A method using spectrum illumination to reconstruct 3-D bject image is a new concept in the field of computer vision.The design of optical illumination system is crucial this method.Several ways to achieve multicolor spectrum illumination are discussed.A prism illumination system is designed by means of aligning symmetrically the prism at the mid-wavelength(nd=1.806 274)of light path and using reflection collimating lens,cylindrical expending lens and two optical shutters.The relations between deviation angles and light wavelengths are given,and some 3-D reconstruction results are presented.  相似文献

In order to meet the requirements of the high gain and wide field of view (FOV) for indoor visible light communication (VLC) system, a new optical receiving system is proposed, which integrates a Fresnel lens with a hemispherical lens. The effects of the two lenses’ spacing and the radius of the hemispherical lens on the optical gain at different FOV are investigated. As the FOV increases, the designed antenna displays enhanced reception performance compared with the traditional receiving optical antenna. The optical gain of the designed antenna is 6.88 in the condition of FOV of 40°. To further verify the rationality of the designed antenna, a model of VLC system is established based on the designed antenna in a room with a size of 5 m×5 m×3 m. The results show that the received average power using the designed antenna increases by 22.81 dBm, and the average signal to noise ratio (SNR) is 2.3 times of that without any optical antenna. The designed antenna is promising for the application in indoor VLC systems.  相似文献

The design of a large-aperture and wide-band optical lens for camera is presented. By utilizing the atmospheric window of infrared light, clear images can be achieved in the dark or poor visibility conditions. To use near-infrared and visible light to obtain images, the charge coupled device(CCD) is adopted as the image sensor of the lens with the center wavelength of 880 nm, which operates at the wavelength range from 400 nm to 1 000 nm. After calculating the parameters of optical lens, Sunnah type is selected as the initial structure. Through the optimization of optical design software ZEMAX, the lens obtains an excellent imaging performance. The modulation transfer function(MTF) can be more than 0.3 at the spatial frequency of 110 lp/mm, and the maximum distortion can be less than 0.1%.  相似文献

An efficient LED projector is designed for the LED flat lamp without light guide plate (LGP), in order to get high-efficiency lighting capablility and low cost of LED flat lamp. By employing refraction and total reflection, uni- form intensity distribution of the emergent light and high-efficiency lighting capablility are achieved. The simulation results show that the output efficiency and intensity distribution on LED flat lamp panel depend on the distance be- tween projector and output panel, the rotation angle of the projector and the gap between projector and LED. It per- forms well in both lighting efficiency and uniformity, while a distance of 5 mm, a rotation angle of 2° and a gap of 1.2 mm are used with the panel size of 240 mm×360 mm in the LED flat lamp without LGP. A new type application specific light emitting diode (LED) package (ASLP) with freeform polycarbonate lens for street lighting is developed, whose manufacturing processes are compatible with a typical LED packaging process. The reliability test methods and failure criterions from different vendors are reviewed and compared. It is found that test methods and failure criterions are quite different. The rapid reliability assessment standards are urgently needed for the LED industry. 85 ℃/85 RH with 700 mA is used to test our LED modules with three other vendors for 1000 h, showing no visible degradation in optical performance for our modules, with two other vendors showing significant degradation. Some failure analysis methods such as C-SAM, Nano X-ray CT and optical microscope are used for LED packages. Some failure mechanisms such as delaminations and cracks are detected in the LED packages after the accelerated reliability testing. The finite element simulation method is helpful for the failure analysis and design of the reliability of the LED packaging. One example is used to show one currently used module in industry is vulnerable and may not easily pass the harsh thermal cycle testing.  相似文献

Turner spectroscopic system which achieved a spectral resolution of less than 1 nm in the range from 380 nm to 780 nm. Then, the calibration light source’s spectrum matching model is established and the digital micromirror device (DMD)’s surface illuminance distribution law is simulated and analyzed. Finally, the MOR error of the calibrated light source is inverted. The results show that the simulation spectrum error of the 2 700 K absolute color temperature is below ±7.4% in the wavelength range from 380 nm to 780 nm, and the MOR error meets the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization in 40—2 000 m of MOR.  相似文献

