超临界二氧化碳燃煤发电是一种高效、清洁利用的煤炭发电技术,具有广泛的应用前景。从能源和能量平衡2方面对超临界二氧化碳燃煤电厂与蒸汽朗肯循环电厂进行了比较研究,揭示了电厂内能量和〖XC<火用.eps>;%90%95,XQ;P〗的转换以及转移方式。当主要气体参数为32 MPa/620 ℃并采用二次再热工艺时,超临界二氧化碳燃煤电厂和蒸汽朗肯循环电厂的发电效率分别为4906%和4812%,相应的激发效率分别为4802%和4710%。研究揭示了超临界二氧化碳燃煤电厂的节能机理,超临界二氧化碳燃煤电厂锅炉系统的燃烧效率较低,使输送到超临界二氧化碳循环的能量水平高于输送到朗肯循环的能量水平,二氧化碳通过吸收高水平的能量,通过超临界二氧化碳循环产生更多的机械功率,以获得更高的功率效率。 相似文献

在如今的双碳背景下,超临界二氧化碳压裂技术不仅能增透煤体,还能用于地质封存二氧化碳,因此其在煤炭领域越来越受到重视。然而超临界二氧化碳对煤体增透的作用机理和主要影响因素尚未明晰,故为掌握其作用机理,探究其主要影响因素,进行了数据处理和总结分析。首先,明确了超临界二氧化碳对煤体增透的作用机理主要包含3个方面:对煤体微观组分的改造作用、对煤基质的溶胀效应以及对煤中瓦斯的驱替作用。其次,阐述了影响超临界二氧化碳增透煤体的主要因素包含作用温度、作用压力、作用时间和煤体含水率,并得到了主要因素与煤体特性之间的关系:煤体孔隙率和渗透率会随着作用温度的升高而降低,随着作用压力、作用时间和煤体含水率的增加而增大,且其与作用压力和短时浸泡时间皆符合正指数函数关系;煤体力学强度会随着作用时间和含水率的增加而逐渐弱化,且抗压强度、弹性模量和抗拉强度与作用时间皆符合负指数函数关系。最后,对超临界二氧化碳增透煤体所存在的问题进行了探讨,指出现今研究忽略了浸泡次数对超临界二氧化碳增透煤体效果的影响,以及缺乏对主控因素和最佳增透条件的分析,可以仿照循环液氮致裂试验来进行超临界二氧化碳循环浸泡次数研究,可通过正交实验... 相似文献

为了解奥氏体耐热不锈钢HR3C、NF709R和SAVE25在服役条件下的抗蒸汽腐蚀性能, 研究了3种材料在650 ℃/25 MPa超临界水中的腐蚀行为。采用SEM、XRD分析了氧化膜的表面形貌、成分分布和物相, 结果表明, 3种材料在超临界水中均具有良好的抗腐蚀性能, 因NF709R含有较多的Mo和Ni, 生成的FeMo2O4减缓了Fe的扩散, 有利于降低氧化速率, 同时由于Ni可提高氧化膜的稳定性和抗腐蚀性能, NF709R耐腐蚀性能优于HR3C和SAVE25。 相似文献

采用自制的腐蚀磨损装置,使用了失重法及E.G.&G.PARC公司生产的M351系统,对45~#、1Cr18Ni9Ti、Cr17Ni2等3种材料在不同转速下往10%H_2SO_4+10%Sic砂浆中的腐蚀磨损行为进行了研究,完成了腐蚀磨损过程中电位、极化阻率随时间变化曲线的测定。结果表明:腐蚀磨损共同作用给材科带来的破坏远大于两者分别作用的总和,在这个过程中,材料表面钝化膜的覆盖率、钝化膜与基体结合力的强弱、钝化膜的自愈能力以及SiC粒子的冲击强度是主要的影响因素。 相似文献
