混合的气液固三相反应过程。  相似文献

Experimental measurements for the axial and radial variations in gas holdup, axial and radial dispersion coefficients, volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient and liquid phase circulation velocity in a cone of a large diameter (122 cm) jet bubble column are presented. Two diameters of the inlet nozzle, namely 10.16 cm and 15.24 cm, three superficial gas velocities (based on cylinder diameter), 3 cm/sec, 6 cm/sec and 8 cm/sec and two superficial liquid velocities, 0.3 cm/sec and 0.6 cm/sec, are examined. The experimental data are obtained for two different bed heights.

The experimental data showed significant axial and radial variations in the gas holdup. The volumetric average gas holdup was higher at higher gas velocity and larger nozzle diameter and somewhat higher at lower liquid velocity. The axial dispersion was high while the radial dispersion was low. The volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient was larger at higher gas velocity and larger nozzle diameter. The liquid recirculation begins only at the upper end of the cone. In general, experimental data indicate that a jet bubble column provides a high degree of mixing and transport rates.  相似文献

Bubble break-up, gas holdup, and the gas-liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient are studied in a bubble column reactor with simultaneous injection of a gas and liquid through a T-junction nozzle. The theoretical dependence of bubble break-up and the volumetric mass transfer coefficient on liquid velocity in the nozzle is developed on the basis of isotropic turbulence theory. It is shown that correlations which are developed based on liquid jet kinetic power per nozzle volume explain average gas holdup and the volumetric mass transfer coefficient within an error of 15% for all gas and liquid flow rates and nozzle diameters used. Experiments with a larger scale column, height 4.64 m and diameter 0.98 m, show a transition from homogeneous to heterogeneous flow at a certain liquid flow rate through the nozzle. Liquid composition was found to have a significant effect on gas-liquid mass transfer. A phenol concentration of 10–30 mg/l in water increases the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of oxygen by 100%. This phenomenon may have significance in the chemical oxidation of wastewater.  相似文献

The promoting effect of ultrasonic wave on the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of the loop airlift reactor was studied. The gas holdup, liquid circulation velocity, mixing time and overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient were examined and compared, with and without ultrasonic wave in the reactor. The experimental results show that ultrasound has almost no notable effect on the gas holdup, but has a tendency to decrease gradually the liquid circulation velocity and increase the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient; and the effect on the mixing time is relatively complex. At low superficial gas velocity, the low powered ultrasound promotes the radial mixing of fluid; with the ultrasonic power increasing, ultrasonic vibration obstructs the axial mixing of fluid. Moreover, the effect of ultrasonic wave on the mixing time gradually decreases with the increase in the superficial gas velocity. Therefore there exists an optimal ultrasonic power for hydrodynamics and mass transfer. Correlations were also proposed for the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of the reactor.  相似文献

利用Turbulent–Lehr组合模型对装配水平筛板的气升式反应器进行了计算流体力学(CFD)模拟,研究水平筛板对气含率、气泡直径、体积传质系数(kLa)和气液流速的影响。结果表明,筛板对气相的囤积作用和对液相的阻碍作用增加了反应器的整体气含率。筛板对气相的二次均布作用减弱了筛板和液面之间区域的气泡聚并过程,筛板筛孔对气泡的破碎作用产生了大量小于初始直径的气泡,增加了气泡比表面积(a);筛板对液相的阻碍作用提高了筛板附近的气–液相流动速度差,从而提高了该区域的液膜传质系数(kL),强化了反应器内的气液传质效果。  相似文献

很多废水处理装置涉及非牛顿型流体中的多相流动和传质问题,研究其中的气液传质过程有助于实现装置的优化设计和高效节能运行。以鼓泡反应器内清水和不同质量分数的羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)水溶液为实验对象,分别研究气相表观气速和液相流变特性对气泡尺寸分布、全局气含率和体积氧传质系数的影响。实验结果表明,液相的流变特性对其传质特性参数均有较大影响。与清水相比,CMC水溶液中气泡平均直径和分布范围更大;清水和CMC水溶液的全局气含率均随表观气速的增加而增大;CMC水溶液的体积氧传质系数随CMC水溶液质量分数的增加而减小。基于实验研究,得出修正的体积氧传质系数公式和适用于幂律型非牛顿流体流动体系氧传递过程的无量纲关联式,可很好地实现非牛顿流体流动的废水处理装置中气液传质参数的计算。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the gas holdup and the liquid phase axial dispersion coefficient in a narrow packed and unpacked rectangular bubble column. In both cases the gas and liquid flow rates were varied and the data were obtained by employing standard tracer technique. The gas holdup and the axial dispersion coefficient for both the packed and unpacked columns were found to be dependent on the gas and liquid flow rates. For given gas and liquid velocities and a given packing size in the case of the packed column, the rectangular column gave significantly higher dispersion coefficients than a cylindrical column of the equivalent cross sectional area. This result agrees very well with the one predicted by the velocity distribution model. The correlations for the Peclet number, the axial dispersion coefficient, and the fluid holdup for both the unpacked and packed bubble columns are presented.  相似文献

Mean gas holdup, lateral distribution of gas holdup and axial mixing of gas and liquid were measured in bubble columns of 12 and 19cm i.d. The lateral distribution of gas holdup was strongly dependent on the flow regimes in the column. The axial mixing of liquid in the homogeneous bubble flow regime was much smaller than that in the heterogeneous bubble flow regime, and was not expressed by existing correlations. The axial mixing of liquid in the homogeneous bubble flow and the intermediate flow regime was simulated with a flow model based on the lateral distribution of buoyancy force and the effective viscosity. The axial mixing of gas was larger than that of liquid.  相似文献