Design and fabrication of a parallel optical transmitter are reported.The optimized 12 channel parallel optical transmitter,with each channel’s data rate up to 3Gbit/s,is designed,assembled,and measured.A topemitting 850nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser(VCSEL) array is adopted as the light source,and the VCSEL chip is directly wire bonded to a 12 channel driver IC.The outputs of the VCSEL array are directly butt coupled into a 12 channel fiber array.Small form factor pluggable (SFP) packaging technology is used in the module to support hot pluggable in application.The performance results of the module are demonstrated.At an operating current of 8mA,an eye diagram at 3Gbit/s is achieved with an optical output of more than 1mW.  相似文献

According to the fact that the surface of liquid with low viscosity coefficient is a good reflection plane for a broadband light beam, liquid-level measurement in micrometer resolution is designed based on a fiber-optic low coherence interferometer in Michelson configuration. The wave front of the reflected light beam is well enough to form an interferogram with a beam reflected from an optic mirror mounted on a stepping scanning-motor. The central peak of the interferogram is read as a measure of the liquid level. Experimental results show that this noncontact method can reach a resolution of ±1.25 μm in the measurement range of 86 mm.  相似文献

A novel scheme for all-optical ultra-wideband triplet signal pulse generation based on the cross-gain modulation (XGM) in a single semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) is demonstrated. In this scheme, only one optical source and one SOA are needed, so the configuration is simple. Due to only one wavelength is included in the generated triplet pulse, no time difference between output signal light and probe light is introduced during the transmission process. By using the software of Optisystem 7.0, the impacts of the input signal width, the optical power and the wavelength of the optical source on the generated triplet pulse are numerically simulated and studied. The results show that the proposed scheme has better triplet signal pulse when the input signal pulse width is larger, and it is insensitive to the wavelength change within a certain range.  相似文献

提出了一种用于LED准直照明的非球面透镜设计方法,该方法产生于对非球面几何光学特性分析和粒子群优化算法优越的寻优能力。用该方法设计了一个基于点光源准直的出光口径30 mm的非球面透镜,为了证明准直透镜的准直效果,用光线追迹方法模拟了准直透镜对于点光源的准直过程。模拟结果显示,点光源经准直透镜后出射光线的最大半视场角为0.004 60,0.8 mm0.8 mm LED光源经准直透镜后出射光线的最大半视场角为4.91,表明了粒子群算法用于非球面准直透镜设计的可行性和有效性。与现有的设计方法相比,该设计方法意义更直观,实施更简单。  相似文献

大功率LED集成光源在实际照明工程应用很多,但是集成光源的照明效果不是很理想。为了解决大功率LED集成光源难以直接应用于照明的问题,根据非成像光学理论,设定合适的初始参数,利用能量守恒建立LED光源与目标照明面之间的映射,设计了筒灯反射器和透镜。并用Tracepro软件对这两类光学器件进行模拟仿真,均得到了良好的均匀圆形照明光斑。仿真结果表明,设计出的反射器和透镜,随着发光光源面积增大,照度均匀性都降低,当光源尺寸均设置为1 mm1 mm时,照明面上照度均匀性都达到95%以上,当光源尺寸增大10 mm10 mm时,照明面的照度均匀性下降到85%,符合对均匀性很高的室内照明设计标准。  相似文献

针对紫外-可见光谱水质检测系统单个LED光源输出功率低、光束质量差的问题,提出了一种多束紫外LED光源与光纤合束耦合的结构设计方案.运用ZEMAX光学分析软件开展了仿真设计研究,针对紫外LED光源与光纤耦合发散角较大的问题,设计了非球面准直透镜,准直后发散角为0.403 mrad;针对光束尺寸与光纤的匹配问题,进行了消色差双分离聚焦耦合透镜的设计.实验结果表明,合束LED光束汇聚的弥散斑的RMS尺寸为186.412 μm,GEO点尺寸为290.071 μm,光束中95%以上的能量集中在300μm以内,实现了多束LED光源与光纤的高效耦合.  相似文献

