随着电视数字技术、多媒体技术和计算机技术的发展,构建以视频服务器为核心的数字硬盘自动播出系统的技术被各级电视台成功应用。做为一个财力有限的地市级电视台,我们结合本台实际,经过多方考察和方案论证,成功建立了四通道全数字化硬盘播出系统,并于2009年2月正式运行。该系统采用先进的计算机技术、网络技术、数字电视技术和大容量硬盘存储技术,设计理念先进。关键部分采用备份技术,实现硬件系统无“单一溃点”,并提出多种应急处理方案,保证在任何情况下实现高质量、不间断的播出。     

电视硬盘播出系统的日常维护

Changes in the efferent impulsation in the vagus nerves during the metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma in mice

In electrophysiological experiments the reflectory reaction of the efferent impulsation in the vagus nerve elicited by the stimulation of the lung and airway receptors was studied in the mice with the lung Lewis carcinoma. It has been established that the extension of the metastatic process was accompanied by the disturbances in the relationships of the central cholin- and dopaminergic mechanisms of the respiratory nervous regulation with hyperactivation of the former and depression of the latter. The use of the neurotropic drugs of the central action normalizing or disturbing these interrelations inhibits or stimulates, respectively, the metastatic process.

Considering the user in the wireless world

The near future promises significant advances in communication capabilities, but one of the keys to success is the capability understanding of the people with regards to its value and usage. In considering the role of the user in the wireless world of the future, the Human Perspective Working Group (WG1) of the Wireless World Research Forum has gathered input and developed positions in four important areas: methods, processes, and best practices for user-centered research and design; reference frameworks for modeling user needs within the context of wireless systems; user scenario creation and analysis; and user interaction technologies. This article provides an overview of WG1's work in these areas that are critical to ensuring that the future wireless world meets and exceeds the expectations of people in the coming decades.

Increase in the electron mobility in the inversion channel of a Si-MOS transistor in the case of ion polarization of the gate oxide

The effective mobility of electrons μ* in the inversion n-type channel of a field-effect transistor increases appreciably (as a result of space-charge ion polarization of the gate oxide) from the typical values of ?820 cm² V^?1 s^?1 to the values of ?2645 cm² V^?1 s^?1, which exceed the electron mobility in bulk silicon. After polarization, the sheet concentration of Na⁺ ions at the SiO₂/Si interface exceeds 6 × 10¹³ cm^?2. The ions are almost completely neutralized by electrons in the inversion channel. As temperature T is decreased in the range from 293 to 203 K, μ* increases according to the law μ* ∝ T ^?0.82. Apparently, the observed dependence μ*(T) is caused by the combined scattering of electrons by roughness of the Si/SiO₂ interface surface, phonons, and the interface states. Depolarization of the oxide reverts μ* to the initial value. Anomalously large values of μ* are assumed to be either a consequence of the origination of pronounced structural stresses in the surface Si layer due to the oxide polarization or a result of a phase reconstruction of the inversion-channel region due to hybridization of the wave functions of electrons localized at the Na⁺ ions with the wave functions of electrons in the inversion channel.     

一种半导体激光自混合效应模型参数的测量方法

从半导体激光自混合干涉系统的一般模型公式出发,建立了一个非线性函数模型,利用非线性最小二乘法的曲线拟合,来估计半导体激光自混合效应的模型参数——线宽展宽因数和光反馈因数。经计算仿真分析表明,该算法有较好的收敛性,迭代次数少且参数估计精度高,是半导体激光自混合效应参数测量的一种有效方法。     

Estimating the gradient in the Perona-Malik equation

An impressive and efficient improvement in the classical scale-space analysis was proposed by Perona and Malik (1990) where they describe the diffusion process known as the Perona-Malik (PM) equation. Despite the illposed nature of the PM equation, many of its applications could be carried with success in the signal processing field. On the other hand Weickert and Benamouda (1997) proved the regularization of the PM equation describing and analyzing a model on a semidiscrete system. In this article we present a regularized model of the PM diffusion equation for image segmentation. We start from the hypothesis of well-posedness in the discrete space and the stability conditions. We show two methods for automatic setting of the gradient threshold k, which is changed for each iteration of the partial differential equation (PDE) integration steps. Experimental segmentations are implemented for noise reduction of generic digital images and for segmentation of microcalcifications on X-ray biomedical images.
