针对酒泉某难选红柱石矿开展了球磨和棒磨的磨矿细度对比试验、脱泥粒度试验和碱性与酸性介质浮选工艺对比试验研究。试验结果表明,该红柱石矿适合棒磨磨矿,较优磨矿细度为-0.074mm占85.19%,较优脱泥粒度为20μm,碱性介质浮选工艺的精矿指标较优。在确定碱性介质浮选工艺基础上,试样经过磨矿-脱泥-磁选-1粗8精1扫的闭路流程试验,获得了Al_2O_3品位为52.94%、红柱石回收率为54.10%、红柱石含量为83.88%的精矿。  相似文献

对某含锡0.86%、含硫2.14%的锡石多金属硫化矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用混合浮选脱除其中硫化矿物, 然后混合浮选尾矿采用离心机预先抛尾-分级摇床-浮选工艺回收其中的锡, 试验室闭路试验获得锡品位55.63%、回收率61.83%的摇床锡精矿和锡品位29.31%、回收率11.33%的浮选锡精矿, 锡总回收率为73.16%。试验指标较为理想。  相似文献

针对某磁、赤铁矿选矿厂铁精矿品位特别是浮选精矿铁品位、铁回收率低的难题,对其现有阶段磨矿-弱磁-细筛提质-强磁-反浮选流程进行了优化选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:现场因为入选磨矿粒度不够,导致强磁精矿和入浮矿品位偏低,是选别指标差的主要原因,试验最终获得了精矿铁品位为65.19%、回收率为74.74%的良好选别指标。  相似文献

某矿石是一种含铅锌多金属氧化矿,铅锌氧化率分别高达56.30%和93.9%。本次试验采用摇床重选,摇床精矿经再磨-浮选、摇床尾矿直接进入浮选流程。选别流程为依次优先选别硫化铅矿物、铅氧化矿及锌氧化矿,获得了硫化铅精矿产率为7.65%、铅品位为61.00%、铅回收率为43.82%;氧化铅精矿产率10.15%、铅品位51.41%、铅回收率49.00%;氧化锌精矿产率为23.22%、锌品位为45.77%、锌回收率为85.02%的选别指标。  相似文献

某铜镍硫化矿中存在的滑石及蛇纹石等易浮脉石矿物严重干扰了铜镍矿物的浮选,影响了浮选指标。通过工艺矿物学研究和浮选脱泥试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、起泡剂的种类、pH值和浮选时间对浮选脱泥的影响,通过浮选确定了最佳浮选脱泥条件,并探讨了其原理。浮选脱泥减轻了矿泥对铜镍选别的影响,在保证精矿质量不变的前提下,提高了铜镍精矿的回收率。并在工业试验中得到了验证。  相似文献

河南金源公司选矿厂浮选尾矿经螺旋溜槽预选后,溜槽精矿进入摇床进行分选,摇床精矿金品位仅3.5 g/t无法进行单独销售,这部分摇床精矿现阶段返回磨矿车间再磨,导致磨矿浮选作业流程中金属硫化物循环积存,对浮选指标和操作带来一定的影响。为进一步提高金矿物的综合回收率,促进尾矿资源的高效综合利用,进行了尼尔森选矿试验。试验结果表明:螺旋溜槽和摇床精矿经磨矿作业后,使用尼尔森试验机回收效果显著,可进一步提高金矿的资源利用率,为同类矿山实现资源综合利用提供思路及经验借鉴。  相似文献

在蛇纹石-滑石型硫化矿中,脉石矿物蛇纹石因质地软,硬度小,在磨矿过程中易泥化,从而产生大量微细粒蛇纹石。微细粒蛇纹石不仅能影响硫化矿的可浮性,而且在浮选过程中也容易导致矿浆流变性变得更加复杂。为了充分了解蛇纹石对矿浆流变性和矿物浮选行为的影响,采用 DLVO 理论计算、流变性测量、浊度测试和浮选试验的方法进行系列试验。结果表明:蛇纹石质量浓度的升高增大了混合矿矿浆表观黏度值,导致蛇纹石泡沫夹带量增加,黄铜矿浮选速率下降,最终精矿 MgO 含量升高。而这主要由颗粒间的总相互作用力增强导致的:蛇纹石颗粒间的相互吸引力远大于蛇纹石和黄铜矿颗粒间的吸引力,随着蛇纹石质量浓度的升高,矿浆中颗粒总相互凝聚力增强,导致矿浆黏度升高。  相似文献
