本文详细研究了C6A4MS与C11A7.CaF2的共存与转化条件,结果表明,C11A7.CaF2含量较高时能够抑制C6A4MS的形成,含量较低时则能与C6A4MS共存,升高温度能够消除C11A7CaF2对C6A4MS的形成的影响,C11A7.CaF2能与合成矿物C6A4MS共存。  相似文献

The chemical composition of cement has a crucial impact on the performance of concrete.Different brands of Portland cement are used for various construction works without prior knowledge of their performance.For economic and environmental reasons,the valorization of fly ash in concrete production has been increasingly studied.The aim of this study is to determine the mechanical performance of the cement in which hydrated cement has been injected,and to assess the environmental benefit of using the waste as a partial replacement.The experimental study consists of replacing cement,with high tricalcium aluminate(C3A)content,with cement with low C3A content.The obtained result shows that it is very feasible to valorize this material and to manufacture eco-environmental cement which has rheological and mechanical characteristics almost similar to or better than that of ordinary cement,where a resistance of 30 MPa has been obtained,after a substitution rate of 50%.The valorization by using cement with low C3A content makes it possible to strengthen the material at a young age and leads to obtain more economical and less polluting cement.  相似文献

This paper describes a way to improve the weld quality through suppressing the porosity formation and restraining the growth of columnar grains by using a weaving beam in laser welding. The experimental results show that the N2 porosity of beam-weaving laser welding low carbon steel can be remarkably reduced with increasing weaving frequency, and porosity can be eliminated when the weaving amplitude is only 0.5 mm; and the Ar porosity in the weld metal is decreased with increasing weaving frequency and amplitude when the welding speed is higher than 0.5 m/min. The beam-weaving laser welding of ultra-fine grained steel has been investigated. The experimental results show that beam-weaving laser welding with appropriate amplitude and frequency can partly restrain the growth of the columnar grain and improve the tensile strength of the weld metal.  相似文献

A new method of infiltration-diffusion is used to synthesize macroscopic α-Zr(C6H5PO3)2 (α-ZrBP) tube. Compared to the routine method, no HF was used and a fiberlike product with several millimeters in length was obtained. SEM (scanning electronic microscopy) result indicates that these fibers are tubes. The wall of the tubes is composed of the flake of α-ZrBP overlapped with each other. As we know, it is the first report on the synthesis of millimeter-scale supramolecular assembly of α-ZrBP.  相似文献

A new method has been studied to obtainTiN-Ti(C,N)composite film by laser-induced re-action in order to modify the surface properties ofsubstrate.An apparatus for this new technology hasbeen developed.The main reaction,the influence ofmain processing parameters on the formation,composition,microstructure and properties of thefilm have been researched.The average hardness ofthe film is up to HK 2700-2800.The wear resist-ance of the film is higher than that of the substrateby a factor of 9-11;and the film has good adhesivestrength with the substrate.  相似文献

A series of photochromic hybrid films were prepared through entrapping Dawson type tungsten heteropolyoxomet-allates(P2W18O62^6-) and molybdenum heteropolyoxometallate(P2Mo18O62^6-) into polyacrylamide matrix.FTIR results showed that the Dawson geometry of heteropolyoxometallates in still preserved inside the composites and strong coulombic interaction is built between heteropolyoxometallates and polyacrylamide via hydrogen bonding.Ir radiated with ultraviolet light ,the transparent films change from colorless to blue and show reversible photochromism.The bleaching process occurs when the films are in contact with air or O2 in the dark.The molybdenum heteropolyoxometallate hybrid film has higher photochromic efficiency and slower bleaching reaction than tungsten heteropolyoxometallate hybrid film.ESR results indicated that polyacrylamide is a hydrogen donor and the photoreduced process is in accordance with the radical mechanism.  相似文献

