针对当前医疗信息化建设过程中产生的重复投入和”信息孤岛”问题,结合医疗信息系统的应用需求,提出了基于云计算的移动医疗健康系统.系统基于Windows Phone智能手机,通过无线网络接入Windows Azure微软云平台,利用SQL Azure进行医疗数据的存储.介绍了系统的整体框架,并分析和阐述了移动终端和云端之间的WebService通信方式、SQL Azure和Isolated Storage存储方式以及MNPS推送过程.结果表明该系统为病人异地求医远程诊断咨询提供了有效的途径,是一种应用前景广阔的新型医疗服务应用. 相似文献

The field of interest discussed in this study is a novel codification scheme for (vital signs) medical device communication and patient monitoring data interchange, into the context of effective home care service provisioning. With medical technology having developed in isolation and major manufacturers developing their own proprietary communication protocols, which preclude connection to devices from different manufacturers, and with healthcare trends having evolved, pointing to primary care, telecare and home care monitoring, there is an increasing need for technical standardization in healthcare environments and the development of protocols that enable communication in a structured and open way. In this study, a novel codification scheme has been developed, based on two healthcare informatics standards, the VITAL and DICOM Sup. 30, in addressing the robust interchange of waveform and medical data for a home care application. Based on this scheme, we created a real-time facility, consisting of a base unit and a telemedicine (mobile) unit, that enables home telemonitoring, by installing the telemedicine unit at the patient's home while the base unit remains at the physician's office or hospital. The system allows the transmission of vital biosignals (3-lead ECG, pulse rate, blood pressure and SpO2) of the patient. This paper presents an object-oriented design with unified modeling language (UML) of a class hierarchy for exchanging the acquired medical data and performing alert management, and investigates the applicability of the proposed scheme into a commercial patient-connected medical device, thus addressing service and functionality requirements with focus on home-care applications. Dynamic images, a sequence of static images displayed in rapid succession and perceived as a continuous motion by the human eye, are widely used in medicine. One of the primary objectives of telemedicine is the transmission of such images to a distant location to manage clinical problems remotely. A broad variety of methods is available to acquire, store, transmit and display these images. However, the context of the clinical problem determines which of these methods can be deployed in a telemedicine solution. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the different technologies and presents an example of a teleconferencing system for interventional cardiology. This system acquires cardiac angiography and intravascular ultrasound images and transmits them over an existing Internet connection to a distant location. It is specifically optimized for clinical conferencing, where time is limited for each case presentation during the conference, compared to the relatively long time available for the conference preparation. The system takes advantage of this characteristic by transmitting the images well in advance of the clinical conference and displaying them synchronously at both locations during the conference. Because of rapid development in network technology, Internet usage has become widespread. It allows users with sensing devices to obtain medical data for healthcare, such as physiological signals, voice, and video streams from telemedicine systems, and to send the healthcare data to back-end database systems, creating a ubiquitous healthcare environment. However, this environment requires a widespread and suitable network. IPv6 (Internet protocol version 6) is the next-generation Internet protocol that will be the protocol of future networks; it improves many shortcomings of IPv4.
