反馈网络的负载效应在《模拟电子技术》课程中一直是个教学盲点,往往导致负反馈放大电路实验中动态性能指标的实测值与理论值之间的误差超过工程允许范围。有鉴于此,本文通过建模分析了“负反馈放大电路”实验中反馈网络对基本放大电路负载效应的成因;对比分析了常用传统框图法与计及负载效应后负反馈放大电路的动态性能指标;利用实际电路对这二种方法计算的动态性能指标进行了实验检测。分析结果表明:传统框图法计算动态性能指标的误差由摒弃基本放大电路与反馈网络之间的关联性引起;基本放大电路与反馈网络之间的关联性通过H参数电阻形成的负载效应实现;计及负载效应能够有效消除负反馈放大电路动态性能指标的计算误差,对模拟电子技术课程的理论和实践教学具有指导意义。 相似文献

数字全息显微再现像是物体经过显微物镜之后放 大像的再现,因此,再现像和放大像 的纵向尺寸易被混淆,认为再现像与放大像的纵向尺寸相等。为了辨识再现像的纵向尺寸, 本文分析了数字全息显微再现像的横纵向尺寸与放大倍数的关系。首先根据光学衍射理论, 对再现像的横向尺寸与放大倍数的关系和纵向尺寸与放大倍数的关系进行了理论分析,得到 了数字全息显微再现像的横向尺寸与放大像相同,都被放大Mβ倍,而再现 像的纵向尺寸未 被放大。其次,以测量石英玻璃上刻蚀的圆孔为样本,调整样本与显微物镜的距离,以M β1= 20.29 ,Mβ2= 17.51 和Mβ3= 15.3 三种横向放大倍数进行了数字全息显微实验。 实验结果表明,三个再现像的纵向尺寸近似为570nm, 与被测物纵向尺寸相等,未受放大倍数的影 响。并且相应再现像和放大像的横向尺寸近似相等,最大差值约为0.58 μm。因此,本文从 理论和实验两方面证明了再现像的横向尺寸被放大了Mβ,而再现像的纵向 尺寸等于被测物 的纵向尺寸,不受放大倍数的影响,且可由被测物引入的光程差计算得到。本文的分析对比 为准确计算数字全息显微再现像的横纵向尺寸提供技术 支撑。 相似文献

The variations in the output energy per pulse and in the average power output of the neutral Ba cyclic metal vapor laser as a function of the pulse repetition rate have been analyzed. At constant input power, the output energy per pulse is found to vary inversely as the two-thirds power of the pulse repetition frequency and so the average output power varies as the pulse repetition frequency to the one-third power up to the point where the Ba metastables do not have sufficient time to relax between pulses. Since the experiments which have been analyzed were conducted with a constant value for the laser discharge capacitance, these results imply that the output energy per pulse of this laser varies as the four-thirds power of the input voltage. 相似文献

A planar GaAs integrated Gunn-effect device and f.e.t. connected in cascade have been fabricated using selective sulphur-ion implantation. High-speed pulse regeneration and pulse amplification have been realised under d.c. bias condition. The rhombic simulator excited by a pulse generator is investigated experimentally. The voltage pulse at the driving point of the simulator and the associated current pulses that travel along the conducting tubes that form the rhombus have been measured with different loads. The complex sequence of electromagnetic pulses (including the incident pulse, the reflected pulses from the load, and other reflection points) have been measured on the metal ground plane. The origin (localization) of each pulse has been carried out. From the Fourier transformation of the waveforms in the time domain, the spectrum of the electromagnetic pulse in the frequency domain is obtained. It is shown that the characteristics of the simulator with the two types of excitation (continuous wave and pulse) are consistent. 相似文献

Populations of CuI ground state, resonance, and metastable levels have been measured in CuBr laser with and without hydrogen additives. Temporal evolution and spatial distribution populations have been studied during the excitation pulse and also during the interpulse period of time. Addition of hydrogen results in a smaller rate of resonance and metastable levels excitation and smaller depopulation of the ground state during the excitation pulse. Repopulation of the ground state after the excitation pulse with hydrogen is much faster. CuBr molecules have been detected only in the periphery of the active zone.
