针对C3号层一盘区2113巷前期掘进期间探放水施工效率差、探水精度低、巷道水害隐患大等技术难题,马脊梁矿通过技术研究对巷道掘进前期探水施工主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据实际生产情况对探放水施工设计进行优化,通过实际应用效果来看,2113巷探放水施工设计优化后,共计放水量为2 497 m3,探水施工后巷道未出现涌水现象,取得了预期成效。  相似文献

基于传统煤矿探放水施工时,探水钻孔施工数量多、施工周期长、劳动强度、探放水效率低以及盲目性大等技术难题,为进一步提高煤矿探放水施工效率,晋能集团有限公司地质勘测部通过技术研究,对四明山煤矿9104运输顺槽掘进期间采取了定向钻探技术,通过实际应用效果来看,与传统探放水施工相比,钻探技术可减少钻孔施工数量达45个,钻孔施工长度缩短了3200m,探放水效率提高至97%以上,取得了显著应用成效。  相似文献

定向钻进技术是煤矿井下深孔顺层钻进的有效手段。张集煤矿为了保证巷道掘进安全,引进该技术进行设计运输巷底部灰岩顺层探放水钻孔施工,保护范围覆盖设计巷道左侧和右侧40 m,设计钻孔3个。通过现场应用,完成1#钻孔孔深518 m,1-1#钻孔孔深483 m,2#钻孔孔深558 m,未见地层出水,成功实现了掩护巷道掘进探放水目的,并总结出"钻进岩性变化、地质资料判断、钻进方向指导、地质资料修正"探索式循环渐进钻进方法、"定向+复合"控层钻进方法和硬质岩层低速磨削开分支技巧等实践经验。张集煤矿使用顺层定向长钻孔替代了普通探放水钻孔,成为该矿掩护巷道掘进探放水钻孔施工的新技术。  相似文献
