粗轧过程中出现的轧辊两侧轴承间隙差异较大的情况,会造成轧辊交叉,导致板带两侧轧制力失衡,进而引起或加剧中间坯的镰刀弯缺陷,影响最终产品质量精度和后续精轧的轧制稳定性.为研究轧辊交叉对中间坯镰刀弯生成过程的影响,建立了轧辊交叉、偏移的轧件-辊系耦合动态有限元模型,利用模型分析了不同工况条件下,轧辊交叉位置、交叉角度对中间坯楔形、弯曲量及两侧轧制力差的影响,进而总结了由轴承间隙引起的轧辊非对称交叉对中间坯镰刀弯弯曲量的影响规律.结果表明:镰刀弯弯曲量与交叉角、交叉位置比分别呈线性关系,与辊系间隙比呈二次曲线关系.   相似文献

Abstract

Finite element techniques have been used to decouple some of the major causes of strip curvature in the roughing stages of a hot strip mill. A plane strain elastic-plastic model is used to predict the direction and severity of strip curvature caused by asymmetrical factors at each pass of the rougher. Asymmetrical factors considered include work roll speed mismatch, temperature differentials across the thickness of the workpiece, pass height, and frictional differences between upper and lower work rolls. A full factorial experiment was then designed and performed, using finite element predictions, to identify which asymmetrical factors are most influential to strip curvature, and to determine the interactions, if any, between factors. The results show that three of the asymmetrical factors are significant to strip curvature, but their influence depends on the rolling pass. This study will allow the rolling operator to identify which asymmetrical factor may be causing strip curvature and, thus, provide a suitable course of action.  相似文献

针对经常困扰热轧生产的粗轧板坯镰刀弯缺陷,本文结合弹跳方程和解析法,分析了引起板坯镰刀弯的主要因素——轧机两侧纵向刚度偏差、来料楔形及轧件运行走偏,分别计算了其对应的调整量,建立了基于轧机两侧轧制力差的镰刀弯调平控制模型.该模型可反映轧机两侧纵向刚度差、来料楔形及轧件运行走偏等主要因素与镰刀弯的定量关系,进而计算出控制镰刀弯的粗轧机各道次辊缝倾斜调整值.与现场实测值进行离线验证对比,实测值与计算值比值平均为0.977,结果表明镰刀弯调平模型能够预估板坯各道次辊缝倾斜调整值.将模型投入2250 mm热轧机组使用后,板坯镰刀弯弯曲量未达标率从24.88%下降到6.62%,提高了镰刀弯控制效果,使粗轧板坯镰刀弯问题得到了很大缓解.   相似文献

1700热连轧中间坯存在侧弯(镰刀弯)现象,对精轧机正常板形控制造成影响。现场检测发现粗轧机电动侧压系统夹钢坯负荷对中时偏移轧制中心线20mm。应用ABAQUS软件建立该粗轧机辊系变形有限元仿真计算模型,在偏移轧制中心线工况下,对支持辊与工作辊配辊辊形对板坯的楔形(侧弯)影响仿真计算。设计抗偏移干扰强的新的支持辊与工作辊配辊辊形,上机使用后,中间坯的侧弯(镰刀弯)现象有明显改善。  相似文献

Abstract

A three-dimensional explicit finite element model of the hot rolling process has been developed and used to investigate the generation of camber during the roughing stages of this process. A number of important contributing factors have been studied in detail in an effort to predict their combined effects on camber generation. Predictive equations have been derived which can be used to estimate the level of camber, given suitable values of the dominant process variables. A parallel experimental study has also generated similar empirical relationships. There is reasonable comparison between the predictive and empirical equations, and causes of minor discrepancies are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

The relationships between stock recalescence time/distance and process variables, such as exit thickness, reduction, rolling speed, work roll diameter and slab–roll heat transfer coefficient during hot strip rolling, have been established. The behaviour of the temperature gradient was analysed and used to estimate the slab and transfer bar mean temperatures from measured surface temperature in three hot strip mills located in northeast México. It was found that the recalescence critical variables, in order of importance in minimising temperature measurement variation, are slab–roll heat transfer coefficient, reduction, exit thickness and roll speed.  相似文献

In order to solve the camber problem of intermediate slab in a domestic conventional hot rolling mill, a three dimensional elastic-plastic dynamic model was built through finite element method to quantitatively calculate the influence of lateral flow factors in different entry thicknesses, reductions, reduction ratios differences on both sides and width factors. Thus, the extending difference at outlet of intermediate slab in length was transformed into thickness difference on both sides by the results, and then the tilting value of roll gap reduction to control the camber was calculated. Based on the above results, the camber control model of intermediate slab in rough rolling was estab- lished. The practical application on the rough rolling mill obtained a decent control effect, and it proved that this model had a high accuracy.  相似文献

