煤矿安全监察管理信息系统安卓终端研制

为适应煤矿安全监察工作需求和智能手机迅速发展的趋势,运用Android平台,结合Eclipse+SDK+Java开发了煤矿安全监察管理信息系统安卓移动终端。本终端依托煤矿安全监察管理信息系统网页版,采用C/S模式开发完成,可以在安卓手机上安装使用,用手机实时对系统进行简单快捷操作,及时开展煤矿安全监察信息处理工作。

煤矿安全监察是保证其安全生产的手段之一，通过分析指出：要使安全监察这道防线越来越牢固，首先要加强安全监察队伍建设，提高企业安全监察效能，另外要结合煤炭企业自身实际开展安全监察工作。

通过在安全监察系统内推行较为完善的市场化管理办法,约束、规范安监人员的操作行为,使安监员明确监察内容和职责,正确行使监察权力,促进安监员业务水平和监察能力的提高,使监察工作处于可控状态,从而提升安全监察效率和水平,确保全矿安全生产。     

正确处理安全监察与安全管理的关系
