为优化低碳钢RH轻处理脱碳工艺,对RH轻处理过程碳和氧的变化规律进行了工业生产实践。结果表明,RH轻处理过程中ln(w[C]_0/w[C]_t)与轻处理时间t呈线性关系,斜率为0.147 5 min~(-1);RH出站时钢水[O]含量控制≤0.015%,有利于提高钢水洁净度;RH进站初始碳含量在0.05%左右时,在真空度为4 k Pa条件下,经过真空脱碳处理5 min左右后,结束碳含量控制在0.025%以下,结束氧含量控制在0.015%以下;成品非金属夹杂物级别也相对降低。  相似文献

为了对RH轻处理低碳钢的工艺技术提供理论依据,对RH轻处理低碳钢过程脱碳规律进行了研究。结果表明,RH轻处理过程ln(w[C]_0/w[C]_t)与t具有线性关系,其斜率Kc为0.1475min~(-1);RH进站钢水[C]含量控制在0.045%-0.065%,钢水[O]含量控制在300-500PPm,有利于提高RH轻处理脱碳效率;RH出站时钢水[O]含量控制150PPm以下,有利于提高钢水洁净度。根据研究结果有针对性提出工艺优化措施,工业实践表明,采用RH-LF双精炼工艺生产WX08钢时,降低了转炉吹炼终点氧含量,成品非金属夹杂物级别也相对降低。  相似文献

针对铝镇静无取向硅钢成品硫质量分数超标问题,开发了RH脱硫工艺。通过选择合适的脱硫渣系以及工艺参数,使RH工位脱硫率达到30%~60%,W800系列无取向硅钢成品w([S])≤0.005 0%,达标率由72.19%提高至98%以上,同时确保了RH出钢w(T[O])0.002 0%,w([N])0.001 5%。通过转炉出钢和RH过程炉渣脱氧改质,将RH出钢渣中w((TFe))控制在3%以下,RH过程炉渣碱度保持在5.0以上,使渣-钢之间硫的分配比达到80~260,有助于提高RH脱硫效果。  相似文献

针对攀钢IF钢RH处理过程终点碳含量偏高及不稳定的问题,对IF钢生产工艺过程进行了跟踪调查.结果表明:RH处理前钢水[C]及a[O]、真空度、脱碳时间、钢包耐火材料及合金增碳等是影响IF钢碳含量偏高及不稳定的主要因素.RH进站[C]含量高于0.045%,终点碳含量与进站碳含量成正比关系;最小真空度越低,脱碳时间越长,终点碳含量就越低.为保证攀钢IF钢碳含量合格,应将RH进站钢水碳含量控制在0.030%~0.045%、a[O]控制在(500~700)×10-6,加强设备监控与维护以维持足够的深真空时间和进一步降低真空度.为减少RH处理后期钢液增碳,在保证真空室不结冷钢的前提下应使用渣线部位不含碳的钢包及低碳合金.  相似文献

 通过RH超低碳钢脱碳工业试验,对RH精炼过程工艺参数进行全程跟踪。重点对表观脱碳速率常数Kc进行了测定和评价。结果表明,RH脱碳过程分为3个阶段:抽真空阶段、吹氧脱碳阶段和自然脱碳阶段。稳定生产碳含量小于0.002%(质量分数,下同)的超低碳钢的优化工艺参数为:进站碳含量0.05%~0.06%,氧含量0.04%~0.06%;吹氧期的起始真空度12~15kPa,吹氩强度0.015m3·t-1·min-1;自然脱碳时间大于15min,吹氩强度0.015m3·t-1·min-1,终脱氧前的氧含量<0.035%。  相似文献

IF钢在300 t RH脱碳处理前要求控制转炉终点[C]≤0.06%,终点[O]0.05%~0.08%,出钢温度1 680~1 700℃;吹氩站钢包顶渣的(FeO)和(CaO)/(Al2O3)分别由原来的12.2%和6.7降至5.0%和1.7,以增加其吸附夹杂的能力;根据生产数据,建立了RH脱碳操作的自动计算模型,有效提高RH精炼过程各项技术指标的命中率,使平均[O]和[C]分别由RH脱碳前的0.046%和0.031%降至RH脱碳终点的0.035 0%和0.001 3%。  相似文献

介绍了首钢京唐公司IF钢生产工艺开发过程。IF钢生产工艺控制关键是碳、氮含量成分控制和钢卷表面质量控制(通过防止水口堵塞和减少夹杂物)。IF钢碳含量控制的关键是RH脱碳过程控制、防止合金增碳和精炼结束到中间包增碳,对应的措施有控制RH进站钢水w(C)≤0.04%、控制过程废钢加入量、RH脱碳过程辅助钢包底吹、清洁上料和使用无碳耐材等。IF钢氮含量控制的关键是控制好转炉吹炼过程脱氮效果、防止RH吸氮和防止连铸过程吸氮。IF钢卷的主要表面缺陷之一是夹杂类缺陷,控制夹杂类缺陷主要从控制转炉终点氧含量、钢包渣改质、控制中间包钢水w(Al_s)/w(Al_t)0.94、恒拉速浇铸等方面着手。采取措施后,中间包熔炼成分碳、氮质量分数分别下降了3.7×10~(-6)和5.9×10~(-6),IF钢夹杂原因造成的钢卷表面质量协议品率由2.3%下降到1.0%~1.5%。  相似文献

介绍了邢台钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂方坯连铸超低碳钢的操作实践,对不同的生产工艺进行对比后,优化选择了"转炉→LF精炼→RH真空处理→方坯连铸"工艺路线。研究发现:无顶渣改质时(FeO)、(MnO)含量高,且波动较大(w(FeO)=9%~14%、w(MnO)=1%~3%),易造成水口絮流;采用三步顶渣改质工艺(转炉、LF、RH工序钢包顶渣改质),可将顶渣w(FeO+MnO)控制在3%左右,为钢液钙处理创造有利条件,避免水口絮流,实现多炉连浇,且成品平均w(C)=0.008%("转炉→RH→LF→方坯连铸"工艺成品平均w(C)=0.010 2%)。  相似文献