 短行程控制是粗轧中间坯调宽过程中改善轧件头尾部形状、降低切损量的有效方法,而目前采用较多的折线式短行程控制模型还有待进一步提高。结合热带钢粗轧机组实际工艺条件,采用刚塑性有限元法建立立辊/水平辊连轧过程热力耦合数值计算模型,对粗轧过程头尾部非稳态变形分布进行深入分析,得出中间坯头尾部立辊/水平辊轧制失宽变化规律。基于数值计算结果提出5次多项式短行程控制策略,并建立相应多项式短行程控制模型。通过对比计算结果表明,新建的多项式短行程控制模型具有更好的头尾形状控制能力,提高了热带钢产品成材率。  相似文献

Abstract

During the first year of production in the 2250 mm hot strip mill of Qian'an Iron and Steel Company of Shougang Steel Corporation, roll spalling and broken rolls were frequent occurrences, especially on the second stand of roughing mill (R2), and resulted in enormous economic losses. In addition, improvements to strip shape were required. One of the factors resulting in strip shape defects after finish rolling is that the transfer bar usually had an unsound profile such as a large wedge, camber or negative crown after roughing rolling. To solve these problems, a variable contact back-up roll contour curve with six order of polynomials and negative crown contour was designed and applied to the back-up roll and work roll of roughing mill stands R1 and R2 instead of a conventional flat roll contour. After the application, roll spalling, crown and wedge quality of the transfer bar and strip quality all improved.  相似文献

Automatic width control is a key issue in hot strip rolling. The edge rolling has been widely used in the roughing stand of hot strip mill to control the width of the slab. However, the edge rolling and consequent horizontal rolling will cause a significant width change in the head part and tail part of the slab, which have to be trimmed before the finishing stands. Based on the width reduction deformation curve of the head and tail along the longitudinal direction of slab, the short stroke control technology has been developed to overcome this problem. In this paper, the finite element method has been used to simulate the unsteady edge rolling process. Three short stroke control curves have been compared in order to obtain the best width control result. The optimized short stroke control curve has been applied to the automatic width control system of industrial hot rolling mill, and good performance is obtained.  相似文献

Abstract

Investigated via a series of finite element (FE) process simulation is the effect of diverse process variables on some selected non-dimensional parameters characterising the thermomechanical behaviour of the roll and strip in hot strip rolling. Then, on the basis of these parameters, online models are derived for precise prediction of the temperature changes occurring in the bite zone as well as in the interstand zone in a finishing mill. 首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司1 580 mm热连轧机由国内自主研发设计建造,其精轧过程控制中厚度分配采用标准负荷分配策略,温度计算采用沿轧线分为不同的温区,沿带钢厚度方向分为不同节点的方法,轧制力计算应用四阶Runge Kutta方法求解单位轧制力的Orowan差分方程,辊缝计算充分考虑了宽度、速度、热膨胀及磨损等的影响,同时采用模型自学习提高模型预报精度,通过模型实现高精度的头部厚度控制。模型系统投入使用后,运行状况良好,精轧设定模型厚度控制精度在(±50~±60)μm之间的平均命中率达到96.37%。该项目的成功经验,对国内新建或改造的热连轧项目具有极高的参考价值。  相似文献

Abstract

In a number of thin slab caster/hot strip mills, a serious vibration phenomenon can occur in F2–F4 stands during rolling thin gauge or high strength strip. In particular, the vibration of compact strip production (continuous) hot rolling mills is a more serious and difficult technical problem to resolve. When vibration occurs, chatter marks occur on the mill rolls and strip surface together with excessive noise. The problem not only reduces the life of the rolls but also poses a threat to the safety of the production equipment, having triggered a number of major accidents in the past. Following vibration theory study, computer simulation and field tests, measures were implemented to control the vibration, which achieved significant results and economic benefits.  相似文献

针对热带钢连轧机由于带钢规格变化(主要指窄料和宽料)导致轧辊热辊型的大幅度波动,对轧辊温度场、热凸度和冷却效应进行了分析。采用有限差分法对轧辊温度场和热凸度进行了数值模拟,计算值和实测值吻合较好。进而应用该模型根据来料规格、压下规程等因素来确定工作辊冷却水轴向分布,为热带钢连轧机工作辊冷却系统的改造提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

Both the support force inequality on both ends of the roll and the camber are common drawbacks, those were caused by the static indeterminacy of structure design, backlash and offset setting selection on the plate rolling mill. There are many technical literatures for analysing the reasons for generating of the strip camber, which are mainly the external factor analysis, however, the internal cause of the mill roll system is ignored. The negative effects of offset distance setting and side clearances of about 1?mm between the chocks and side surface of the housing window should be considered on the plate rolling mill. In reality, the primary cause of this deviation and the strip camber lies in the interaction between offset distance setting and cross of the rolls. The greater the offset setting value of the plate rolling mill, the greater the generation probability of pressure difference and the camber. Some measures, involving eliminating offset distance setting, effectively controlling the side clearances between chocks and housing window, eliminating initial cross and dynamic cross phenomenon, should be taken to maintain the rolls parallel and to prevent radically the support force inequality on both ends of the roll and strip camber.  相似文献
