继去年我们在国内首先实现了LD泵浦Nd:YAG微片激光器的室温连续单横模运转之后,最近又观测到了稳定的单纵模输出。当泵浦电流从700mA增加到900mA,或当上下左右平移微片时,无论是脉冲工作,还是连续运转,均能输出单纵模,波长为1.064μm且无跳模。 相似文献

The room-temperature generation of multiperiod quantum-cascade lasers (QCL) at a wavelength of 5.8 μm in the pulsed mode is demonstrated. The heterostructure of a quantum-cascade laser based on a heterojunction of InGaAs/InAlAs alloys is grown by molecular-beam epitaxy and incorporates 60 identical cascades. The threshold current density of the stripe laser 1.4 mm long and 22 μm wide is ~4.8 kA/cm2 at a temperature of 303 K. The maximum power of the optical-radiation output from one QCL face, recorded by a detector, is 88 mW. The actual optical-power output from one QCL face is no less than 150 mW. The results obtained and possible ways of optimizing the structure of the developed quantum-cascade lasers are discussed. 相似文献

The author describes a continuous-wave (CW) dye laser has been pumped by laser diodes for the first time. Two 10-mW visible laser diodes were polarization-combined to pump a rhodamine 700 dye jet laser. The absorbed pump threshold power was 5.6 mW, and 0.28 mW of output power was produced at 758 nm. 报道了低功率激光二极管(LD)抽运的1030nm Yb:YAG全固态激光器。由于Yb:YAG为准三能级结构,自吸收损耗大,振荡阈值高,因此采用双路偏振耦合系统增加注入功率密度,并通过降低晶体掺杂浓度,选取合适晶体厚度,用半导体制冷器(TEC)有效制冷,在线性腔中实现了1030nm波长稳定输出。Yb:YAG晶体Yb离子掺杂原子数分数为8%,几何尺寸为11mm×0.7mm,晶体面对输出镜一端镀940nm高反膜,使未被吸收的抽运光反射回去,再次抽运晶体,从而提高了抽运光的利用效率,当注入功率为2W时,1030nm输出功率为192.8mW,光-光转换效率为9.6%,2h内稳定度小于3.5%。 相似文献

The authors fabricated lateral pn junctions in AlGaInP by alternate doping on a stepped substrate composed of (100) and (411)A faces with Zn and Se. It was found that the alternately-doped area on the (100) face becomes a uniform n-type conduction region; this is attributed to carrier depletion in lightly Zn-doped regions. The alternately-doped area on the (411)A face becomes a uniform p-type conduction region due to strong Zn diffusion over the lightly Se-doped regions. Using alternate doping, the authors fabricated a selfaligned stepped substrate (S3) laser. The low resistivity and high-power operation (50°C 35 mW) of this laser are comparable to those of lasers fabricated using simultaneous impurity doping 相似文献

将周期性极化晶体和双包层光纤激光相结合获得绿光激光输出,是实现高光束质量、全固化、小型化、高效率绿光激光器的一个非常有前途的方向.采用周期性极化铌酸锂晶体(PPLN)光栅周期6.5 μm,长20 mm,宽5mm,厚0.5 mm,对种子光注入式掺Yb双包层光纤激光器的准连续输出进行了倍频.研究了倍频光功率和转换效率随抽运光功率的变化关系,保持PPLN的控制温度为193.1℃,在抽运功率为650 mW时,得到6.7%的最高谐波转换效率,在抽运功率为970 mW时,得到了59 mW的最高绿光功率输出. 相似文献

This paper reviews nonlinear quasi-phase-matching (QPM) waveguides and laser diodes with application to conversion of infrared laser diode wavelengths to the visible. The discussion of nonlinear QPM waveguides includes Ti-diffusion poled and E-field poled LiNbO3 and KTP waveguides. Up to 25 mW of blue output power has been demonstrated for 120-mW infrared power injected into a nonlinear waveguide. Semiconductor laser sources suitable for frequency doubling are discussed, including distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) lasers operating at up to 200 mW output power, master oscillator power amplifiers with over 1 W output power, and wavelength-tunable flared semiconductor lasers with over 0.5 W output. A compact blue laser with 1-4 mW output power at 425-nm wavelength has been demonstrated based on a DBR laser frequency doubled in a nonlinear waveguide 相似文献
