鉴于冷轧边裂情况比较复杂,主要从热轧温度制度、冷轧酸洗切边和冷轧负荷分配等方面进行了分析。结果表明:冷轧边裂产生的原因是热轧温度制度不稳定、冷轧酸洗切边不良以及冷轧轧制负荷分配不均。通过采取相应的预防、控制措施,取得了较好的效果。  相似文献

主要通过对铁素体区热轧板坯进行不同压下率的一次冷轧和二次冷轧试验,采用ODF对比一次冷轧观察了(100),{111}和Goss面织构在二次冷轧过程中的演变。二次冷轧的织构特征是获得较高占有率的{111}织构和较低占气有率的{100}织构,二次冷轧在一次.冷轧的基础上加强了{111}〈112〉组分。通过TEM和力学性能测试分析了二次冷轧中压下率分配方式对织构演变和材料最终退火组织性能的影响,为IF钢二次冷轧工艺工业化生产提供理论依据。  相似文献

为探索将报废冷轧辊改制成小辊径冷轧辊的工艺可行性,研究了多次调质处理对5%Cr冷轧辊材料性能和组织的影响。试验结果表明,报废冷轧辊经过1次调质或2次调质处理后,组织和性能均达到了冷轧辊的使用要求,但调质处理不能超过2次。  相似文献

Simulation models for unsteady open channel flows have been commercially available for more than 2 decades. Most of these models are now available for personal computers and can be used to study the control of irrigation canals. Studies on automatic control methods and algorithms have been performed on at least half a dozen of the available unsteady-flow simulation models. Although, many of these automation studies have been conducted by the institution that created the simulation model, these simulation models were not created with automatic gate control in mind, and thus one has to be intimately familiar with the source code in order to implement sophisticated control features. Three commercially available unsteady-flow simulation software packages that allow automatic control of gates based on algorithms written by users are: CanalCAD from the Univ. of Iowa, Hydraulics Lab; Mike 11 version 3.2 from the Danish Hydraulic Institute; and Sobek from Delft Hydraulics. In this paper, we describe the various features of these unsteady-flow simulation packages and how they interface to control engineering software/code. There are a number of tradeoffs between simplicity and functionality. All these models present difficulties and have limitations. The hope is to provide guidance on the next generation of unsteady-flow canal simulation models so that control functions can be routinely applied.  相似文献

This paper proposes an automatic process model induction system using an evolutionary computational intelligence, called grammar-based genetic programming, that is specially designed to automatically discover multivariate dynamic process models that best fit observed process data. This automatic process model induction system combines an evolutionary self-organizing system of genetic programming paradigm with various mathematical functions for a multivariate nonlinear model evolution using a grammar system via the mechanism of genetics and natural selection. The results demonstrate how the automatic process model induction system based on grammar-based genetic programming can be used to develop accurate and relatively cost-effective multivariate dynamic process models for the full-scale biological nutrient removal process. Multivariate dynamic process models are derived automatically in the form of understandable mathematical formulas that enable engineers to extract important knowledge hidden in the data and develop better operation and control strategies.  相似文献

针对莱芜钢铁股份有限公司棒材厂棒材轧后控冷控制过程中存在的控制精度差、动态跟随不易控制等问题进行分析并提出解决方法,从理论上详细介绍了棒材轧后控冷过程中开冷温度预报模型的建立及其自学习。通过预报结果和实际应用效果的对比,证明数学模型是有效的,能够比较精确地实现钢材自回火温度控制,可以满足对棒材轧后控冷生产工艺的要求。  相似文献

The control of objects with positive internal feedback is considered. A classification of such objects is proposed: feedback in terms of the concentration, feedback in terms of the mass, feedback in terms of the parameters, and hybrid feedback. For the first three classes, the structures of the automatic control systems are presented, and the influence of indeterminacies in the models on the operational efficiency is analyzed. For objects with positive internal feedback in terms of the concentration, the automatic control systems are analyzed for objects with and without self-regulation in the direct chain. For objects with feedback in terms of the mass and feedback in terms of the parameters, the automatic control system is analyzed for objects without self-regulation in the direct chain. Numerical estimates are obtained for the efficiency as a function of the ratio of the parameters (the gain and the time constant) in the model of the object and the object of control for all cases.  相似文献

Two studies investigated the role of executive control in moderating the relationship between automatic stereotype activation and behavioral responses. Race bias in weapon identification was used to measure stereotyping, and a process dissociation procedure was used to measure automatic and controlled components of performance. In Experiment 1, the controlled component was shown to correlate with general attention control and race-specific motivations to control prejudice. Across multiple measures, automatic race bias was more likely to be expressed as behavioral discrimination among individuals with poor executive control. Experiment 2 found the same relationship between automatic and controlled components of behavior when predicting impressions of a Black individual.
