特厚合金结构钢板42CrMo的研制

 为满足市场客户需求,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力,南阳汉冶特钢通过模铸浇铸、3800mm轧机轧制、钢板堆冷和退火、试样调质的热处理工艺,采取以轧代锻方式,成功地研制出了42CrMo特厚合金结构用钢板,钢板的力学性能各项指标均达到国标要求且富余量较大,焊接性能良好,超声波探伤全部符合JB/T4730.3—2005中Ⅰ级标准。     

高品质980 mm x 1 960 mm电渣扁锭轧制 164 mm x 1 700/1 806 mm 12Cr2MolVR 钢板研发

12Cr2Mo1VR钢板生产的流程为100 t EAF-LF-VOD-CC-ESR-轧制工艺。电渣重熔过程中,采用熔速降低(160～180) kg/h及氮气保护等工艺;轧制过程采用低速大压下量轧制工艺;轧后采用650～700℃长时保温扩氢退火工艺;热处理采用930～950℃正火(加速冷却)+680～700℃回火工艺。生产的钢板表面质量良好,探伤级别满足NB/T47013.3-2015及第1号修改单TⅠ级要求,钢板成分、显微组织均匀,力学性能满足技术要求。     

用Q235B坯料试轧制Q345B级别钢板的工艺分析

采用Q235B坯料在天钢3500mm轧机上试轧制Q345B级别钢板。通过对Q235B坯料进行轧制温度、变形量分配及轧后钢板快速冷却等控制,使其达到Q345B钢板力学性能的要求。试轧结果,12mm厚钢板力学性能除8#和9#钢板之外,其余钢板完全达到Q345B级钢板力学性能的要求;20mm厚钢板屈服强度和延伸率全部符合Q345B级钢板力学性能的要求,抗拉强度合格率为50％。分析了试轧工艺及实验结果,并针对20mm厚钢板提出了工艺改进方案,为今后再次试轧及大批量生产奠定了坚实的工艺基础。     

特厚合金结构钢板30CrMo的开发

南阳汉冶特钢采用模铸浇注、3 800mm轧机轧制、钢板回火、试样调质的热处理工艺,成功地开发并批量生产了特厚30CrMo合金结构用钢板。钢板的超声波探伤全部符合JB/T4730.3-2005一级标准;钢板屈服强度平均为955MPa,比标准相富余170MPa;抗拉强度平均为1 048MPa,比标准富余118MPa,伸长率...     

Q235B和Q345B钢板柔性轧制工艺研究与应用

为解决用户多样化需求与企业连续化生产之间的矛盾,研究了一种采用Q235B普碳钢连铸板坯,通过不同的控轧控冷工艺,分别轧制生产Q235B和Q345B两种强度级别的热轧钢板的工艺。结果表明,通过优化化学成分,采用低温加热制度、低温大压下轧制、快速冷却等控轧控冷工艺,所生产的Q345B钢板内部组织晶粒细化,各项力学性能指标均符合相应标准的要求,实现了Q235B和Q345B两种强度级别热轧钢板的柔性轧制。     

80mm桥梁用抗层状撕裂Q420qE-Z35钢板的试制

通过Nb、V、Ti、Ni复合微合金化生产规格350 mm连铸坯料,采用二阶段轧制及正火快冷工艺成功试制 80 mm桥梁用结构钢Q420qE-Z35。试制产品屈服强度、伸长率、冲击韧性、 Z向拉伸等性能指标优异,远远满足国 家标准GB/T 714-2008要求,钢板超声波探伤全部符合GB/T 2970-2004Ⅰ级标准。     

160 mm特厚低温压力容器钢16MnDR的工艺与组织性能研究

叙述了南阳汉冶特钢160mm特厚低温压力容器钢16MnDR的研制开发过程.经过成分设计,轧制优化、热处理工艺设计,运用晶粒细化、析出强化等手段,采用模铸方法成功地开发了特厚低温压力器用16MnDR钢板,产品力学性能满足国家标准GB 3531-2008要求,且存在一定的富余量,实现了钢板很好的强韧性匹配,低温性能优良,钢板超声波探伤全部符合JB/T 2970-2004 Ⅰ级标准.     

X80管线钢探伤不合的原因分析

通过取样分析,研究了冶炼、轧制及轧后控冷工艺对X80管线钢板微观组织及探伤的影响。结果表明中心偏析、裂纹、MnS等夹杂物以及氢均对钢板的探伤结果造成不利影响。     

抗HIC压力容器用钢Q345R-Z35特厚板的开发

采用模铸浇注、3 800 mm轧机轧制、正火热处理工艺成功地开发并批量生产了82 mm厚Q345R-Z35锅炉压力容器用钢板,钢板超声波探伤全部符合JB/T 4730--2008一级标准,钢板屈服强度平均为350 MPa,抗拉强度平均为520 MPa,伸长率平均值为28%,平均冲击功为144 J,抗层状撕裂厚度拉伸性能...     

大厚度P20高合金模具钢复合轧制工艺开发与研究

采用预热+真空焊接工艺,将2块(395×2000×2980) mm规格高Cr合金模具钢P20连铸坯进行焊接复合,通过合理的加热、轧制、热处理工艺,成功开发出厚度240 mm的预硬化模具钢P20,复合界面良好,硬度HRC28～HRC32,符合GB/T 2970-2016标准Ⅰ级探伤要求,使P20大厚度高合金模具钢复合轧制工艺从实验室走向工业化应用.
