采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯锐钛矿相的纳米Eu/TiO2粉末,少量铕的掺杂可抑制TiO2晶粒的增长,提高其光催化产氢性能.研究结果表明,铕的掺杂量为5%、煅烧温度为500℃、煅烧时间为2h条件下制备的Eu/TiO2光催化产氢性能最好.以甲酸水溶液为牺牲剂,分别考察Eu/TiO2用量、甲酸初始浓度、溶液pH对产氢过程的影响.结果表明,最佳的Eu/TiO2用量为0.08g/L时,最大氢气产量为204mL;甲酸初始浓度为0.08mol/L,此时每摩尔甲酸的氢气转化率约为5930mL;当溶液pH为3时,甲酸的氢气转化率最高.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备YbAlO3/TiO2复合物,在可见光的照射下,考察了孔雀石绿的降解效果,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)对光催化剂进行了表征,同时讨论了影响孔雀石绿降解的主要因素:YbAlO3/TiO2的煅烧温度、煅烧时间以及用量、可见光照射时间等。实验结果表明,YbAlO3掺杂TiO2在150 min孔雀石绿的降解率达到96.40%,表现出更好的光催化活性。  相似文献

通过溶胶一凝胶法在普通钠钙玻璃表面制备均匀透明的纳米TiO2自清洁薄膜。探讨了薄膜制备的工艺条件,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外分光光度计对薄膜的晶型、晶粒大小和透光率进行了表征,研究了在紫外光照射下薄膜的光催化性能及亲水性能。结果表明,制得的TiO2薄膜具有较强的自清洁性能。  相似文献

以硫酸氧钛和氢氧化钠为主要原料,采用液相沉积法在片状Al粉表面包覆TiO2,制备TiO2/Al颜料,并进一步制得含有该颜料的自清洁涂料。以油酸为污染模拟物,用油酸的分解率作为评价手段,考察反应pH、煅烧温度、涂膜厚度对该涂料自清洁性能的影响。通过XRD仪对颜料结构进行表征,并对颜料的分散性和耐腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明:在pH为4.5、煅烧温度为600℃条件下TiO2/Al表面的TiO2晶型为锐钛矿型,因而具有最强的自清洁能力。当颜料涂膜厚75μm时,经紫外灯光照3 h后油酸的分解率达到91%。用752S型可见分光光度计于λ=420 nm处分别测得Al粉和TiO2/Al颜料的透光率,来表征其分散性,结果证明Al粉的透光率比TiO2/Al高30%;用浓度0.1 mol/L的HCl溶液进行腐蚀实验,TiO2/Al颜料的耐腐蚀性能显著提高。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了YFeO3和超声分散法制备了YFeO3/TiO2-SnO2和YFeO3/TiO2复合物,通过酸性红B的声催化降解来评价复合材料的催化活性,并与单一TiO2的声催化性能进行了比较。结果表明,YFeO3/TiO2-SnO2的声催化活性明显优于单一TiO2或YFeO3/TiO2。并且考察了声催化剂的处理温度和用量,超声照射时间和染料初始浓度等因素对酸性红B降解率的影响。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍提拉法在陶瓷表面覆盖了Ce或Nd掺杂的TiO2薄膜.稀土掺杂量为Ce/TiO2=0.007,Nd/TiO2=0.003(摩尔比)时,铈或钕掺杂TiO2光催化陶瓷分别对甲基橙的降解率最大.稀土掺杂TiO2光催化陶瓷对大肠杆菌的抗菌率高达99%,较纯TiO2光催化陶瓷的91%更高.  相似文献

研究采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜.通过对TiO2薄膜掺杂稀土元素La和Ce,考察了该薄膜在太阳光光照下对甲基橙溶液的降解率.研究结果表明,稀土元素掺杂在一定程度上阻抑了TiO2的结晶程度,使晶粒变细,促进了其光催化性能的提高.而在所采用的两种稀土元素中,掺镧的效果好于掺铈.该研究结果为该技术的实用化研究提供可靠的依据.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为原料,利用溶胶凝胶法制备Ag 掺杂TiO2纳米粉体,采用正交实验考察了掺杂量、浓硝酸、冰醋酸、煅烧温度等因素对其制备的影响,从而确定制备工艺最佳条件.通过XRD、TEM、TG-DSC等测试技术对掺杂纳米TiO2粉体进行表征.最佳工艺条件为:掺Ag 量0.5 %(摩尔分数),冰醋酸1mL,浓硝酸0.2mL,煅烧温度450℃,制得颗粒粒径为12.16nm.以甲基橙为降解物,通过自制光催化反应装置,研究了光催化剂的活性,结果表明:Ag 掺杂制备的TiO2纳米粉体具有较高的光催化活性,试验条件下Ag 掺杂TiO2纳米粉体最高降解率为79.38%.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,在玻璃珠表面涂覆均匀透明的WO3/TiO2薄膜,并制成光催化反应器对水溶液中酸性红B(ARB)的光催化降解进行了研究。采用XRD对催化剂进行了表征,讨论了催化剂的组成、煅烧温度、酸性红B的起始浓度、pH值、光照时间等因素对光催化反应活性的影响。结果表明:当ω(WO3)=4.0%,煅烧温度为500℃,[ARB]=20 mg.L^-1,pH=7.1,光照时间为8 h时,酸性红B的脱色率可达94.8%。  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯和无水乙醇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备不锈钢网负载型TiO2薄膜来进行对醛溶液的光催化实验.研究了在光催化过程中,分别掺杂不同元素时的降解效率.结果表明,应用此法时PEG-400的投加量为1.5 mL,提拉速度为2 mm/s,锻烧的最佳温度为500 ℃,煅烧的最佳时间为2 h,负载次数为5次时,降解效率最好,降解率达到49.0%.  相似文献
