用振动分析的方法判断轧机振动的原因

引起轧机振动的原因主要包括传动不同心、不平行、轴承磨损、不同轴、轧辊磨削不均和轧辊装配不当，这些因素都可能引起轧机共振，造成带钢的不良压痕。主要振动可分三类（扭转振动、测量振动和轧辊振动），每种振动都有其固有振动频率。将由公式计算获得的数据与共振图中的数据比较分析，就能找出引起的真正原因。     

结晶器振动参数与拉坯速度的匹配关系

本文给出了实现负滑脱振动的结晶器振动参数与拉坯速度的一般关系式，分析了振动基本参数对结晶器振动工艺效果的影响，建立并讨论了振幅、频率、波形偏斜率与拉坯速度的匹配关系。     

基于EMD-RF的冷轧机振动信号时频分析及识别

冷轧板带生产中的振动机制复杂多变，工业生产过程采集到的历史数据中蕴含着设备运行状态与产品质量等关联信息，数据驱动的信息挖掘对实现振动状态监控与智能预测具有重要价值。首先针对实际工业生产中采集的历史振动信号进行数据预处理；然后对典型振动钢卷的信号进行经验模态分解，选取相关度较高的主要本征模态分量进行时频分析；随后，基于相关度最高的本征模态分量提取10个时频特征指标作为输入，以振动有效值作为输出标记，构建样本空间；最后，运用随机森林回归算法对多个材质和规格下的钢种振动信号进行识别。结果表明，所提出的经验模态分解与随机森林相结合的方法可以适应样本数量不平衡情况下的振动信号识别问题，能够为冷轧机振动的状态监控与智能预报提供依据。     

珠钢热连轧机振动的分析及处理

通过实测连轧机各机架的振动情况，详细地分析了机架振动产生的原因。提出了缓解机架振动的具体措施，即在工作辊轴承座加装垫片，减少机架与轴承座之间的间隙，减振效果显著。目前此方法广泛地应用于振动的机架。

主要介绍了结晶器振动参数及工艺效果，振动参数与拉速匹配关系，对三钢厂结晶器振动参数的设定进行了探讨。
