82A钢高速线材控制冷却工艺的优化

利用Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机测定了82A高碳钢(%:0.81C、0.50Mn、0.21Si、0.007P、0.006S)Φ5.5 mm线材在0.8～40℃/s冷却速度下的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,经与现场实测冷却曲线估算的实际相变温度拟合修正,得出符合生产实际的动态CCT曲线。结合高速线材控制冷却过程的基本模型,得出82A钢线材适宜的吐丝温度为910～930℃;相变过程最佳冷却速度为9～12℃/s。     

高碳钢线材轧后水冷换热过程的有限差分模拟

根据82B和72A钢Φ5.5～12.5mm高速线材轧后水冷传热特点,将水冷过程分成3个区域,并在水冷箱区域中根据环形喷嘴的开关状态,分别采用了水对流换热和水蒸气对流换热两种形式传热模型,建立了水冷过程按喷嘴个数分段处理的边界条件,通过有限差分模拟得出轧后水冷系统中线材断面的温度分布。通过实测温度值校正高碳钢线材水冷过程中水的对流换热系数,模拟结果表明,精轧机入口和吐丝机的预报和实测线材表面温度均值的绝对误差在±20℃以内。     

短流程电弧炉钢厂生产优质硬线的质量控制

82B高碳钢连铸坯中心偏析及线材质量的改善

为了解决用连铸坯直接轧制的82B高碳钢线材易脆断的问题,进行了试验研究,通过金相组织检验分析等方式,找出了导致82B线材易脆断的主要原因是铸坯中心偏析,并在生产中采取了降低中包钢水过热度、用拉矫辊实施轻压下等措施,使82B高碳钢铸坯中心偏析及轧制的线材质量得到明显改善。     

电弧炉冶炼优质硬线钢的生产工艺

高碳钢线材轧制组织和性能模型的应用

开发了用于模拟高碳钢高速线材生产过程中断面温度分布,奥氏体组织演变和产品性能的系统数学模型组。由实验确定的临界应变、奥氏体再结晶、斯太尔摩冷却线上奥氏体相变、组织和力学性能关系子模型耦合轧件温度场,构建了一个组织性能预报系统。该系统所计算出的轧制线上关键点钢材温度,奥氏体晶粒度和力学性能与实测值吻合较好。     

浅谈高碳钢线材轧后冷却工艺的优化

针对高碳钢线材82A和82B生产中出现的组织性能不稳定、改判率较高的情况,结合理论模型分析,通过降低吐丝温度、控制风冷线冷速并考虑环境温度的影响,优化了线材轧后冷却工艺,线材质量明显提高,一级品率由不足65%提高至接近95%,质量异议由8.9%降至1.2%。     

预应力钢绞线高速线材控轧控冷工艺的实践与探索

通过合理控制钢加热温度、轧制温度、变形量、变形速度及冷却速度等控轧控冷技术手段,在国产全连续式高速无扭线材轧钢生产线上,对高碳钢77B、82B线材的控轧控制冷工艺进行探索,通过不断改变工艺参数及采取多项措施,其产品力学性能基本达到预期效果,为批量生产提供了依据。
