对于用户行为序列中隐藏用户兴趣的捕捉是近年来推荐算法研究的热门方向。传统的序列预测模型使用用户最后一次点击的商品为目标,建立用户行为和目标商品间的关联,并没有充分挖掘用户序列间的先后关系。文中在传统的DIN模型的基础上进行了改进,采用一段时间内的连续行为作为目标向量,使用transformer结构完成序列到序列的预测任务,进一步提取和利用了用户行为序列中的用户深度兴趣,并将其作为辅助特征结合DIN进行推荐。在亚马逊图书数据集和电子数据集上的实验结果表明,文中提出的基于DIN混合推荐模型比原DIN模型的AUC指标分别提升了约0.7%和1.9%。由此可知,基于用户行为序列预测的混合推荐可以在多特征推荐系统中起到一定的辅助作用。此外,文中还对用户序列长度对模型结果造成的影响进行了探究。 相似文献

对多用户MIMO-OFDM系统下行链路的资源分配问题进行了研究.依据实时(RT,real-time)和非实时(NRT,non real-time)业务的不同特点分别设计了QoE效用函数,并提出一种基于RT &NRT QoE效用函数的跨层资源分配算法.该算法利用所设计的效用函数计算用户分得资源所贡献的QoE增量,并根据由QoE增量确定的用户优先级完成时频资源块的分配,进而通过“拟注水”方式对功率分配进行优化.仿真结果表明,该算法相比已有算法在用户平均QoE、实时业务平均分组时延、非实时业务平均分组丢失率以及系统和吞吐量方面的性能均得到了明显改善. 相似文献

多供电商是智能电网未来发展趋势之一.考虑为有多供电商多用户的智能电网系统构建社会福利最大化模型,在用户配备蓄电池和可再生能源发电装置的条件下,为用户的分类电器,设置影响启停状态的心理电价,同时增加每日总电费约束,对实时定价策略进行了研究,提出了一种基于ADMM-GBS的分布式实时定价算法.将原问题进行两次解耦,通过求解底层子问题,进而实现外层目标函数的优化.系统仿真结果,验证了所构建模型合理性,并证实了所提实时定价算法在多供应商多用户情形下的可行性与有效性. 相似文献

In recent years, peer-to-peer (P2P) network systems have been widely used in the Internet. Particularly, P2P file sharing mechanism has emerged popularity and attract millions of users. However, to create an efficient P2P system, end users should share their resources among a group of other users. To satisfy this objective, this paper applies the repeated public goods game model to P2P systems. By adopting an interactive self-learning mechanism, the proposed scheme gradually leads the P2P system into an efficient network equilibrium. In a distributed manner, our approach is a practical and suitable method in real world P2P network operations. With a simulation study, it is demonstrated that the proposed scheme can obtain better performance than other existing schemes under widely diverse file request rates. 相似文献

Few literature studies have investigated the relationships between different uses and gratifications (U&Gs) of mobile instant messaging (MIM) apps, continuation, and purchase intentions. To address this gap, the researchers aimed to examine the influence of the content, social, process, and technology U&Gs of MIM on continuation intentions toward MIMs, and purchase intentions toward virtual goods available on MIMs. A comprehensive research model was developed based on the U&G theory, which was tested using cross-sectional data from 309 Japanese MIM users. The study considered six different U&Gs of MIM as independent variables and purchase intentions towards stickers and continuation intentions towards MIM as dependent variables. The study results suggest that exposure U&G has a significant positive association with MIM sticker purchase intentions. The entertainment and affection U&G are positively associated with continuation intentions towards MIM use. The study contributes to the literature by investigating U&Gs that motivate MIM users to have both positive purchase intentions toward virtual goods, such as stickers, and continuation intentions toward MIMs. The study has significant theoretical and practical implications for both researchers and practitioners who are interested in virtual goods, the virtual economy, MIM apps, social media, new media, and the service economy. 相似文献

We developed a CMOS integrated-circuit sensor to monitor the change in quality of perishables that depends on surrounding temperatures. Our sensor makes use of the fact that the temperature dependence of the subthreshold current in MOSFETs is analogous to that of the degradation of perishables. The sensor is attached to perishable goods such as farm and marine products and is distributed from producers to consumers along with the goods. During their distribution process, the sensor measures the surrounding temperatures and emulates the degradation of the goods caused by the temperature. By reading the output of the sensor, consumers can determine whether the goods are fresh or not. Our sensor consists of subthreshold CMOS circuits with a low-power consumption of 10 muW or lower 相似文献

This study aimed to identify and explain different facets of the sharing economy and to differentiate between micro- and macro-mobility services. We also aimed to examine the correlation between the sharing economy and subjective well-being, cultural beliefs, and COVID-19. An exploratory research technique with face-to-face semi-structured interviews was used to collect data from a sample of 22 rideshare app users in a developing country between January and May 2020 and in July 2020. The data were analyzed using the NVivo 12 application. The major findings suggest that, considering their scope and use, sharing economy technology and services can be divided into four major domains: (1) hospitality and dining, (2) retail and consumer goods, (3) media and entertainment, and (4) automotive and transportation. In ridesharing services, the well-being of users is influenced (and suppressed) by eight factors. In addition, socio-cultural beliefs are prevalent in developing markets, and the impact of COVID-19 on the sharing economy is evident. However, the pandemic has promoted the use of micro-mobility services. This study, which contributes to the existing knowledge on the theory of subjective well-being and cultural beliefs, has major theoretical and managerial implications and offers a rich future research agenda. 相似文献