Effects of alloying elements on microstructure and erosion resistance of Fe-C-Cr weld surfacing layer have been studied. The experimental results show that increasing C and Cr content favors improving the erosion resistance of the layer, and the excessive C and Cr result in decreasing the erosion resistance at 90 deg. erosion. That Mo, Nb or Ti improves the erosion resistance of Fe-C-Cr weld surfacing layer is mainly attributed to increasing the amount of M7C3 and forming fine NbC or TiC in austenite matrix, but the excessive Mo, Nb or Ti is unfavorable. The addition of Mo, Nb and Ti in proper combination possesses stronger effect on improving the erosion resistance and the erosion resistance (εA) of Fe-C-Cr weld surfacing layer with fine NbC, TiC and M7C3 distributing uniformly in austenite matrix obviously increases to 2.81 at 15 deg. erosion and 2.88 at 90 deg. erosion when the layer composition is 3.05C, 20.58Cr, 1.88Mo, 2.00Nb and 1.05Ti (in wt pct).  相似文献

Slurry Preparation and Rolling of Semi-solid 60Si2Mn Spring Steel   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The nondendritic semi-solid slurry preparation of 60Si2Mn spring steel has been studied in this paper. The experiments have shown that when stirred for 2 min on the test condition, the semi-solid slurry with 50%~60% fraction solid and spherical primary austenitic grains in the size of 100~300μm can be obtained and is easy to be discharged from the bottom little hole of the stirring chamber. The nondendritic slurry of 60Si2Mn spring steel can be rolled into given plate form successfully, but the solid phase and liquid phase is easy to be separated in rolling process so that the solid primary austenite is concentrated in the center and the liquid is near the edge of the rolled plate. The rupture strength and elongation of the plate rolled only once with semi-solid slurry are lower than that of the traditionally repeated hot-rolled plate of 60Si2Mn spring steel.  相似文献

The stability of the phases in equilibrium is calculated and discussed in order to analyse and predict thereactions in SiC and Si_3N_4 whisker formation.Equilibria among SiC,Si_3N_4,Si_2N_2O,SiO_2 and the gas phaseare evaluated at different C activity,N_2 pressure,and temperature.According to the phase stabilitydiagrams,Si_3N_4 whisker was formed with the increase of N_2 pressure and decrease of C activity;SiC whiskerwas stable with the increase of C activity and decrease of N_2 pressure.In order to control the impure phasesduring the whisker formation,O_2 partial pressure is the most important factor.  相似文献

本文在SiO2/M(M=Fe,Co,i)复合气凝胶骨架上采用气相催化裂解乙炔的方法合成出SiO2/C/M气凝胶纳米复合材料,用扫描电镜、比表面分析仪、激光导热仪等对材料的结构和物理性能进行了表征,并初步测试了其电磁吸波性能.结果表明,在SiO2/C/M气凝胶纳米复合材料中,碳元素一般以纤维形式均匀分布于气凝胶骨架中,该材料具有低密度,低热导率().05~0.2W/mk),在2mm厚度,8-18GHz的范围内有一定的吸波性能,且吸波性能随频率升高而增加.  相似文献

The determination of the phases assemblages in equilibrium in the CaO–CaO.Al2O3–CaSO4–CaF2 system at 1100°C has been performed. Four assemblages are found and one more is deduced. 3CA.CaSO4 appears in all compatibility tetrahedra in solid state or in melt presence. 以摩尔组成为8.7MgF2-17.4CaF2-8.7SrF2-13.3BaF2-13.0YF3-31.6.AlF3-7.3ZrF4的氟化物玻璃为对象,研究了玻璃的分相和析晶.研究表明,玻璃中同时含有AlF3和ZrF4时,玻璃产生明显的分相,玻璃在高温下对水比较敏感,容易产生表面析晶.玻璃内部的析晶主要来自稳定性较差的富Al相,受空气中水分的影响,玻璃表面的析晶首先产生于富Zr相.依据玻璃的分相和析晶表现,讨论了含AlF3和ZrF4氟化物玻璃的表面析晶机理.  相似文献