针对常规TO封装下红外光源辐射量在一定光程下严重衰减的不足,基于自研的MEMS红外光源结构,提出了用于红外辐射增强的反射镜及用于光束准直的透镜封装结构,以期大幅提高光源有效辐射效率。本文基于Zemax软件对红外光源在光路中的辐射特性进行了模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:红外光源放置于9.52 mm口径、9.41 mm深度的抛物面反射镜的焦点位置,辐射能量提高了15.5倍;采用2.2 mm厚的BaF2材料的双凸曲面辐射透镜,红外光线呈准直收敛辐射,辐射效率最大可以达到27.42%。本工作研究成果为红外光学气体传感器光源提供了合理的红外辐射增强结构尺寸参数,有效提高了系统的稳定性和光源的辐射效率。  相似文献

小角度照明一直是发光二极管(LED)走向通用照明需要亟待解决的问题。而透镜和反射器则是最常用的配光器件,所以针对LED使用的透镜或反射器的设计是目前照明领域研究的热点。采用几何光学理论计算透镜表面的点坐标,拟合形成表面,旋转拉伸成透镜实体。并以能够实现30和45照明的透镜为例,介绍了透镜的设计过程,并对透镜的性能进行了模拟验证分析。结果显示:这种透镜能够将光源的光汇聚到预先指定的角度内,光能的利用率达到80%以上,照度的均匀度达到了85%以上,这能够很好地满足现代照明的需要。  相似文献

根据面向理想光源的设计原理,提出了基于能量补偿和坐标迭代的自由曲面母线求解方法。在二维坐标系中建立系统模型,由反光杯反射光对直射投射光进行补偿,将反光杯右上边缘的光线反射到目标面左边缘,且随着光线下移反射光线逼近目标中心。根据Snell定律,以上边缘点为初始点,逐一迭代得母线上各点坐标,旋转或拉伸生成所求反光杯。在Tracepro软件中的模拟结果表明对圆形或正方形目标照度均匀性均优于85%,且系统能量利用率仅由LED出光角度和反光杯反射系数决定,该结构可使LED光源用于大范围照明。  相似文献

设计了一款在规定角度范围内光强均匀分布且直观无明显的颗粒感的LED 交通信号灯。将高亮度LED 的出射光用菲涅耳透镜进行准直,利用斯涅尔定律,设计了枕型透镜来实现指定方向上的照明,并将之排成阵列,以获得一定角度范围内的光强均匀分布。利用ZEMAX 光学设计软件对设计方案进行了模拟,分别给出了水平和竖直两个方向上角度光强均匀分布的结果。通过仿真人眼对信号灯的成像,呈现人眼的观察效果,结果表明该设计满足设计要求。  相似文献

针对超薄LED 平板灯导光板价格昂贵以及传统直下 式LED 平板灯厚度厚和LED 数量多等 问题,设 计了新型直下式LED 平板灯。基于边缘光线理论,对光源和目标面进行网格划分并形成映射 关系,由Snell 公式推导出内外自由曲面的微分方程,采用迭代法计算出内外自由曲面数据,设计实现适用 于直下式LED 平板灯的大角度二次光学透镜。研究表明:双自由曲面大角度透镜可实现对LED 150°的大角度配光,其照 度均匀度为0.86,且能量利用率为99.5%。在 不同厚度下,利用大角度二次光学透镜的LED单元阵列距高 比(D/H)约等于3时,目标面上的照度均匀度均达到0.88以上。通过对新型直下式LED平板灯照明效果 进行模拟,结果完全满足国家建筑照明设计标准,且LED的使用数量为相同功率下传统直下 式LED平板灯的30%,减小了20mm的厚度,大 大降低了LED平板灯的生产成本。  相似文献

由于LED配光特性不同于传统光源,为了将LED 应用于汽车照明中需对LED 进行二次光学设计。文中根据LED 汽车前照灯的配光特性,提出了一种自由曲面LED 汽车前照灯光学透镜的设计方法。首先由能量守恒原理,在接收屏上的坐标和透镜自由曲面上的坐标之间建立能量的一一对应关系,基于非成像光学理论,采用照度优化设计法,运用数值计算求解出光学透镜曲面各个点坐标的坐标值,并使用三维模型软件制作出透镜光学模型。通过蒙特卡洛模拟法来追迹光线仿真,最后的配光效果完全满足《汽车用LED前照灯》(GB25991-2010)标准,系统的光学效率得到显著提高,可达到91%。  相似文献
