采用微波加热技术对铜阳极泥进行硫酸化焙烧脱硒处理。通过响应曲面法优化工艺条件,探究了微波焙烧温度、焙烧时间和酸泥比对铜阳极泥脱硒率的影响,建立了微波硫酸化焙烧铜阳极泥脱硒工艺的二次回归模型。回归分析结果表明,酸泥比、微波焙烧时间对脱硒率影响显著。优化工艺条件为:酸泥比0.9:1,微波焙烧时间28min、焙烧温度400℃,在此工艺条件下,脱硒率模型预测值为95.35%,与实验值96.12%相近。响应曲面法优化设计有效。  相似文献

以铜阳极泥为原料,研究了在空气气氛下硫酸化焙烧蒸硒过程的影响规律和动力学,通过硫酸化焙烧蒸硒实验,研究了影响蒸硒过程的主要因素和控制过程,得到了焙烧蒸硒过程的动力学方程,可为优化铜阳极泥硫酸化焙烧蒸硒工艺提供理论指导。试验结果表明,铜阳极泥硫酸化焙烧蒸硒效果受焙烧温度和焙烧时间的影响较大,但受空气流速和酸矿比的影响较小。在焙烧温度723K、焙烧时间20min、空气流速为200L/h、酸矿比为0.75的较优条件下,蒸硒渣中硒含量由8.50%降至0.24%,硒挥发率为96.54%。蒸硒过程受化学反应动力学控制,表观活化能为42.509 kJ/mol。  相似文献

以某公司复杂含铟烟尘为原料, 分别研究了氧化酸浸和硫酸化焙烧-水浸两种浸出铟工艺。氧化酸浸工艺主要考察了初始硫酸酸度、液固比、浸出温度、反应时间、氧化剂添加量等因素对铟浸出效果的影响; 硫酸化焙烧-水浸工艺主要考察了硫酸用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对铟浸出效果的影响。实验结果表明, 在初始硫酸浓度6.0 mol/L, 液固比6∶1, 浸出温度90 ℃, 浸出时间3 h, 氧化剂H2O2添加量为12%条件下进行氧化酸浸, 铟浸出率由常规酸浸的46.5%提高到70%; 在硫酸用量1.0 mL/g, 焙烧温度300 ℃, 焙烧时间2 h条件下进行硫酸化焙烧-水浸, 铟浸出率达到92%, 实现了铟的高效浸出。  相似文献

在硫酸化焙烧脱硒步骤前采用酸性氯化浸出脱除铜阳极泥中砷和锑。采用中心组合设计优化脱除铜阳极泥中砷和锑的实验参数。以硫酸浓度、盐酸浓度和反应温度为变量,砷和锑浸出率为响应值,建立高显著性的二次多项式模型和三维响应曲面。建立高显著性的二次多项式模型和三维响应曲面,以反映变量与响应值之间的关系。得到的较优条件为硫酸2.8mol/L、盐酸1.0mol/L、温度90℃,此条件下砷锑浸出率响应值分别为99.10%和80.00%,实际值分别为99.60%和80.07%。通过实验验证了模型的较优优区域,结果表明这些模型是可靠和准确的。  相似文献

研究"硫酸化焙烧—酸浸—氰化"和"L-SX-EW"联合工艺处理含铜金精矿过程中,焙烧温度、酸浸酸度对铜、铁浸出率和酸浸液中Fe~(3+)浓度的影响。结果表明,在硫酸化焙烧温度为650℃、焙烧时间1 h、初始酸浸酸度40 g/L、浸出液固比3∶1、浸出温度85℃、浸出时间1 h条件下,铜、铁的浸出率分别为大于96%、21%,酸浸液中的Fe~(3+)浓度2.87 g/L。表明在不改变原有工艺的基础上通过调整焙烧温度和酸浸酸度两个关键工艺参数,可以达到提高铜浸出率的同时兼顾降低Fe~(3+)浓度的目标。  相似文献

以四川某地含钪、钛、稀土黏土矿为研究对象,进行钠盐焙烧-酸浸、直接酸浸、硫酸化焙烧-水浸、空白焙烧-酸浸探索试验。结果表明,直接酸浸、空白焙烧-酸浸对钪和钛的回收效果均不好。硫酸化焙烧-水浸对钛的回收效果很好,但钪的浸出率较低。钠盐焙烧-酸浸试验结果表明,适宜的焙烧条件为:碳酸钠用量80%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间1h;适宜的浸出条件为:10v.%硫酸,液固比20:1,浸出温度60℃,搅拌浸出时间2h;钪的浸出率为89.98%,钛的浸出率为80.55%。液固比对钪和钛的浸出率有显著影响,增大液固比可以暂时解决硅酸造成的过滤困难的问题。   相似文献

采用正交实验研究焙烧-硫酸浸出法从石煤中提取五氧化二钒的最佳条件.结果表明,硫酸浓度对浸出率影响高度显著,浸出率随酸浓度增加显著提高.焙烧温度对浸出率的影响也比较显著,适宜的焙烧温度为800℃.焙烧时间和浸出时间对浸出率有一定影响,与硫酸浓度和焙烧温度相比要小得多.石煤提钒的最佳浸出条件为硫酸的浓度20%,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间2h,浸出时间为2h,浸出温度90℃.  相似文献