为了降低液硅渗透法制备C/C-SiC复合材料中残留Si的含量, 采用浆料浸渗结合液硅渗透工艺制备B12(C, Si, B)3改性C/C-SiC复合材料。通过分析不同比例B4C-Si体系在不同温度的反应产物, 确定了B12(C, Si, B)3的生成条件。结果表明: B4C和Si在1300℃开始反应, 生成少量B12(C, Si, B)3和SiC, 且B12(C, Si, B)3的生成量随反应温度的升高而增加; 当B4C和Si的摩尔比为3:1、 反应温度为1500℃ 时, 产物为B12(C, Si, B)3和SiC; 液硅渗透法制备的C/C-SiC复合材料相组成为非晶态C、 β-SiC和B12(C, Si, B)3, 未见残留Si。  相似文献

C.E.R.A., a continuous erythropoietin receptor activator is approved for the treatment of anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The ARCTOS (administration of C.E.R.A. in CKD patients to treat anemia with a twice‐monthly schedule) phase 3 study demonstrated the efficacy and safety of C.E.R.A. in correcting anemia when administered once every 2 weeks (Q2W) subcutaneously in patients with CKD not on dialysis. We assessed the feasibility and long‐term safety of converting patients who responded to treatment with C.E.R.A. Q2W to C.E.R.A. once every 4 weeks (Q4W) during a 24‐week extension period. After the core ARCTOS study period (28 weeks), 296 patients entered the 24‐week extension period. At week 29, patients who responded to C.E.R.A. Q2W during the core period were rerandomized to receive subcutaneous C.E.R.A. Q2W or Q4W. Patients in the comparator arm could receive darbepoetin alfa once weekly or Q2W. Dosage was adjusted to maintain hemoglobin (Hb) between 11 and 13 g/dL. Mean Hb levels remained stable in all groups, and were comparable at the end of the extension period (mean [standard deviation], C.E.R.A. Q2W, 11.92 [0.90] g/dL; C.E.R.A. Q4W, 11.70 [0.86] g/dL; darbepoetin alfa, 11.89 [0.98] g/dL). Mean within‐patient standard deviation values for Hb were also comparable in all groups (0.66, 0.62, and 0.65 g/dL for C.E.R.A. Q2W, C.E.R.A. Q4W and darbepoetin alfa, respectively). All treatments were well tolerated. Subcutaneous C.E.R.A. Q4W is safe and effective in maintaining stable Hb levels in patients with CKD not on dialysis following correction with subcutaneous C.E.R.A. Q2W.  相似文献

目的设计一种由PLC控制的空调内机包装机,实现机器替代人工的目标。方法通过分析空调内机的包装生产过程,采用Solid Work软件分别建立空调内机定位、取泡沫垫、泡沫垫供给、包装箱供给和装箱等的三维模型,并对组成各机构的零部件进行机械设计。利用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC控制各个机构的步进电机和气缸的协调运作,实现空调内机的全自动包装。结果该包装机能对3种不同规格的空调内机进行全自动的包装。结论该包装机解决了空调内机全自动包装的难题,实现了机器替代人工的目标,提高了生产效率,并且该包装机能对多种不同规格的空调内机进行包装,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

改变CHF3 CH4 流量比R =[CHF3] ([CHF3]+[CH4 ]) ,采用微波电子回旋共振等离子体化学气相沉积 (MWECR CVD)方法沉积a C :F :H薄膜。a C :F :H薄膜的结构和光学带隙使用傅立叶变换红外光谱和紫外 可见光谱来表征。红外结果表明 ,在低流量比R(R <6 4 % )下 ,薄膜的红外特征结构主要以 CF(10 6 0cm- 1 ) , CF2(112 0cm- 1 )以及 CHx(2 80 0~ 30 0 0cm- 1 )的伸缩振动为主 ;在高流量比R(R >6 4 % )下 ,薄膜表现为类聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的结构特征 ,典型的红外特征峰是位于 12 2 0cm- 1 处的 -CF2 反对称伸缩振动。薄膜的光学带隙Eg 随流量比R的变化表现为先降后升。进一步研究表明 ,薄膜中的H和F浓度调制着薄膜的CC共轭双键结构 ,使光学带隙Eg 从 2 37到 3 3之间变化  相似文献
