介绍一种新型光纤布拉格(Bragg)光栅油井温度/压力传感器.在详细分析光纤光栅温度、应力传感原理的基础上,设计了适合于井下温度、压力参数测量的传感器.通过温度和压力实验推导了传感器波长与温度、压力之间的关系,得到了压力响应灵敏度的解析表达式.该传感器可实现温度和压力同时测量.现场实验证明:温度测量范围为10~100℃,温度灵敏度为0.0213=nm/℃;在0~20MPa的压力变化范围内,压力灵敏度达0.1631nm/Mpa,能够很好地满足油井井下测量的要求. 相似文献

为了实时监测石化反应器内部高温、高压环境下压力和温度变化, 严格控制原料的反应过程, 采用法布里-珀罗(F-P)多腔干涉理论, 设计并制备了一种光纤F-P温度、压力复合传感器。该传感器由石英玻璃和蓝宝石玻璃构成, 石英与蓝宝石之间的空气腔为压力腔, 温度腔则为蓝宝石本身。通过理论计算和仿真验证, 分析了压力腔和温度腔不同参数对传感器性能的影响, 从而取得了最佳的传感器结构参数数据。结果表明, 该传感器制作工艺简单且性能可靠, 能够实现0MPa~5MPa和-20℃~300℃范围内压力和温度的同时测量; 该传感器在压力0.1MPa~5MPa和温度20℃~180℃环境下有良好压力温度线性响应关系, 压力灵敏度为796nm/MPa, 温度灵敏度为3.864nm/℃。该传感器适用于石化反应器内部高温高压环境下压力和温度的同时监测。 相似文献

提出了一种基于圆柱形容器和活塞结合的双光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度和压力同时区分测量的传感模型.将FBG 1和FBG 2粘结在基底材料上,基底材料固定在活塞和圆柱形底部间,圆柱形容器内压力和温度的变化将引起FBG 1波长的变化,圆柱形容器内温度的变化引起FBG 2波长的变化,通过2根光栅的波长漂移来进行温度和压力的区分测量.实验测得该传感器的压力响应灵敏度系数为0.822 3 nm/MPa,温度响应灵敏度系数为0.032 2 nm/℃,分别是裸FBG的274倍和3.2倍.该传感器可以实现10 MPa压力以下、-20~100 ℃温度的液体和气体的高精度同时测量;可以改变基底材料的种类或基底材料和活塞的参数,实现不同灵敏度要求的温度、压力同时测量. 相似文献

提出一种基于金属合金薄壁弹性圆筒双光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度压力同时区分测量的传感模型。将FBG1和FBG2分别沿着圆筒的轴线方向粘贴在空心段外壁上和底座实心的外壁面上。圆筒内压力和温度的变化将引起FBG1波长的变化,温度的变化引起FBG2波长的变化,通过FBG2对FBG1的温度补偿进行温度和压力的同时区分测量。在100℃内2、0 MPa压力下,实验测得传感器的压力响应灵敏度系数约为0.012 nm/MPa,温度响应灵敏度系数约为0.012 nm/℃。 相似文献

We have fabricated the white organic light-emitting devices (WOLEDs) based on 4,4' -bis(2,2 -diphenyl vinyl)-1,1' - biphenyl (DPVBi) and phosphorescence sensitized 5,6,11,12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene). The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA (20 nm)/NPBX (20 nm)/CBP: x%Ir(ppy)3:0.5% rubrene (8 nm)/NPBX (5 nm)/DPVBi (30 nm)/Alq(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/A1. In the devices, DPVBi acts as a blue light-emitting layer, the rubrene is sensitized by a phosphorescent material, fac tris (2-phenylpyridine) iridium [Ir(ppy)3], acts as a yellow light-emitting layer, and N,N' -bis- (1-naphthyl)- N,N' -diphenyl -1, 1' -biphenyl-4,4' -diamine (NPBX) acts as a hole transporting and exciton blocker layer, respectively. When the concentration of Ir (PPY)3 is 6wt%, the maximum luminance is 24960 cd/m^2 at an applied voltage of 15 V, and the maximum luminous efficiency is 5.17 cd/A at an applied voltage of 8 V. 相似文献

To meet the need of automatic image features extraction with high precision in visual inspection, a complete approach to automatic identification and sub-pixel center location for similar-ellipse feature is proposed. In the method, the feature area is identified automatically based on the edge attribute, and the sub-pixel center location is accomplished with the leastsquare algorithm. It shows that the method is valid, practical, and has high precision by experiment.
