短信在基站监控的应用——让通信基站从"无人值守"到"无人值班"

针对通信基站监控系统的长期运行中所存在的问题，结合公司出品的短信监控系统的三年实践，提出基站监控信息自动分配到目标用户的办法，使监控值班中心从信息传递链中撒出，实现通信基站从“无人值守”到“无人值班”的跨越。

基站雷达与AIS引导的水面无人艇遥控系统

针对无人艇进行海面监测、海难搜救等具体任务需求,以现有小型舰船及动力操控设备为基础,设计并实现了一种水面无人艇导航与控制遥控系统。系统中路径规划/航迹监控模块可根据基站先验地理信息的路径规划及预设极限可航范围监控航行轨迹;危险评价/操控决策模块对雷达跟踪数据及AIS参数的实时分析,获取艇周目标与无人艇的碰撞危险评价,给出无人艇试操纵避让方案;信息交互模块利用4G网络通信技术实现艇上传感器与遥控系统间的数据交互;艇载工控机终端响应模块在收到指令后,仿云台控制利用PELCO-D协议驱动艇上车舵设备。基于某江域的试验结果表明,控制基站与艇数据交换可靠,艇车舵系统能有效响应遥指令。     

基于动力环境监控系统强化无人值守局房节能的技术实现

This paper describes an adaptive retransmission system capable of providing a UHF (1 GHz) mobile radio channel with "twoway diversity." The system is unique in that all signal processing associated with the diversity combining is done at the base station. A two-branch prototype of the system, without modulation, was field tested to determine its adaptive retransmission performance. These tests indicate that the statistics of the fading envelope at both the base and mobile stations closely agree with those predicted by theory for an equal gain combiner with correlation between the branches.

Extended MULE Concept for Traffic Congestion Monitoring

Wireless Sensor Networks are being recently studied to monitor real-time traffic conditions on roads and highways. Idea of using vehicles to convey information from sensors placed alongside roads to the dedicated base stations has also been under scrutiny for some time. In this paper, we argue that a sensor placed on a vehicle instead of a fixed location can effectively sense traffic congestion on the road and report it to the already available WLAN Access Points (APs) instead of the dedicated base stations. This way, instead of deploying series of base stations to collect traffic information, congestion information can be sent over the ISM links between the vehicular sensor nodes and the WLAN APs. This paper investigates, as we call it, the Extended MULE concept by using actual experimental data obtained from the test drives across the city. Our results show that adopting this idea is effective in reporting traffic congestion on the roads.

Soft Base Station Technology in Wireless Communication Systems

With the rapid development of wireless communications systems, different system standards are being merged. Operators take stringent measures to reduce Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX); and as a result,soft base stations supporting multiple standards become the evolutionary tend of wireless base stations. This paper introduces the background of soft base stations and analyzes their architecture design, system modules. The key technologies in system implementation and future directions are also presented.     

换路过渡过程及相关的电子仪器故障分析

仪器性能达不到原设计技术条件要求的称为故障。故障是从仪器内部和外部电路发生新的“换路”开始，以引起储能元件状态的变化而产生了“过渡过程”结束之后生成。从“换路”的四种情况阐述了造成故障的机理，并定性分析、定量估算过渡过程的方法。     

A Comparison of Some Channel Assignment Strategies in Large-Scale Mobile Communications Systems

When more than one radio channel is available to serve a mobile customer in a large-scale mobile communications system the strategy used to make the assignment has an effect on system performance. Performance characteristics for five different assignment strategies obtained from a computer simulation are compared in this paper. It was found that the strategy that chooses a channel to be assigned at a base station so that the distance to the next base station using the same channel is a minimum, performs better than a strategy that minimizes the mean square distance to the next "in use" base stations on both sides. Also, it was found that choosing the first available channel encountered in a channel search is a strategy that produces reasonably good system performance.
