针对水平方向匀速直线运动模糊一般模型进行复原时存在明显周期干扰的问题,从分析边缘像素的角度出发,提出了基于零边界像素的复原模型和基于Neumann边界像素的复原模型,有效的减轻了周期干扰.通过广义逆矩阵进行运动模糊图像的复原,从实验结果来看,本文的复原方法简单可行,并具有较好的复原效果. 相似文献

运动模糊的盲复原是图像处理的一个重要领域.现有的滤波复原方法实现较为简单,但不能处理好复原过程的病态性,而传统的正则化盲复原方法虽然可以克服病态性,但在平衡抑制噪声和保留图像边缘信息的矛盾上还有待提升.本文针对正则化盲复原方法的不足,提出了基于组合范数的运动模糊盲复原方法,并根据单一方向运动模糊的方向和尺度特性,运用黄金分割搜索对模型进行了数值求解.模拟实验表明改进的模型和求解算法是可行的,其对单一方向运动模糊复原具有较好的适应性和收敛性,并且复原图像的峰值信噪比要优于维纳滤波复原算法和一般的TV正则化改进方法. 相似文献

针对文物色彩复原中彩色参考图像集建立的多因素定性决策问题,提出一种基于层次分析法的色彩复原层次结构模型。通过史料记载、专家经验并结合现场调研中对实际褪色问题的分析,归纳出能代表文物色彩的本体元素,研究其与褪色的内在联系。利用专家群组决策,由色彩元素的采集、知识发现、主要影响因素确定、层次结构分析、建立专家判断矩阵、判断矩阵的求解、建立带权重的色彩复原层次结构模型共七步,建立色彩复原层次结构模型。采用"两级滤波法"逐层求解模型判断矩阵权重,实现基于该模型的参考图像集查找系统。实验结果表明,该方法能够较准确地为褪色图像查找参考图像组合,给后续色彩复原提供科学依据。 相似文献

由于湍流图像的退化原因十分复杂,现有图像复原算法很难在复原效率和复原质量间达到很好的平衡,为此提出了一种基于支持向量机的湍流退化图像加速复原算法.该算法通过设置方差阈值进行样本选择,舍弃了冗余信息、提高了样本质量;同时,对序列图像进行实时模型更新,加快了序列图像的复原速度.针对电弧风洞图像,将加速复原算法和原算法进行了比较.实验结果表明,加速算法的复原速度更快、复原效果也更好,它可以有效地解决湍流退化给图像带来的噪声和能量衰减问题,并能很好地校正湍流效应引起的模糊和抖动现象. 相似文献

本技术利用数学方法,解决碎纸片拼接问题,以提高拼接复原效率,研究复原同一页仅纵切后的碎纸片。通过对碎纸片的图像进行数字化,得到单个碎纸片的灰度矩阵,建立优化模型,利用遍历的方法,得到碎片复原结果。同时,复原同一页既纵切又横切后的碎纸片以及复原双面打印文件的原理类似。 相似文献

为解决红外图像分割中背景噪声及边界轮廓的影响,引入了基于曲线演化理论、水平集方法和M-S分割函数的C-V模型。通过将图像表达为分段常量函数来建立适当的能量函数模型,引入水平集的表示方法,在整个图像域中依据最小化分割寻找全局极小值,可令活动轮廓最终到达目标边缘。由MATLAB实现的仿真结果表明采用C-V模型对红外图像进行自动分割不受边界轮廓线连续性限制,对初始轮廓线位置不敏感,对图像噪声具有很强的鲁棒性,对均匀灰度目标分割效果良好。 相似文献

