提出了一种单相并联交错BoostPFC电路,升压电感采用分立式电感。详细论述电感电流断续模式下的BoostPFC交错并联电路,减小单个电感容量和前级EMI滤波器尺寸,提高PFC电路的功率等级和效率。仿真与实验结果表明,该PFC电路具有良好的校正效果,较小的输入电流纹波,较低的开关应力。 相似文献

提出了一种基于0.13 μm CMOS工艺实现的低功耗静噪检测器,可应用于通用串行总线(USB)等高速串行数据链路。该静噪检测器包括电平转换器、比较器和输出检测器。电平转换器中,引入了基准电流源和电流镜,电源电压较传统电路降低20%以上。仿真结果表明,在1.35~1.65 V电源电压、0℃~70℃温度范围内,在480 Mbit/s输入数据速率下,静噪检测阈值电压的最大值、最小值分别为140 mV、106 mV。电路面积为0.036 mm2,功耗仅为3.7 mW@1.5 V。 相似文献

Avalanche photodiodes (APDs) have high output and high stability requirements for bias power in Geiger mode. This paper designs an APD with high boost ratio, high precision, low temperature drift, small size, and low power. Bias power supply, this module uses switching chip IC and flyback transformer to achieve high step-up ratio, realizes precise output control through precision operational amplifier and T-type resistor feedback network, and designs appropriate compensation network to improve system stability. The size of the module is 2.5 cm×2.5 cm, the output voltage is adjustable from 0 to 450 V, and the maximum ripple does not exceed 5.4 mV. By changing the control voltage, any type of APD in Geiger mode can be biased, and the maximum deviation of the bias voltage does not exceed 0.5%. 相似文献

A fast controller is presented for single-phase boost-type power factor correction circuits. The twice-line-frequency ripple component is removed from the measured output voltage with an adaptive estimator. This enables the closed-loop time constants and overshoots to be reduced by two orders of magnitude compared to traditional designs. The controller copes with considerable uncertainty in input voltage magnitude, line frequency and output capacitance. All sections of the control system are shown to be asymptotically stable. 为减小由输入电源扰动引起的输出电压工频纹波,改善DC/DC变换器动态性能,根据平均变量建模思想,为电压型PWM控制的Buck型变换器建立连续导电工作模式(CCM)下统一的平均变量等效电路。分析等效电路并根据前馈控制的不变性原理提出Buck型变换器针对输入电压扰动的线性化小信号补偿前馈控制原理及实现方法,采用该方法的Buck型变换器可快速补偿输入电压扰动,加快变换器在输入电压扰动时的动态调节过程,显著减小输出电压中包括工频在内的低频纹波,改善变换器的动态性能。仿真研究结果验证了文中线性化小信号补偿前馈控制原理、方法及其分析的正确性。 相似文献

An interleaved current-fed full bridge (ICFFB) dc-dc converter is proposed in this paper that has low input current ripple to meet the fuel cell demands. By interleaving two isolated CFFB converters with parallel input and series output connection, both input current ripple and output voltage ripple can be reduced. In addition, the size of the magnetic components and current stress of the semiconductor devices on the input side are also reduced. Similarly, smaller voltage rating components can be used on the output side. Only one digital signal processor microcontroller is used to generate phase-shifted gate signals and to implement a cascaded digital control system. The main features of the proposed converter are high efficiency, small passive component size, and small input current ripple. Unity power factor zero-voltage-switched (ZVS) AC-to-DC power converters with an active filter are proposed. The line voltage is supplied to AC-to-DC power converters through a rectifier circuit with an input filter, to reduce high-frequency ripple components. The line current is almost synchronized to the line voltage, due to the low impedance of the input filter. Forward ZVS multiresonant power converters (ZVS-MRCs) are utilized for high-frequency operation and lossless switching. An active filter is introduced to minimize the twice line-frequency ripple component of the output voltage without large-size passive filters. 该文提出了一种可用于压电陶瓷驱动电路的低纹波、高稳定性的直流线性稳压电源的设计方案,分析了其工作原理并测量了其电学特性。采用可调三端稳压器为核心器件,利用低温漂电压基准源提高了稳压器的反馈电压,采用瞬态抑制二极管抑制了上电瞬间的冲击浪涌,有效地抑制了输出纹波,提高了电源的电磁兼容性和可靠性。实验结果表明,该电源可输出10~200 V的正负双极性电压,负载调整率小于0.5%,纹波小于10 mV,现已成功应用于以PA85功率放大器为核心器件的压电陶瓷驱动电路中。 相似文献
