以α-ω二羟基聚硅氧烷为基胶,以镀银铜粉为导电填料,以硅微粉、白炭黑和硬脂酸锌为体质填料,制备了具有良好粘接性能和电磁屏蔽性能的导电胶粘剂。考察了镀银铜粉的粒径、形貌、银含量及填充量对胶粘剂搭接剪切强度、导电性能、电磁屏蔽性能的影响。研究结果表明:镀银铜粉的银含量与填充量的增加明显提升了导电胶粘剂固化后的导电性能,随着银含量与填充量的增加,体积电阻率先降低、后趋于稳定;胶粘剂的剪切强度则是随着导电粉的粒径与填充量的增加而不断降低。试验中采用银含量为20%(质量分数)的45μm枝状铜导电粉在添加量为70.8%时,制得的导电胶粘剂的综合性能较佳,固化后体积电阻率达到0.007Ω·cm,剪切强度为1.05 MPa,电磁屏蔽性能≥85 dB(300 MHz~10 GHz)。 相似文献

以微米银粉为导电填料、环氧树脂(EP)为基体,制备了银导电胶。研究了固化条件和后固化热处理对银胶导电性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:当固化温度为150℃时,银胶固化18 min时出现电阻,固化63 min时体积电阻率降至8.33×10-4Ω·cm;当固化温度为180℃时,银胶固化5 min时出现电阻,固化30 min时体积电阻率降至7.51×10-4Ω·cm。低温长时间固化有利于提高银胶的导电性能,高固化温度有利于提高低银粉含量银胶的导电性能,后固化热处理对已固化完全样品的导电性能和微观结构影响不大。 相似文献

以无酸丙烯酸酯系压敏胶为导电胶基体,苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)为交联剂,镍/银混合粉体为导电填料,制备了铜箔导电胶带。讨论了导电粒子的种类及其添加量、交联剂的用量、老化存放时间等对导电胶带的粘接性能、导电性能及电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明,当镍银混合粉添加15%,交联剂用量25%,干胶厚度45μm时,制备的胶带综合性能良好。其粘接强度大于19N/25mm,体积电阻率为6×10^-3Ω·cm,电磁屏蔽效能大于90dB(频率从30-1500MHz),且耐高温性能稳定。 相似文献

The recent advances in portable and flexible electronic devices demand integration of flexibility into future electromagnetic interference shielding materials. Here we synthesized flexible adhesive shields made of microscale silver flakes (Ag flakes), multi-walled carbon nanotubes decorated with nanoscale silver particles (nAg-MWNTs), and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). The addition of nAg-MWNTs into the Ag flake–NBR mixture significantly enhanced both conductivity and shielding effectiveness. Long nanotubes electrically linked microscale Ag flakes embedded in the NBR matrix, and nanoscale silver particles further improved the contact interface. There was a logarithmic relationship between the conductivity and shielding effectiveness. The dominant mechanism of electromagnetic interference shielding was reflection. The achieved maximum shielding effectiveness was about ∼75 dB at 1 GHz. The flexible adhesive shield printed on a polyimide film was wrapped around a cylindrical rod with a radius of 4 mm. The shielding effectiveness decreased about 20% after 100 wrapping cycles. The conductivity and shielding effectiveness could be adjusted by changing the Ag flake concentration. There was an excellent agreement between the theoretically predicted shielding effectiveness and the experimental data. 相似文献

以导电碳黑和银粉为导电填料制备了抗静电环氧树脂(EP)胶粘剂,考察了导电填料的种类和用量对胶粘剂导电性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,导电填料的种类对胶粘剂导电性能和力学性能的影响显著不同;以导电碳黑作为导电填料时,当w(导电碳黑)=5.0%时EP胶粘剂开始具备抗静电能力,当w(导电碳黑)≈7.1%时胶粘剂的体积电阻率发生突跃式下降;而以银粉作为导电填料时,当w(银粉)=0~38%时EP胶粘剂不具备抗静电能力。EP胶粘剂的拉伸强度和剪切强度随着导电碳黑用量的增加呈线性下降的趋势,而随着银粉用量的增加则呈线性上升的趋势。 相似文献

Natural rubber (NR), epoxidized natural rubber (ENR), and chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) composites filled with conductive carbon black and aluminum powder have been prepared by using a two‐roll mill. An electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of those rubber composites was carried out in the frequency range of 8–12GHz (X‐band microwave). The increase of filler loading enhanced shielding effectiveness of the rubber composites. Conductive carbon black was more effective in shielding than aluminum powder. Binary filler‐filled rubber composites showed higher shielding effectiveness than that of single filler‐filled rubber composites. It has been observed that the shielding effectiveness of these rubber composites could be ranked in the following order: ENR ≥ CSM > NR, whereas the mechanical properties of the rubber composites were in the order of CSM > ENR > NR. The correlation between shielding effectiveness and electrical conductivity as well as mechanical properties of the rubber composites are also discussed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Electromagnetic shielding materials are widely used in alternating electric fields. As a result, the alternating current (AC) conductivity is vital to the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. In this article, we designed a kind of test method about powder conductive properties and studied AC conductivity of silver powder and the silicon rubber composite, which presented that a sharp peak of impedance would take place in the both systems during the high frequent electric flow. Through the design of the equivalent circuit and the test of the system parameters such as the dielectric constant, this article displayed the impedance model of the silver powder and the silicon rubber composite. 以丙烯酸类乳液和片状镀银铜粉为主要原料,添加润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂和水,制备得到电磁屏蔽水性涂料。涂料的制备工艺为:先将润湿剂、分散剂、部分消泡剂和镀银铜粉进行搅拌混合,再加入乳液搅拌均匀,最后加入流平剂和余下消泡剂制得屏蔽涂料。讨论了镀银铜粉含量、乳液种类及用水量对涂层导电性和电磁屏蔽性能的影响,并从导电机理、电磁屏蔽原理和涂层微观结构方面进行了分析。所制备的涂料在100 kHz~15 GHz的频率范围内,其屏蔽效能达到55~65 dB。 相似文献