Regularization is one of the most promising methods for image up-sampling, which is an ill-posed inverse problem. A key element of such a regularization approach is the observation model relating the observed lower resolution (LR) image to the desired higher resolution (HR) up-sampled image, used in the data-fidelity term of the regularization cost function. This paper presents an algorithm to determine this observation model based on a model of the physical acquisition process for the LR image, and the ideal acquisition process for the desired HR image, both from the same underlying continuous image. The method is illustrated with typical scenarios corresponding to LR and HR cameras modeled by either Gaussian or rectangular apertures. Experiments with some regularized image up-samplers demonstrate the importance of using the correct, adapted observation model as determined by our algorithm. 设计了一种小型水下连续光成像系统,主要用于小型水下载具或潜水员提高水下视觉能力。该系统以多片大功率LED为光源,以CCD为接收器。为改善图像质量,在分析连续光照明条件下水下图像特点的基础上,使用了一种基于模型法的图像处理算法,并在以DM642为核心的嵌入式图像处理平台上实现。系统进行了室内水池和外场实验,结果表明:针对黑白条纹靶板,系统的极限探测距离达到2.3倍衰减长度以上;图像处理算法能较好适应多种背景和系统结构变化,有效提高图像对比度、突出目标细节。 相似文献

提出了基于多方向像素连续折叠机制与Radon变换的图像加密算法,从不同的方向、利用不同的像素扩散技术来加密明文,显著消除密文周期性.首先,对初始明文完成均等分割,获取左、右两个子块;引入Radon变换机制,对左、右子块进行0°~180°的Radon变换,获取对应的Radon投影谱图像;利用Arnold映射、引力模型分别混淆左、右子块的Radon谱图像,获取两个子置乱密文,将二者进行组合,输出完整的置乱图像.为了从空间多个方向来扩散像素,设计了4个方向连续折叠机制,利用4个不同方向对应的扩散函数来改变像素值,实现图像加密.实验结果表明,与当前图像加密技术相比,所提算法具有更高的安全性与抗攻击能力,输出密文的像素分布更加均匀. 相似文献

Non-reference image quality assessment has attracted great emphasis in recent years. Traditional image quality assessment algorithms based on structural similarity cannot make full use of the image gradient features, and the contrast similarity features often ignore the consistency of continuous color blocks within the image, which leads to large discrepancy between the evaluation result and the subjective judgment of human vision system. In this paper, we propose a deep model for image quality assessment where the spatial and visual features of image are both considered. For better feature fusion, we design an adaptive multiple Skyline query algorithm named MSFF, which takes as input multiple features of images, and learns the feature weights through end-to-end training. Extensive experiments on image quality assessment tasks prove that the proposed model exhibits superior performance compared with existing solutions. 相似文献

提出了一种改进的可连续点火的交叉视觉皮质模型,并将其运用到图像增强当中。新模型利用了点火阈值对神经元行为的长期记忆能力,将其作为反馈和外部激励共同决定神经元的状态值;将阈值衰减因子替换为函数变换,从而可根据具体应用灵活选择合适的衰减函数;同时在点火神经元的阈值提升时增加了邻域判读,以决定对应阈值是否发生陡变,且实现了神经元的连续点火。在此基础上,提出了基于FC_ICM的直方图均衡化方法,对比基于CLAHE和ICM的图像增强方法,实验结果表明,该方法可有效提升全局和局部对比度,及有效抑制噪声。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose to improve the POCS-based super-resolution reconstruction (SRR) methods in two ways. First, the discretization of the continuous image formation model is improved to explicitly allow for higher order interpolation methods to be used. Segmentation of the spine directly from three-dimensional (3-D) image data is desirable to accurately capture its morphological properties. We describe a method that allows true 3-D spinal image segmentation using a deformable integral spine model. The method learns the appearance of vertebrae from multiple continuous features recorded along vertebra boundaries in a given training set of images. Important summarizing statistics are encoded into a necklace model on which landmarks are differentiated on their free dimensions. The landmarks are used within a priority segmentation scheme to reduce the complexity of the segmentation problem. Necklace models are coupled by string models. The string models describe in detail the biological variability in the appearance of spinal curvatures from multiple continuous features recorded in the training set. In the segmentation phase, the necklace and string models are used to interactively detect vertebral structures in new image data via elastic deformation reminiscent of a marionette with strings allowing for movement between interrelated structures. Strings constrain the deformation of the spine model within feasible solutions. The driving application in this work is analysis of computed tomography scans of the human lumbar spine. An illustration of the segmentation process shows that the method is promising for segmentation of the spine and for assessment of its morphological properties. 相似文献
